The catalytic effect of VSi2 on initial stages of the liquid-phase oxidation of cyclooctene by molecular oxygen was studied. The vanadium disilicide influences
on the oxidation process in the presence of hydroperoxide. VSi2 takes part in a radical formation stage by catalysis of hydroperoxide decomposition reaction. The catalyst was investigated
before and after reaction using FTIR spectroscopy. From the data obtained, the kinetic model of the catalytic oxidation process
was proposed and the equation for the reaction rate was derived. The equation has described all observed dependences of reaction
rate on the concentration of reactants and content of catalyst.

The novel network polymers 2a-2d based on calix[4]resorcinarene derivatives were obtained with yields 2a: 80%, 2b: 90%, 2c: 70%, 2d: 70%. Polymers 2a and 2b containing fragments of tetramethylcalix[4]resorcinarene or tetraphenylcalix[4]resorcinarene as a repeating units were synthesized by condensation cis-tetramethylcalix[4]resorcinarene or cis-tetraphenylcalix[4]resorcinarene with formaldehyde. Polymers 2c and 2d containing fragments of furylcalix[4]resorcinarene were obtained by condensation of formaldehyde with products of calix[4]resorcinarene and furfural interaction. The IR spectra and sorption properties of the polymers were researched. It is found out that 2a-2d can participate in the cation-exchange reaction. 相似文献

X-ray photoelectron spectra of the core and valence levels of the fundamental building blocks of β-lactam antibiotics have been investigated and compared with theoretical calculations. The spectra of the compounds 2-azetidinone and the 2- and 4-isomers of thiazolidine-carboxylic acid are interpreted in the light of theoretical calculations. The spectra of the two isomers of thiazolidine-carboxylic acid are rather similar, as expected, but show clear effects due to isomerization. Both isomers are analogues of proline, which is well-known to populate several low energy conformers in the gas phase. We have investigated the low energy conformers of thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid theoretically in more detail and find some spectroscopic evidence that multiple conformers may be present. The measured valence levels are assigned for all three compounds, and the character of the frontier orbitals is identified and analyzed. 相似文献

An application of the flow differential pulse voltammetry with tubular detector based on silver solid amalgam for determination of antineoplastic drug lomustine in pharmaceutical preparations is presented. The highest sensitivity was obtained in [0.10 mol dm?3 MES; 2.00 mol dm?3 NaCl; pH 6.0]:EtOH (9 : 1) with flow rate 0.50 mL min?1, and the magnitude of the modulation amplitude ?0.070 V. The calibration dependence was linear in the range 1×10?6–1 × 10?4 mol dm?3 (R2=0.999). The limit of detection was 1.5×10?7 mol dm?3. This method was successfully used for determination of lomustine in real samples of chemotherapy drug CeeNU Lomustine 40 mg. 相似文献

An enzymatic reactor based on silver solid amalgam powder was suggested as the main part of biosensors in flow systems for the first time. Biosensors were tested with following enzymes: ascorbate oxidase, glucose oxidase, catalase, tyrosinase and laccase. The current response of each biosensor was optimized with respect to the detection potential, flow rate, the injection and reactor volume. Relative standard deviation for detection with the studied enzymes was found to be in the range of 0.81–2.1 %. The biosensor with the ascorbate oxidase reactor was used for determination of ascorbic acid in the vitamin tablets Celaskon. 相似文献
