Crystal and molecular structure of 2e-diethylamino-3e,4e-dimethyl-5e-phenyl-2a-thio-1,3,2-oxazaphospholane

The results of an x-ray structural investigation of 2e-diethylamino-3e,4e-dimethyl-5e-phenyl-2a-thio-1,3,2-oxazaphospholane are discussed. Synthesis and Structure of Dithiocarbamates Derived from Ephedrine Alkaloids

Products of the reactions of l-ephedrine and d-pseudoephedrine with saturated and unsaturated alkyl halides and carbon disulfide in the presence of triethylamine were obtained. Synthesis of acetylated glycosyl-containing thiourea derivatives based on the alkaloids cytisine and anabasine and the molecular structure of N-cytisino-N′-(2,3,4,6-tetraO-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)thiocarbamide

Glycosylthiourea derivatives were synthesized from the alkaloids cytisine and anabasine and 1-deoxy-2,3,4,6tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosylisothiocyanate. The structures of the synthesized compounds were proved using PMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and an x-ray crystal structure analysis.
