The total synthesis of borrelidin has been achieved. The best feature of our synthetic route is macrocyclization at C11-C12 for the construction of an 18-membered ring after esterification between two segments. A detailed examination of the macrocyclization led us to the samarium(II) iodide-mediated intramolecular Reformatsky-type reaction as the most efficient synthetic approach. The two key segments were synthesized through regioselective methylation, directed hydrogenation, stereoselective Reformatsky-type reaction, and MgBr2.Et2O-mediated chelation-controlled allylation.  相似文献

A biomimetic synthesis of naturally occurring lactams rubrobramide, flavipucine, and isoflavipucine is described. The key step is a regioselective Darzens reaction between isobutyl glyoxal and an α‐bromo‐β‐ketoamide. The construction of the core tricyclic ring system of rubrobramide was achieved by a cascade reaction in a single step from an α,β‐epoxy‐γ‐lactam. Furthermore, the absolute configuration of naturally occurring (+)‐rubrobramide was determined by vibrational circular dichroism. (±)‐Flavipucine and (±)‐isoflavipucine were synthesized from an epoxyimide, which was prepared by reaction of isobutyl glyoxal with a protected α‐bromo‐β‐ketoamide. Deprotection of the epoxyimide and formation of the pyridone ring gave (±)‐flavipucine, which was converted into (±)‐isoflavipucine by thermal isomerization.  相似文献

Cyclodextrins form complexes with lanthanide ions in basic aqueous solutions. This complex formation in basic solution dramatically enhances the solubility of lanthanide ions, which are otherwise insoluble due to the formation of hydroxide gels. Solutions of the -cyclodextrin-Ce3+ complex effectively hydrolyze 2-deoxyadenosine-5-monophosphate to 2-deoxyadenosine.  相似文献

A marine green alga,Chlamydomonas sp. strain MGA161 was cultivated under illumination of red and white lights. The growth rate under red light illumination was almost the same as that in the basic conditions under white light illumination, but red light-grown cells accumulated almost twice as much starch as white light-grown cells. Although there was a slight decrease in carbonic anhydrase activity, red light-illuminated cells had almost 2.3 times the fructose-l,6-diphos-phatase activity of white light-illuminated cells. Red light might stimulate starch accumulation by increasing the amounts of enzymes related to carbon fixation through the phytochrome system. Cells grown under red light degraded 1.6 times as much starch and produced 1.7 times as much hydrogen and 1.6 times as much ethanol compared with cells grown under white light during 12 h of dark anaerobic fermentation.  相似文献

The exchange interaction in the radical pair in homogeneous solution has been investigated by using the CIDNP method. The experimental observations of the multiplet pattern were compared with the theoretical simulations in which the exchange integral was a variable parameter. The results show that 2-propanol is a unique solvent in that the exchange integral in the radical pair in this solvent is large.  相似文献

The cyclocondensations of benzofuroxan 1a with carbonyl compounds were smoothly and efficiently carried out by the adsorption of the components on the surface of silica gel or a molecular sieve to form a 2,3-disubstituted quinoxaline 1,4-dioxide. When the reactions using a molecular sieve 3A (powder) were carried out at 90°, the actual reaction times were reduced to 0.5-2 hours. Although Duerckheimer has reported the isolation of only the 7-substituted quinoxaline 1,4-dioxide when 5-methoxybenzofuroxan 1e was allowed to react with ethyl acetoacetate 2j , it produced only the 6-methoxy isomer as the reaction product by our method. 5-Carboxybenzofuroxan 1f did not react with the carbonyl compound.  相似文献

A series of star-shaped pyrrole-fused tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) oligomers 1-3 was synthesized via an S(N)Ar reaction of fluorinated benzenes with the pyrrolyl sodium salts. Electrochemical and chemical oxidations of 1-3 revealed that a radical cation moiety on each TTF unit was successfully accumulated in all oligomers. Self-assembled structures of neutral and oxidized species were characterized by SEM and XRD, and their conductive properties of the iodine-doped 1-3 as well as an intermolecular mixed-valence ion radical salt were investigated.  相似文献
