[structure: see text] A convergent, stereoselective assembly of the C1-C21 (C1'-C21') fragment of SCH 351448, a 28-membered bis-lactone natural product, has been developed. A highly efficient approach to this fragment assembles 75% of the carbon skeleton and all the stereochemical elements present in the natural product. In addition, an interesting boron ligand effect on the diastereoselectivity of a key aldol reaction with methyl ketone-derived enolborinates is reported.  相似文献

Summary Copper-61 produced via the natZn(p,x)61Cu nuclear reaction was used for the preparation of [61Cu]diacetyl-bis(N4-methylthiosemicarbazone) ([61Cu]ATSM) (4) using a house-made ATSM ligand. After a proton irradiation of an electroplated zinc layer by 22 MeV protons at 180 mA for 3.2 hours, 61Cu was recovered by two-step chromatography using a cation and an anion exchange column. About 222 GBq (6.00 Ci) of 61Cu2+ was obtained with a radiochemical separation yield of more than 95% and a radionuclidic purity of better than 99%. Colorimetric methods showed that traces of chemical impurities in the product were below the accepted limits. The [61Cu]ATSM production was optimized for reaction conditions (buffer concentration and temperature) with a radiochemical yield of higher than 80%, radiochemical purity of better than 98% and a specific activity of about 246 Ci/mmol. The produced [61Cu]ATSM is a PET radiotracer for hypoxia imaging with an intermediate half life and a satisfactory quality, suitable for future PET studies.  相似文献

Surface properties of two different phases of alumina were studied through SEM images. Characterization of amorphous acidic alumina and crystalline boehmite by XRD explains the differences in adsorption capacities of each sample. Data from small angle neutron scattering (SANS) provide further results regarding the ordering in amorphous and crystalline samples of alumina. Quantitative measurements from SANS are used for pore size calculations. Higher disorder provides more topological traps, irregularities, and hidden grooves for higher adsorption capacity. An isotherm model was derived for adsorption of dibenzothiophene sulfone (DBTO) by amorphous acidic alumina to predict and calculate the adsorption of sulfur compounds. The Langmuir-Freundlich model covers a wide range of sulfur concentrations. Experiments prove that amorphous acidic alumina is the adsorbent of choice for selective adsorption in the ultrasound-assisted oxidative desulfurization (UAOD) process to produce ultra-low-sulfur fuel (ULSF).  相似文献

In this article, transient heat conduction in a cylindrical shell of functionally graded material is studied by using analytical method. The shell is assumed to be in axisymmetry conditions. The material properties are considered to be nonlinear with a power law distribution through the thickness. The temperature distribution is derived analytically by using the Bessel functions. To verify the proposed method the obtained numerical results are compared with the published results. The comparisons of temperature distribution between various time and material properties are presented.  相似文献
