New thermally stable poly(urethane-imide)s (PUIs) were synthesized to investigate aliphatic and aromatic group effects on various properties such as thermal stability and electrochemical properties. Thermal characterizations were carried out by TG-DTA and DSC techniques. TGA results showed that the PUIs derived from aromatic diisocyanates had relatively higher thermal stabilities as compared to the aliphatic diisocyanate. They have between 223–245°C onset temperature and above 37% char at 1000°C. Also, thermal degradation values show that PUIs have higher stability than conventional PU. DSC results showed that the new PUIs have Tg values between 134 and 138°C. Fluorescence measurements were performed using dimethyl sulfoxide solutions and also, the optimization of the concentrations maximal emission intensity was investigated in dimethyl sulfoxide. As a result, the remarkable properties related to the fluorescence and thermal measurements of the polymers were obtained. Therefore, these polymers could be used in various application fields because of the fluorescent and thermal properties.  相似文献

In this study, quantum chemical calculations of geometric parameters, conformational, natural bond orbital (NBO) and nonlinear optical (NLO) properties, vibrational frequencies, 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of the title molecule [C9H7F5N2O3] in the ground state have been calculated with the help of Density Functional Theory (DFT-B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)) and Hartree-Fock (HF/6-311++G(d,p)) methods. The optimized geometric parameters, vibrational frequencies, 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts values are compared with experimental values of the investigated molecules. Comparison between experimental and theoretical results showed that B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) method is able to provide more satisfactory results. In order to understand this phenomenon in the context of molecular orbital picture, we examined the molecular frontier orbital energies (HOMO, HOMO-1, LUMO, and LUMO + 1), the energy difference (ΔE) between E HOMO and E LUMO, electronegativity (χ), hardness (η), softness (S) calculated by HF/6-311++G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) levels. The molecular surfaces, Mulliken, NBO, and Atomic polar tensor (APT) charges of the investigated molecule have also been calculated by using the same methods.  相似文献

Vehicle refinishing body shops are concerned by the environmental policy against photochemical air pollution caused by VOC emissions. For supporting these small enterprises the mass and energy flow model IMPROVE has been developed. Based on an LCA-approach, the process steps of vehicle refinishing are modelled. The model IMPROVE helps to disseminate the consequences of product substitution in comparison to so far used products and techniques in the body shop. For the dissemination of experiences practical guidelines have been developed. Moreover, a comprehensible tool for the Solvent Balance is being offered. Thus, various means are available for consulting and also for strategic production planning for the SME in the sector.  相似文献

Acetylcholine chloride, like choline chloride, forms a liquid salt dihydrate, and a crystalline monohydrate that only exists at reduced pressure; at atmospheric pressure the monohydrate disproportionates into liquid dihydrate and anhydrous acetylcholine chloride. Both choline and acetylcholine chlorides give endothermic dissolution in water. In contrast, choline fluoride gives exothermic dissclution in water, and forms an extra-ordinarily stable monohydrate in which choline cation hydroxyls form strong hydrogen bonds to an H4O2F2?2 cluster anion. Since the hydration behavior of choline fluoride is like that of unsubstituted tetraalkylammonium fluorides, the unusual hydration behavior of choline and acetyline chlorides results from the presence of chloride ion, and is not an intrinsic property of cholinergic cations.  相似文献

An HPLC method has been described in the European Pharmacopoeia and United States Pharmacopeia for the determination of nine organic impurities (imp A–I) in fingolimod hydrochloride, a synthetic sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor modulator. The manufacturing process of fingolimod hydrochloride consists of multistep chemical synthesis wherein controls of precursors, intermediates and process steps should be performed to assure the final quality of the drug substance. We synthesized and isolated eight process-related impurities (FINI imp A–H) of fingolimod, which were different from the pharmacopoeial impurities. One unknown process-related impurity was found as a key intermediate (FINI) and was identified by LC–MS. Characterization of all of the impurities were done using spectroscopic techniques (1H and 13C NMR, FTIR, MS), and the mechanistic pathways to the formation of these impurities were also discussed. Two of these impurities were evaluated as potential genotoxic impurities owing to their alerting structures and alkylating properties (alkyl sulfonates and alkyl halides, class 3, ICH M7). We also developed and validated an RP-UPLC method in line with ICH Q2 guidelines for control these impurities (FINI imp A–H) and to assure the pharmacopoeial quality drug substance.  相似文献

A simple method for fabricating a polarisation independent blue-phase liquid crystal Fresnel lens (BPLCFL) is demonstrated by utilising the photo-polymerisation-induced phase separation. The BPLC/polymer binary Fresnel zones is obtained well by periodic UV illumination with phase separation of the BPLC molecules and UV-curable pre-polymer mixture. The diffraction efficiency can be controlled when applying a uniform electric field which modulates the phase difference between even and odd Fresnel zones. Experimental results show that the maximum diffraction efficiency reaches 24.3%, which is close to the measured diffraction efficiency of the used Fresnel zone-plate mask of 25%. We also characterise the tunable lens performance at different applied voltages.  相似文献

The diffusion functions in the radial and axial directions of a cylindrical body are evaluated using an iterative method and a computer plotter system. For a given total concentration and relative radius, the relative height of this cylinder is calculated. Using the above parameters new diagrams for isoconcentration lines are plotted.

Zusammenfassung Nach einer iterativen Methode und mit Hilfe eines Computers wird versucht, die Diffusionsfunktionen in den radialen und axialen Richtungen eines zylindrischen Körpers zu berechnen. Für eine vorgegebene Gesamtkonzentration und einen relativen Radius wird die relative Höhe des Zylinders ermittelt. Bei Anwendung der obigen Parameter werden neue Diagramme für Isokonzentrationslinen dargestellt.

The purpose of the current study was to characterize Leishmania cell-surface antigens by two different methods established for the purification of glycoproteins and proteins, and to point out a useful approach to define their size and mass heterogeneity. L. tropica parasites were initially isolated from patients with active cutaneous leishmaniasis and were then cultured in vitro. The parasite-cell layer was solubilised with 6 M guanidinium chloride (GuHCl) and subsequently prepared for the purification procedure. The methods used in this work were gel filtration chromatography and isopycnic density-gradient centrifugation. Because of the presence of a substantial amount of non-specific proteins in the culture medium, these methods were not effective alone in distinguishing these antigens. However, a good idea of their N-glycosylated structures could be obtained by using Periodic acid-Schiffs (PAS) and Con A lectin, and also size and mass heterogeneity. A combination of these methods effected a clear separation of the antigens. Amino acid analysis of the purified antigens was performed to positively identify them as well-known Leishmania cell-surface antigen gene products. The results confirmed the presence of more than one cell-surface antigen on the Leishmania parasite and the combination of gel chromatography and density-gradient centrifugation could be useful for their isolation.  相似文献
