Des nombreuses séparations sont possibles.

Summary The migration of the following ions in the presence of, -diaminodiethylether-N,N-tetraacetic acid has been studied in relation to the p_H: Cd, Cu(II), Bi, As(III), Sb(III), Sn(II), Fe(III), Al, Cr(III), Co, Ni, Mn, Zn. Many separations are possible.

Synthesis and characterization of constrained cyclosporin A derivatives containing a pseudo-proline group

The chemical synthesis, conformational analysis and receptor binding studies of novel constrained cyclosporin A (CsA) analogues are described. The selective insertion of pseudo-proline (ΨPro) systems featuring different 2-C-substituents at the oxazolidine ring exerts dramatic effects upon the backbone conformation as demonstrated by NMR analysis. It is shown that the insertion of a Ψ^MeMepro at position 5 (Thr⁵CsA) maintains binding to cyclophilin A as well as to calcineurin and shows a 5-6 cis amide bond with all remaining amide bonds trans. The elaborated synthetic routes for generating ΨPro containing Cs derivatives pave the way for extended structure-activity relationship studies aiming at the design of potential pharmacologically active compounds with a selective activity profile.     

The seven‐membered nickelacycle [NiBr{o‐CH=C(CF3)C6H4CH2PPh2‐κ2C,P}{PPh(CH2Ph)2}]

The crystal and molecular structures of the title compound, 3‐bromo‐3‐(di­benzyl­phenyl­phospho­nio)‐2,2‐di­phenyl‐5‐trifluoromethyl‐1H‐benzo­[e][1,2]­phosphanickelepine, [NiBr(C₂₂H₁₇F₃P)(C₂₀H₁₉P)], which was obtained as the major regioisomer from insertion of HCCCF₃ into the Ni—C bond of the five‐membered phosphanickelacycle [NiBr(o‐C₆H₄CH₂PPh₂‐κ²C,P){PPh(CH₂Ph)₂}], have been determined. Principal geometric data include the Ni—X bond lengths Ni—Br 2.3343 (4) Å, Ni—P 2.1867 (7) and 2.2094 (7) Å, and Ni—C 1.882 (3) Å, and the two trans angles P—Ni—P 171.55 (3)° and Br—Ni—C 176.88 (9)°.     

Heterosupramolecular Chemistry: Programmed Pseudorotaxane Assembly at the Surface of a Nanocrystal

Gold nanocrystals , stabilized by thiols covalently bound to a dibenzo[24]crown-8 moiety, have been programmed to recognize and selectively bind dibenzylammonium cations in solution. This results in a self-organization process at the surface of a nanocrystal with the assembly of a pseudorotaxane (see picture).
