Five SOX peptides are used to classify the MAPK groups and isoforms thereof using chemometrics. The score plots show excellent classification and accuracy, while support vector machine analysis leads to the quantification of ERK and an ERK inhibitor concentration in kinase mixtures. Examination of the loading plots reveals cross‐reactivity among the peptides, and some unexpected surprises.  相似文献

We describe the generation of aligned carbon nanotube bundles and films by pyrolysis of solid organic precursors (for example 2-amino-4,6-dichloro-s-triazine, s-triaminotriazine) at 950-1050 °C over laser-patterned thin metal (Fe, Co, Ni) films, deposited on silica substrates. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) studies reveal that surface roughness of the laser-etched catalytic substrates plays a key role in achieving control of nanotube growth. We believe that, during the etching process, the energised (ablated) metal clusters condense and recrystallise evenly, possibly as the metal oxide, within the edges or surface of the eroded regions. During pyrolysis these catalytic particles, embedded in the silica substrates, are responsible for carbon agglomeration and subsequent tube axial growth, suggesting that nanotube alignment strongly depends upon the etching conditions (for example laser power, pulse duration, and focal distance). The pyrolysed products (usually nanotubes or nanofibres) were characterised by SEM, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). Samples containing only small amounts of amorphous carbon and other carbonaceous particles are notably absent. We observe that the degree of graphitisation is dependent upon the catalyst and the organic precursor. Interestingly, a nitrogen content З% was detected within the nanofibres, which exhibit corrugated graphite-like morphologies. This pyrolytic method may be used to advantage in generating aligned heteroatomic nanostructures such as BxCyNz systems.  相似文献

The ion kinetic energy of a helium microwave plasma is studied using an orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight mass spectrometer. The ions produced in the plasma are extracted into the mass spectrometer in an 'off-cone' mode (i.e. the helium plasma plume is off the sampler cone), and enter the repelling zone in the x-direction, which is perpendicular to the flight tube. The information of ion initial kinetic energy was obtained from both theoretical calculations and experimental results. The potential influence of two x-direction steering plates (X-steering plates) on the ion energy and signal intensity was examined. The influence of gas composition on the ion kinetic energy was also investigated. The calculated results show that ions with different m/z have different velocity and kinetic energy when they enter the ion modulation zone, and lighter ions have higher velocity and lower kinetic energy. The experimental results obtained demonstrate that the ion signals of different m/z produced with an 'off-cone' sampling helium microwave plasma show similar trends as calculated with the potential difference of the X-steering plates, revealing their narrow kinetic energy distribution in the x-direction. Under typical operating conditions, the x-direction kinetic energy of ions detected mostly range from about 14.9 eV for (7)Li(+) to 16.8 eV for (208)Pb(+).  相似文献

The attached hydroxy, ethoxy­carbonyl and phenyl groups are disposed in β‐axial, β‐equatorial and α‐­equatorial configurations, respectively. An intermolecular hydrogen bond, with an O?O distance of 2.874 (2) Å, links the OH group and the ring carbonyl. Weak intermolecular C—H?O=C (ester and ketone), O—H?O=C (ketone) and C—H?OH hydrogen bonds exist.  相似文献

The title compound, 2,9‐bis(3‐nitro­phenyl)‐1‐aza­tri­cyclo[3.3.1.13,7]­decan‐4‐one, C21H19N3O5, has a tricyclic structure. The torsion angles may be used to describe the relationship of the carbonyl group to the adjacent faces, whereby it is seen that the angles on the face of the aryl­piperidinone side [122.0 (3) and ?122.0 (3)°] are greater than those on the cyclo­hexanone side [?119.8 (4) and 119.9 (4)°]. Although these differences may explain a facial selectivity during nucleophilic addition to the carbonyl group, the presence of the aryl rings is probably also important.  相似文献

Polyesters were synthesized from the dichlorides of 2,5-dimethoxyterephthalic and 2,5-dimethoxy-1,4-benzenediacetic with dialcohols. In this work, the energy-optimal motion planning problem for planar robot manipulators with two revolute joints is studied, in which the end-effector of the robot manipulator is constrained to pass through a set of waypoints, whose sequence is not predefined. This multi-goal motion planning problem has been solved as a mixed-integer optimal control problem in which, given the dynamic model of the robot manipulator, the initial and final configurations of the robot, and a set of waypoints inside the workspace of the manipulator, one has to find the control inputs, the sequence of waypoints with the corresponding passage times, and the resulting trajectory of the robot that minimizes the energy consumption during the motion. The presence of the waypoint constraints makes this optimal control problem particularly difficult to solve. The mixed-integer optimal control problem has been converted into a mixed-integer nonlinear programming problem first making the unknown passage times through the waypoints part of the state, then introducing binary variables to enforce the constraint of passing once through each waypoint, and finally applying a fifth-degree Gauss–Lobatto direct collocation method to tackle the dynamic constraints. High-degree interpolation polynomials allow the number of variables of the problem to be reduced for a given numerical precision. The resulting mixed-integer nonlinear programming problem has been solved using a nonlinear programming-based branch-and-bound algorithm specifically tailored to the problem. The results of the numerical experiments have shown the effectiveness of the approach.  相似文献

An example system is studied to discuss precision of the multipoleexpansion, applied to determine forces exerted on particlesby a viscous low-Reynolds-number fluid flow. A single spherein an ambient flow (pure shear, quadratic, and modulated shear)parallel to a close plane wall is considered. Forces and torquesexerted by the ambient flow on a motionless sphere are evaluated.Their precision is determined and related to a multipole orderof the truncation. Similar analysis is performed for a movingsphere with no ambient flow and for a freely moving sphere.Relative motion of the sphere with respect to the wall givesrise to strong lubrication interactions. It is analysed howthese interactions affect accuracy of the pure multipole expansion,and what are the smallest distances where it becomes insufficient.An alternative precise method is applied, in which lubricationexpressions are subtracted from the hydrodynamic forces andtorques, and the residue is evaluated as a fast-convergent seriesof inverse powers of the distance between the sphere centreand the wall.
