Condensation of α-halocarbonyl compounds and 2-mercaptobenzimidazole gives thiazolo-[3,2-a]benzimidazoles. This condensation occurred at the mercapto group of the benzimidazole followed by cyclization to form the thiazole ring. This was confirmed by the examination of the mass spectra of 2- and 3-methylthiazolo[3,2-a]benzimidazoles, 2- and 3-phenylthiazolo[3,2-a]-benzimidazoles, and their derivatives. 相似文献

The cyclic voltammetric study of 1,10-phenanthroline—copper(II) complex was carried out in acidic buffer solution. It was found from the current—mole ratio (copper (II): 1,10-phenanthroline) relationship that the maximum coordination number of 1,10-phenanthroline—copper(II) complex was four under the present experimental condition. Abstract— Photodynamic efficiency of protoporphyrin IX (PP) accumulated in HeLa cells by the incubation of PP with HeLa cells was compared with that of accumulated PP formed from 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) as a precursor. The ALA-induced PP was photodynamically more efficient than exogenous PP. The difference is caused by monomelic PP concentration and PP localization site in HeLa cells. Exogenous PP was accumulated mainly in plasma membrane, and the membrane was strongly damaged by irradiation. The ALA-induced PP was selectively accumulated in mitochondria and inactivated the mitochondrial function by irradiation. 相似文献

We study exciton and biexciton spectra in disordered semiconductor quantum wires by means of nanophotoluminescence spectroscopy. We demonstrate a close link between the exciton localization length along the wire and the occurrence of a biexciton spectral line. The biexciton signature appears only if the corresponding exciton state extends over more than a few tens of nanometers. We also measure a nonmonotonous variation of the biexciton binding energy with decreasing exciton localization length. This behavior is quantitatively well reproduced by the solution of the single-band Schr?dinger equation of the four-particle problem in a one-dimensional confining potential. 相似文献

A two-color interferometer for preformed plasma characterization is developed. We observe the electron density distribution of preformed plasmas on a 5 μm-thick copper target irradiated with a high-intensity Ti:sapphire laser. The two-color interferometer extended the observable electron density region using a fundamental (800 nm) probe beam to cover the lower density region and a second harmonic (400 nm) probe beam to cover the higher density region, simultaneously. This characterization of the electron density distribution of preformed plasmas with femtosecond time resolution significantly contributes to the understanding of high-intensity laser–thin-foil interactions during high-energy electron, ion, and X-ray generation. Several types of copolymers of CR-39 were prepared to find its usefulness as a nuclear track detector of high sensitivity. Track responses of these copolymers were investigated by irradiating energetic ions from proton through Ar. The copolymer of CR-39 monomer with N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) shows higher sensitivity than that of pure CR-39 for low LET particles such as protons. Preliminary results are reported for the track responses of copolymers (CR-39/NIPAAm) with various contents of NIPAAm as well as the etching properties. 相似文献

Electrical field components of metal‐surface plasmon resonance were analyzed in detail. Both longitudinal optical (LO) and transverse optical (TO) phonon modes of a biaxially strained Si layer can be excited by surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). The z to y polarization ratio in SERS measurements was calculated to be 0.78 using the intensity ratio of TO to LO phonon modes.
