Time-resolved studies of silylene, SiH2, and dimethylsilylene, SiMe2, generated by the 193 nm laser flash photolysis of appropriate precursor molecules have been carried out to obtain rate constants for their bimolecular reactions with dimethylgermane, Me2GeH2, in the gas phase. SiMe2 + Me2GeH2 was studied at five temperatures in the range 299-555 K. Problems of substrate UV absorption at 193 nm at temperatures above 400 K meant that only three temperatures could be used reliably for rate constant measurement. These rate constants gave the Arrhenius parameters log(A/cm3 molecule(-1) s(-1)) = -13.25 +/- 0.16 and E(a) = -(5.01 +/- 1.01) kJ mol(-1). Only room temperature studies of SiH2 were carried out. These gave values of (4.05 +/- 0.06) x 10(-10) cm3 molecule(-1) s(-1) (SiH2 + Me2GeH2 at 295 K) and also (4.41 +/- 0.07) x 10(-10) cm3 molecule(-1) s(-1) (SiH2 + MeGeH3 at 296 K). Rate constant comparisons show the surprising result that SiMe2 reacts 12.5 times slower with Me2GeH2 than with Me2SiH2. Quantum chemical calculations (G2(MP2,SVP)//B3LYP level) of the model Si-H and Ge-H insertion processes of SiMe2 with SiH4/MeSiH3 and GeH4/MeGeH3 support these findings and show that the lower reactivity of SiMe2 with Ge-H bonds is caused by a higher secondary barrier for rearrangement of the initially formed complexes. Full details of the structures of intermediate complexes and the discussion of their stabilities are given in the paper. Other, related, comparisons of silylene reactivity are also presented.  相似文献

The paper describes the quantized Hamilton dynamics (QHD) approach that extends classical Hamiltonian dynamics and captures quantum effects, such as zero point energy, tunneling, decoherence, branching, and state-specific dynamics. The approximations are made by closures of the hierarchy of Heisenberg equations for quantum observables with the higher order observables decomposed into products of the lower order ones. The technique is applied to the vibrational energy exchange in a water molecule, the tunneling escape from a metastable state, the double-slit interference, the population transfer, dephasing and vibrational coherence transfer in a two-level system coupled to a phonon, and the scattering of a light particle off a surface phonon, where QHD is coupled to quantum mechanics in the Schrödinger representation. Generation of thermal ensembles in the extended space of QHD variables is discussed. QHD reduces to classical mechanics at the first order, closely resembles classical mechanics at the higher orders, and requires little computational effort, providing an efficient tool for treatment of the quantum effects in large systems.  相似文献

Cu (II) complexes with the sterically hindered diphenol derivatives 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-1,2-benzenediol (I), 4,6-di(tert-butyl)-1,2,3-benzenetriol (II) and the sulfur-containing 4,6-di(tert-butyl)-3-(2-hydroxyethylsulfanyl)-1,2-benzenediol (III) and 2-[4,6-di(tert-butyl)-2,3-dihydroxyphenylsulfanyl]acetic acid (IV) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, TG/DTA, FT-IR, ESR, XPS, XPD and conductivity measurements. Compounds I–III can coordinate in their singly deprotonated forms and act as bidentate ligands. These compounds yield Cu (II) complexes of the stoichiometry Cu(L)2, which have square planar geometry (g| > g > ge). Unlike them, compound IV behaves as a terdentate ligand, and its complex Cu(LIV)2 has distorted octahedral geometry. According to ESR data, only the Cu(LII)2 complex contains a very small amount of phenoxyl radicals. Antimicrobial activities of these ligands and their respective Cu (II) complexes have been determined with respect to Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as on yeasts. Their phytotoxic properties against Chlorella vulgaris 157 were also examined.  相似文献

Three periods of Pt–Ru research are considered step-by-step: the initial period after discovery (1963–1970); observation and classification of basic tendencies (like the effects of composition, segregation, structural features on the activity; up to 1990); nanostructural studies and molecular level consideration of electrocatalytic phenomena in combination with advanced applied studies of materials, mechanistic, and applied aspects (after 1990). The main idea of this review is to balance various aspects of Pt–Ru electrochemistry related to material science and electrocatalysis as well as to remember the early basic results being of importance for future understanding of Pt–Ru functional properties. Dedicated to Professor Teresa Iwasita, as a token of her remarkable contribution to electrocatalysis.

Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations using a many-body polarizable force field were performed on ethylene carbonate (EC) doped with lithium bistrifluoromethanesulfonamide (LiTFSI) salt as a function of temperature and salt concentration. At 313 K Li+ was coordinated by 2.7-3.2 EC carbonyl oxygen atoms and 0.67-1.05 TFSI- oxygen atoms at EC:Li = 10 and 20 salt concentrations. In completely dissociated electrolytes, however, Li+ was solvated by approximately 3.8 carbonyl oxygen atoms from EC on average. The probability of ions to participate ion aggregates decreased exponentially with an increase in the size of the aggregate. Ion and solvent self-diffusion coefficients and conductivity predicted by MD simulations were in good agreement with experiments. Approximately half of the charge was transported by charged ion aggregates with the other half carried by free (uncomplexed by counterion) ions. Investigation of the Li+ transport mechanism revealed that contribution from the Li+ diffusion together with its coordination shell to the total Li+ transport is similar to the contribution arising from Li+ exchanging solvent molecules in its first coordination shell with solvents from the outer shells.  相似文献

Multicomponent reactions (MCRs) and microwave-assisted organic synthesis (MAOS) have been used as key methods for the synthesis of fused dihydropyrimidine derivatives. The three-component condensation of 3-amino-5-alkylthio-1,2,4-triazoles with aromatic aldehydes and acetoacetamides under microwave irradiation was developed as a rapid and efficient solution-phase method for the high-yielding preparation of 7-aryl-2-alkylthio-4,7-dihydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxamide libraries. In addition, the selective reduction of the formed dihydrotriazolopyrimidines to trans-trans-2-alkylthio-7-aryl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxamides was established. The described synthetic protocols provide rapid access to novel and diversely substituted dihydroazolopyrimidine libraries.  相似文献
