Mesoporous titanosilicates with 1-12 mol % Ti content and with three-dimensional wormhole-like mesoporosity are prepared by a modified sol-gel technique. Sorption analysis shows that there is little change in the surface properties with increasing Ti concentration in the samples, implying that Ti atoms either are well-dispersed on the walls of the silica matrix or are present inside the framework with no pore blocking effect. Spectroscopic analysis shows that the Ti atoms are atomically dispersed in the silica matrix even at very high Ti concentration and there is no observable Ti aggregate (anatase) present in the samples. These titanosilicate samples after Au deposition followed by trimethylsilylation (for enhanced hydrophobicity) are highly efficient catalysts for vapor-phase propene epoxidation using O2 and H2. It was possible to achieve commercially desirable performance with about 7% propene conversion, >90% propene oxide selectivity, and about 40% hydrogen efficiency. 相似文献
We investigated the distribution and stability of pirarubicin in human blood obtained from 12 healthy volunteers. The distribution of pirarubicin into blood cells showed marked temperature- and concentration-dependencies and the Arrhenius plot for pirarubicin uptake in blood was biphasic. Therefore, pirarubicin appears to be taken up into blood cells by a carrier-mediated system. Pirarubicin was mainly enzymatically metabolized to pirarubicinol in blood cells, but pirarubicin was not metabolized into doxorubicin in either blood or plasma. On the other hand, in plasma, pirarubicin was degraded to unknown inactive compounds instead of pirarubicinol. It is therefore suggested that blood cells serve to protect against the degradation of pirarubicin into inactive compounds in blood. Accordingly, when the monitoring of pirarubicin and its active metabolites is carried out in patients, both blood and plasma must be frozen immediately after blood collection. 相似文献
A series of 1,1'-biphenyl-2,6-dicarboxylic acid diesters with an aminoalkyl group in the ester function were synthesized and examined for their inhibitory activity on detrusor contraction in vitro and in vivo. In the in vivo test, arrhythmia was observed as a side effect. Among those compounds synthesized, 2-methyl 6-[4-(1-methylpiperidinyl)] 3-hydroxy-5-methyl-2'-nitro-1,1'-biphenyl-2,6-dicarboxylate (18) showed strong inhibitory activity on detrusor contractions in vivo (ED50 = 0.54 mg/kg i.v., ED50 = 7.2mg/kg i.d.) and good separation from the side effect. Compound 18 was chosen for further pharmacological evaluation as an agent for the treatment of overactive detrusor. 相似文献
The infrared spectrum of the ionic cluster I−(H2O) was recorded from 3170 to 3800 cm−1 by vibrational predissociation spectroscopy. A strong multiplet observed at 3415 cm−1 and a narrow band at 3710 cm−1 were assigned as a hydrogen-bonded OH stretch and free OH stretch respectively, indicating that H2O forms a single hydrogen bond with the iodide anion. Ab initio vibrational frequencies and intensities were computed at the second-order Møller-Plesset (MP2) level for the minimum energy configuration, a nearly linear hydrogen-bonded isomer, and for a low-lying saddlepoint, a symmetric C2v bridged isomer. The spectrum predicted for the hydrogen-bonded isomer agreed well with experiment. 相似文献
The dry pulp direct kneading method is an industrially viable, low-energy process for manufacturing cellulose nanofiber (CNF)-reinforced polymer composites, where the chemically modified pulps are nanofibrillated and uniformly dispersed in the polymer matrix during melt compounding. In the present study, cellulose fibers of various sizes ranging from surface-fibrillated pulps (20 μm in width) to fine CNFs (20 nm in width) were prepared from softwood bleached kraft pulps using a refiner and a high-pressure homogenizer. These cellulose fibers were modified with alkenyl succinic anhydride and dried. The dried fibers were used as a feed material for melt compounding in the dry pulp direct kneading method to fabricate CNF-reinforced high-density polyethylene (HDPE). When surface-fibrillated pulps were employed as a feed material, the pulps were nanofibrillated and dispersed uniformly in the HDPE matrix during melt compounding. The resulting composites had much better properties—i.e., much higher tensile modulus and strength values, and much lower coefficient of thermal expansion values—than the composites produced using pulps without pre-fibrillation. However, when CNFs were used as a feed material, they were shortened and agglomerated during melt compounding, and the properties of the composites consequently deteriorated. The study concludes that surface-fibrillated pulp, which can be produced cost-effectively using a refiner on an industrial scale, is more suitable as a feed material than CNFs for melt compounding in the dry pulp direct kneading method. This finding enables the elimination of a preliminary step in the preparation of CNFs from pulps, which is a time-consuming and energy-intensive process.
A new methodology was developed for analysis of aldehydes and ketones in fuel ethanol by high-performance liquid chromatography
(HPLC) coupled to electrochemical detection. The electrochemical oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, 2-furfuraldehyde, butyraldehyde,
acetone and methyl ethyl ketone derivatized with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) at glassy carbon electrode present a well
defined wave at +0.94 V; +0.99 V; +1.29 V; +1.15 V and +1.18 V, respectively which are the basis for its determination on
electrochemical detector. The carbonyl compounds derivatized were separated by a reverse-phase column under isocratic conditions
with a mobile phase containing a binary mixture of methanol / LiClO4(aq) at a concentration of 1.0 × 10−3 mol L−1 (80:20 v/v) and a flow-rate of 1.1mL min−1 . The optimum potential for the electrochemical detection of aldehydes-DNPH and ketones-DNPH was +1.0 V vs. Ag/AgCl. The
analytical curve of aldehydes-DNPH and ketones-DNPH presented linearity over the range 5.0 to 400.0 ng mL−1, with detection limits of 1.7 to 2.0 ng mL−1 and quantification limits from 5.0 to 6.2 ng mL−1, using injection volume of 20 μL. The proposed methodology was simple, low time-consuming (15 min/analysis) and presented
analytical recovery higher than 95%. 相似文献
Alkyl radicals generated by treatment of thiocarbamates of conformationally favorable 3-alkyl-3-arylpropan-1-ols with tris(trimethylsilyl)silane and AIBN efficiently undergo intramolecular ipso substitution of the methoxy group, yielding the corresponding cyclized products. In contrast, either conformationally favorable or flexible 1-arylalkan-3- or 4-ones easily cyclize into five- or six-membered condensed rings by treatment with SmI(2) via ketyl radical intermediates. The addition of HMPA as cosolvent dramatically changes the cyclization mode of the SmI(2)-induced reaction, and the para-cyclization products are exclusively formed. This "HMPA effect" can be rationalized by the strong chelating ability of HMPA with the samarium atom. 相似文献
A flexible and stereodivergent synthesis of the cis- and trans-fused 2,5-disubstituted octahydroquinolinone ring systems bearing all four stereogenic centers for the synthesis of the decahydroquinoline type of dendrobatid alkaloids has been achieved. The strategy involves stereoselective and stereodivergent construction of 2,3,6-trisubstituted piperidine ring systems using the Michael type of conjugate addition reaction to the enaminoesters 1 and 3, the intramolecular aldol type of cyclization reaction of keto aldehydes 11 and 12, and ring-closing metathesis of 21 as key steps. 相似文献
Microfibrillated cellulose (MFC), a mechanically fibrillated pulp mostly consisting of nanofibrils, is a very attractive material because of its high elastic modulus and strength. Although much research has been done on composites of MFC and polypropylene (PP), it has been difficult to produce such composites at an industrial level because of the difficulties in using MFC in such composites are not only connected to the polarity (that can be improved with compatibilizers), but also with the challenge to make a homogeneous blend of the components, and also the low temperature stability of cellulose that could cause problems during processing. We developed a new processing method which enables continuous microfibrillation of pulp and its melt compounding with PP. Never-dried kraft pulp and powdered PP were used as raw materials to obtain MFC by kneading via a twin-screw extruder. Scanning electron microscopy showed nano to submicron wide fibers entangled in the powdered PP. MFC did not aggregate during the melt compounding process, during which the water content was evaporated. Maleic anhydride polypropylene (MAPP) was used as a compatibilizer to reinforce interfacial adhesion between the polar hydroxyl groups of MFC and non-polar PP. We investigated the effect of MAPP content on the mechanical properties of the composite, which were drastically improved by MAPP addition. Needle-leaf unbleached kraft pulp (NUKP)-derived MFC composites had better mechanical properties than needle-leaf bleached kraft pulp (NBKP)-derived MFC composites. Injection molded NUKP-derived MFC composites had good mechanical and thermal properties. The tensile modulus of 50 wt% MFC composite was two times, and the tensile strength 1.5 times higher than that of neat PP. The heat distortion temperature of 50 wt% MFC content composite under 1.82 MPa flexural load was increased by 53 °C, from 69 to 122 °C. This newly developed continuous process using powder resin has the potential for application at an industrial level. 相似文献
