The photochemical and electrochemical properties of four chlorin-C60 or porphyrin-C60 dyads having the same short spacer between the macrocycle and the fullerene are examined. In contrast with all the previous results on porphyrin-fullerene dyads, the photoexcitation of a zinc chlorin-C60 dyad results in an unusually long-lived radical ion pair which decays via first-order kinetics with a decay rate constant of 9.1 x 10(3) x s(-1). This value is 2-6 orders of magnitude smaller than values reported for all other porphyrin or chlorin donor-acceptor of the molecule dyad systems. The formation of radical cations of the donor part and the radical anion of the acceptor part was also confirmed by ESR measurements under photoirradiation at low temperature. The photoexcitation of other dyads (free-base chlorin-C60, zinc porphyrin-C60, and free-base porphyrin-C60 dyads) results in formation of the ion pairs which decay quickly to the triplet excited states of the chlorin or porphyrin moiety via the higher lying radical ion pair states as is expected from the redox potentials.  相似文献

The functionalization of polysilanes is an important subject in materials science because functionalized polysilanes are expected to exhibit potentially innovative properties. This research aims at the addition of a water-shedding property to polysilanes by introducing perfluoroalkyl groups into their skeleton. The photoinduced iodoperfluoroalkylation of various vinylsilanes takes place successfully upon irradiation with a xenon lamp: vinylmonosilanes undergo iodoperfluoroalkylation with perfluoroalkyl iodides (RfI) regioselectively, and the corresponding perfluoroalkylated silanes are obtained in moderate to high yields. Detailed optimization of the photoinduced iodoperfluoroalkylation has been investigated to apply this method to the functionalization of polysilanes. Polysilanes having vinyl groups can be synthesized by the reductive coupling of dichlorovinylsilanes with samarium diiodide (SmI2) and samarium metal (Sm) upon irradiation with visible light. The synthesized vinylpolysilanes and RfI (about 1.0 mM CHCl3 solution) are coated on a glass plate sequentially, and then the following photoirradiation with light of a wavelength over 300 nm successfully adds an excellent water-shedding property to the glass plate.  相似文献

Concomitant increase in putrescine incorporation with transferrin uptake into rat reticulocytes was found. [14C]Putrescine incorporation occurred in the presence of transferrin at 37 degrees C. The subcellular distribution of incorporated [14C]putrescine showed that the incorporation in the plasma membrane time dependently increased. Both 125I-labeled transferrin uptake and [14C]putrescine incorporation decreased when ethylene glycol bis(2-aminoethyl ether)-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid was added, while it increased with the addition of A23187.  相似文献

1 H-Nmr spectra of cis and trans isomers of 2,3-, 2,5-, and 2,6-dimethylpiperazines were taken at various temperatures. The spectra of geometrical isomers bearing the ae or ea dimethyl groups showed broadening at lower temperatures. Self-dual codes over exist for all even lengths. The smallest length for which the largest minimum weight among self-dual codes has not been determined is 24, and the largest minimum weight is either 9 or 10. If A is semi-standard graded (i.e., A is finitely generated as a k[A1]-module), it has the h-vector(h0,h1,,hs), which encodes the Hilbert function of A. From now on, assume that s=2. It is known that if A is standard graded (i.e., A=k[A1]), then A is level. We will show that, in the semi-standard case, if A is not level, then h1+1 divides h2. Conversely, for any positive integers h and n, there is a non-level A with the h-vector (1,h,(h+1)n). The effect of Ti and C additions on the corrosion behavior of Nd9.4Pr0.6Febal.Co6B6Ga0.5TixCx (x=0, 1.5, 3, 6) isotropic nanocomposite melt-spun ribbons in 3.5 wt% sodium chloride solution was studied. The melt-spun ribbons were annealed at 750 °C for 10 min in argon-filled quartz capsules. The microstructure of multiphase nanocrystalline samples and corrosion products was characterized using the X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy techniques. The electrochemical behavior was assessed using potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results show that the addition of Ti and C increases the corrosion resistance of NdFeB ribbons; the best corrosion resistance was obtained for 1.5 wt% Ti and C content.  相似文献
