Highly crystalline I-rich type Cladophora cellulose, which had been kept in never-dried condition, was treated in 60wt% sulfuric acid at 100°C, for 1–48h. The cellulose microcrystals thus obtained were analysed by X-ray diffractometry, FT-IR, and transmission electron microscopy. The I component was found to be more degraded than the I component. The cellulose I/I ratios of the samples acid-treated for 0, 24, and 48 h were about 8:2, 6:4, and 4:6, respectively. After the acid treatment, the microcrystals became narrower in width, and very sharp at their ends. These results indicate that the I phase is mostly located at the surface of the microcrystals, which is morphologically more susceptible to the acid treatment.  相似文献

Herein, we report use of [Li+@C60]TFSI? as a dopant for spiro‐MeOTAD in lead halide perovskite solar cells. This approach gave an air stability nearly 10‐fold that of conventional devices using Li+TFSI?. Such high stability is attributed to the hydrophobic nature of [Li+@C60]TFSI? repelling moisture and absorbing intruding oxygen, thereby protecting the perovskite device from degradation. Furthermore, [Li+@C60]TFSI? could oxidize spiro‐MeOTAD without the need for oxygen. The encapsulated devices exhibited outstanding air stability for more than 1000 h while illuminated under ambient conditions.  相似文献

The first successful example of the catalyzed Diels-Alder reaction of 1-methoxy-3-trimethylsiloxy-1,3-diene (Danishefsky's diene, 2a), giving the corresponding carbocyclic adducts, is described. The reaction of (Z)-ethylideneacetoacetate 1a with 2a is catalyzed with lanthanide salts such as Yb(OTf)(3) at 0 degrees C, affording the corresponding 2-cyclohexenone 3a in good yield with complete integrity of the starting geometry of 1a. The thermal version of the same cycloaddition results in a decrease in the cis arrangement of the 5-methyl and the 4-alkoxycarbonyl groups on 2-cyclohexenone. The catalyzed reaction of (E)-1a unexpectedly affords the cis-arranged 3a. The reaction path for the catalyzed Diels-Alder reaction is postulated on the basis of these results.  相似文献

Aqueous gel deswelling rates for copolymer hydrogels comprising N‐isopropylacrylamide (IPAAm) and 2‐carboxyisopropylacrylamide (CIPAAm) in response to increasing temperatures were investigated. Compared with pure IPAAm‐based gels, IPAAm–CIPAAm gels shrink very rapidly in response to small temperature increases across their lower critical solution temperature (their volume is reduced by five‐sixths within 60 s). Shrinking rates for these hydrogels increase with increasing CIPAAm content. In contrast, structurally analogous IPAAm–acrylic acid (AAc) copolymer gels lose their temperature sensitivity with the introduction of only a few mole percent of AAc. Additionally, deswelling rates of IPAAm–AAc gels decrease with increasing AAc content. These results indicate that IPAAm–CIPAAm copolymer gels behave distinctly from IPAAm–AAc systems even if both comonomers, CIPAAm and AAc, possess carboxylic acid groups. Thus, we propose that the sensitive deswelling behavior for IPAAm–CIPAAm gels results from strong hydrophobic chain aggregation maintained between network polymer chains due to the similar chemical structures of CIPAAm and IPAAm. This structural homology facilitates aggregation of chain isopropylamide groups for both IPAAm and CIPAAm sequences with increasing temperature. The incorporation of AAc, however, shows no structural homology to IPAAm, inhibiting chain aggregation and limiting collapse. A functionalized temperature‐sensitive poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) hydrogel containing carboxylic acid groups is possible with CIPAAm, producing rapid and large volume changes in response to smaller temperature changes. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A microchip-based cell culture system was developed and a primary culture of rat hepatocytes was realized in the system. The microchip was made of glass plates and had a microchannel and a microculture flask inside. The flask inner surface was coated using collagen solution; then FBS and DMEM were added successively. Rat hepatocytes suspended in a medium was introduced into the microchip and incubated at 37 degrees C in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO(2). Because of the shortage of dissolved oxygen, the cultured cells in the microchip resulted in a significant decrease in viability. To overcome this, a continuous medium flow oxygen and nutrition supplying system was designed and constructed. The system realized good cell growth for at least 4 days. Liver-specific functions, such as the synthesis of albumin and urea from hepatocytes were confirmed.  相似文献

Click Cu(I)‐catalyzed polymerizations of diynes that contained ester linkages and diazides were performed to produce polyesters (click polyesters) of large molecular weights [(~1.0–7.0 ) × 104], that contained main‐chain 1,4‐disubstitued triazoles in excellent yields. Incorporation of triazole improved the thermal properties and magnified the even‐odd effect of the methylene chain length. We also found that, by changing the positions of the triazole rings, the thermal properties of the polyesters could be controlled. The use of in situ azidation was a safe reaction, as explosive diazides are not used. In addition, the microwave heating was found to accelerate the polymerization rates. Five new 2,2′-bipyridines functionalized with a perylene or a perylenediimide moiety were synthesized and the corresponding heteroleptic ruthenium(II) complexes ([Ru(bpy)2(L)](PF6)2; bpy = 2,2′-bipyridyl, L = perylene-substituted bpy ligand) were prepared. The UV–vis spectra of the ruthenium(II) complexes showed red-shifted and intense absorption bands derived from the conjugated structure of the new ligands.  相似文献

Supramolecular polymers show great potential in the development of new materials because of their inherent recyclability and their self‐healing and stimuli‐responsive properties. Supramolecular conductive polymers are generally obtained by the assembly of individual aromatic molecules into columnar arrays that provide an optimal channel for electronic transport. A new approach is reported to prepare supramolecular polymers by hooking together sigmoidal monomers into 1D arrays of π‐stacked anthracene and acridine units, which gives rise to micrometer‐sized fibrils that show pseudoconductivities in line with other conducting materials. This approach paves the way for the design of new supramolecular polymers constituted by acene derivatives with enhanced excitonic and electronic transporting properties.  相似文献
