This paper describes an implementation of an interior-point algorithm for large-scale nonlinear optimization. It is based on the algorithm proposed by Curtis et?al. (SIAM J Sci Comput 32:3447?C3475, 2010), a method that possesses global convergence guarantees to first-order stationary points with the novel feature that inexact search direction calculations are allowed in order to save computational expense. The implementation follows the proposed algorithm, but includes many practical enhancements, such as functionality to avoid the computation of a normal step during every iteration. The implementation is included in the IPOPT software package paired with an iterative linear system solver and preconditioner provided in PARDISO. Numerical results on a large nonlinear optimization test set and two PDE-constrained optimization problems with control and state constraints are presented to illustrate that the implementation is robust and efficient for large-scale applications.  相似文献

The gas-phase reaction of OH radicals with benzene has been studied in a flow tube operated at 295 +/- 2 K and 950 mbar of synthetic air or O2. Ozonolysis of tetramethylethylene (dark reaction) with a measured OH radical yield of 0.92 +/- 0.08 or photolysis of methyl nitrite in the presence of NO served as the OH sources. For investigations in the presence of NOx, the conditions were chosen so that more than 95% of the OH/benzene adduct reacted with O2 even for the highest NO2 concentration occurring in the experiment. In the absence of NOx, a phenol yield from the reaction of OH radicals with benzene of 0.61 +/- 0.07 was measured by means of long-path FT-IR and UV spectroscopy over a wide range of experimental conditions. This yield was confirmed by measurements performed in the presence of NOx. Detected carbonyls were glyoxal, cis-butenedial and trans-butenedial with formation yields of 0.29 +/- 0.10, 0.08 +/- 0.03 and 0.023 +/- 0.007, respectively, measured in synthetic air and in the presence of NOx. There was no significant difference in the product yields applying both experimental approaches for OH generation (dark reaction or photolysis). Nitrobenzene and o-nitrophenol were detected in traces. The yield of nitrobenzene increased with increasing NOx resulting in a maximum formation yield of 0.007. The detected products in the presence of NOx account for approximately 78% of the reacted carbon. Butenedial yields from benzene degradation are reported for the first time. In the absence of NOx, glyoxal, cis-butenedial and trans-butenedial were also detected, but with distinctly lower yields compared to the experiments with NOx.  相似文献

The synthesis of four sugar-based surfactants derived from glucose and (R)-12-hydroxystearic acid is described. The surfactants have a hydroxy group in the hydrophobic part, which is either free or acylated using acetyl chloride, hexanoyl chloride, or myristoyl chloride. Three of the synthesized surfactants are water-soluble and are evaluated with respect to their CMCs and hemolytic activities. The fourth surfactant has limited water solubility and is not further included in the study. The investigated surfactants are all hemolytic close to their respective CMC indicating that their use in parenteral formulations may be limited. Nevertheless, surfactants having the proposed structure appear as promising alternatives to existing solubilizing agents for pharmaceutical applications.  相似文献

The aim of the present paper is to introduce a unified notion of Laplacians on discrete and metric graphs. In order to cover all self-adjoint vertex conditions for the associated metric graph Laplacian, we develop systematically a new type of discrete graph operators acting on a decorated graph. The decoration at each vertex of degree d is given by a subspace of , generalising the fact that a function on the standard vertex space has only a scalar value. We illustrate the abstract concept by giving classical examples throughout the article. Our approach includes infinite graphs as well. We develop the notion of exterior derivative, differential forms, Dirac and Laplace operators in the discrete and metric case, using a supersymmetric framework. We calculate the (supersymmetric) index of the discrete Dirac operator generalising the standard index formula involving the Euler characteristic of a graph. Finally, we show that for finite graphs, the corresponding index for the metric Dirac operator agrees with the discrete one.  相似文献

The here presented 3D-FEM model describes of microperfusion in liver lobules with the main focus on the remodeling of the microperfusion after a hepato-venous outflow obstruction caused for example by liver resection. Via a dilatation and reorientation of small vessels within the lobule, the so called sinusoids, a connection between the obstructed and normal drained areas is established. For the remodeling of the microperfusion the phenomenological approach, namely that the reorientation of the sinusoids mainly depends on the blood pressure gradient, is applied. A biphasic homogenized approach within the framework of the theory of porous media (TPM) is chosen for the modeling of the microperfusion. This work sums up the constitutive equations for the biphasic model regarding the filter velocity and transversely isotropic permeability depending on our phenomenological approach. We study the photoproduction of r \rho -mesons in a model of hidden local symmetry. For this purpose, the r \rho -meson is introduced as a hidden-gauge boson in a non-linear sigma model. For charged r \rho -meson photoproduction, the model takes into account the r \rho -meson magnetic moments from the three-point vertex in the kinetic terms. We show that the magnetic interaction of the charged r \rho -meson has a significant effect on the total cross-sections through the r \rho -meson exchange process, which is proportional to the energy of the photon. The t -channel dominance may be used for the study of structures of various unstable particles.  相似文献

Copper(II) complexes of the ligand 1,n-bis[bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amino]benzene with n = 2-4 (1,n-tpbd) and its mononuclear derivative bis(2-pyridylmethyl)aniline (phbpa) were synthesized and structurally characterized. Magnetic measurements and DFT calculations were performed on [CuCl2(phbpa)], [Cu2Cl4(1,3-tpbd)], [(Cu2Cl2(ClO4)(1,3-tpbd))Cl(Cu2Cl2(OH2)(1,3-tpbd))](ClO4)2, and [Cu2(OH2)2(S2O6)(1,3-tpbd)]S2O6, and the exchange-polarization mechanism was successfully demonstrated.  相似文献

A three‐component palladium‐catalyzed reaction sequence has been developed in which γ‐substituted α,β‐unsaturated products are obtained in a single flask by an α‐alkenylation with either a subsequent γ‐alkenylation or γ‐arylation of a ketone enolate. Coupling of a variety of electronically and structurally different components was achieved in the presence of a Pd/Q‐Phos catalyst (2 mol %), usually at 22 °C with yields of up to 85 %. Most importantly, access to these products is obtained in one simple operation in place of employing multiple reactions.  相似文献
