A series of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles having thioether as well as amide linkage were synthesized from aryl(prop-2-yn-1-yl)sulfanes and 2-azido-N-substituted acetamides through Cu(I) catalyzed click reaction. Structures of newly synthesized compounds (3a3x) were confirmed by spectral techniques like FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS. The synthesized triazoles were evaluated for in vitro antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, and Aspergillus niger. Compounds 3m and 3q displayed appreciable broad spectrum antimicrobial activity against tested microbial strains. The nanoformulations of compounds 3m and 3q were also prepared and examined against one bacterial strain and one fungal strain.  相似文献

Synthesis of a series of tricyclic quinazolinones have been accomplished starting from anthranilamide and 1,3-cyclic dione promoted by TsOH·H2O The protocol presented herein based on retro-Dieckmann type reaction, leading to incorporation of dione as an acyclic unit into the product. Simple reaction conditions, broad scope, excellent yields are the advantages of this protocol. Further, this methodology is extended to the synthesis of pyridopyrimidinones and benzimidazopyridines.  相似文献

Some platinum (IV) complexes [Pt(L)2Cl2] [where, L=2-aminopyridine-N-thiohydrazide (L1), (2-aminopyridine-N-thio)-1,3-propanediamine (L2), benzaldehyde-2-aminopyridine-N-thiohydrazone (L3) and salicylaldehyde-2-aminopyrtidine-N-thiohydrazone (L4)] have been synthesized. The thiohydrazides, thiodiamine and thiohydrazones can exist as thione-thiol tautomer and coordinate as a bidentate N-S ligand. The ligands found to act in monobasic bidentate fashion. Analytical data reveals that metal to ligand stoichiometry is 1:2. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, mass, electronic and 1H NMR spectroscopic studies. In vitro antibacterial and cytotoxic study have also been carried out for some complexes.  相似文献

A novel and efficient method for the synthesis of N,N-dialkylaminoisopropyl- and O-alkylisopropyl-2-(1-alkyl-2-oxopropylidene)phosphonohydrazido oximes (4) using activated silica as dehydrating agent has been developed. The reaction involves the condensation of substituted diacetyl monoxime and N,N-dialkylaminoisopropyl-phosphono hydrazide or O-alkylisopropylphosphono hydrazides and gave the corresponding analogues of a naturally occurring fish toxin in excellent yields under mild conditions.  相似文献

A novel and efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of N,N-dialkylamino-O-alkyl-2-(1-methyl-2-oxopropylidene)phosphorohydrazido oximes 5. The sonar beam of an echolocating bat forms a spatial window restricting the echo information returned from the environment. Investigating the shape and orientation of the sonar beam produced by a bat as it flies and performs various behavioral tasks may yield insight into the operation of its sonar system. This paper presents recordings of vertical and horizontal cross sections of the sonar beam produced by Eptesicus fuscus (big brown bats) as they fly and pursue prey in a laboratory flight room. In the horizontal plane the sonar beam consists of one large lobe and in the vertical plane the beam consists of two lobes of comparable size oriented frontally and ventrally. In level flight, the bat directs its beam such that the ventral lobe is pointed forward and down toward the ground ahead of its flight path. The bat may utilize the downward directed lobe to measure altitude without the need for vertical head movements.  相似文献

Here, click synthesis of 15 naphthyl-linked disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles has been carried out by the reaction between 1-(prop-2-yn-1-yloxy)naphthalene and aromatic azides. The structure elucidation of the synthesized compounds was carried out by FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS techniques. Further, the compound 7f was confirmed by X-ray crystallography (CCDC 1876891). The synthesized compounds were explored for antibacterial activity against Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. Biological evaluation of synthesized 1,2,3-triazoles revealed moderate to good antibacterial activity against the tested strains. The antioxidative behavior of synthesized compounds manifested the remarkable free radical scavenging activity using DPPH assay.  相似文献

In this article, we study a ratio-dependent predator–prey model described by a Holling type III functional response with time delay incorporated into the resource limitation of the prey logistic equation. This investigation includes the influence of intra-species competition among the predator species. All the equilibria are characterized. Qualitative behavior of the complicated singular point (0,0) in the interior of the first quadrant is investigated by means of a blow-up transformation. Uniform persistence, stability, and Hopf bifurcation at the positive equilibrium point of the system are examined. Global asymptotic stability analyses of the positive equilibrium point by the Bendixon–Dulac criterion for non-delayed model and by constructing a suitable Lyapunov functional for the delayed model are carried out separately. We perform a numerical simulation to validate the applicability of the proposed mathematical model and our analytical findings.  相似文献
