Chitosan nanoparticles (CHN) were prepared based on ionotropic gelation between low moleculer weight chitosan and sodium tripolyphosphate (TPP) under microwave irradiation. Particle size, zeta potential, and FT-IR techniques were used for characterization of CHN. The influence of reaction time on the nanoparticle size distribution was investigated, and the results showed that the microwave irradiation method evidently decreases the reaction times and particle size over the conventional method. It was determined by the results of the zeta potential measurements that synthesized CHN under microwave irradiation clearly exhibits more homogeneous and stable dispersion.  相似文献

The approximate analytical solutions of the Dirac equation with the Poeschl-Teller potential is presented for arbitrary spin-orbit quantum number κ within the framework of the spin symmetry concept. The energy eigenvalues and the corresponding two Dirac spinors are obtained approximately in closed forms. The limiting cases of the energy eigenvalues and the two Dirac spinors are briefly discussed.  相似文献

A label-free electrochemical DNA biosensor was developed through the attachment of polystyrene-g-soya oil-g-imidazole graft copolymer (PS-PSyIm) onto modified graphene oxide (GO) electrodeposited on glassy carbon electrode (GC). GC/GO electrode was initially functionalised via electrochemical reduction of 4-nitrobenzene diazonium salt, followed by the electrochemical reduction of NO2 to NH2. Subsequent to the electrochemical deposition of gold nanoparticles on modified surface, the attachment of the PS-PSyIm graft copolymer on the resulting electrode was achieved. The interaction of PS-PSyIm with DNA at the bare glassy carbon electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry technique, and it was found that interaction predominantly takes place through intercalation mode. The selectivity of developed DNA biosensor was also explored by DPV on the basis of considering hybridisation event with non-complementary, one-base mismatched DNA and complementary target DNA sequence. Large decrease in the peak current was found upon the addition of complementary target DNA. The sensitivity of the developed DNA biosensor was also investigated, and detection limit was found to be 1.20 nmol L?1.  相似文献

The synthesis of pyridine carbamate and thiocarbamate derivates is described. A series of oxime carbamate and thiocarbamate derivatives were synthesized by the addition of 2-, 3-, and 4-pyridinecarbaldehyde oximes to isocyanates and isothiocyanates. Furthermore, carbamate and thiocarbamate derivatives of pyridine were synthesized by the addition of 2-, 3-, and 4-hydroxy pyridine to isocyanates and isothiocyanates. Their structures were confirmed by both analytical and spectral data.

The present study describes the synthesis of a novel extractant p-tert-butyl-calix[4]azacrown ionophore (5) and evaluation of its extraction capability toward dichromate ion from aqueous solution. At first, p-tert-butyl-calix[4]azacrown ionophore (5) has been synthesized from the condensation of p-tert-butyl-calix[4]arene diamine (3) with N-(4-formylphenyl)-aza-15-crown-5 (4). The studies regarding the removal of dichromate ion from the aqueous solutions have been carried out in the liquid–liquid extraction systems. The extraction results showed that p-tert-butyl-calix[4]azacrown derivative (5) exhibited generally higher affinity towards dichromate ion than both 3 and 4 at all studied pHs.  相似文献

Here, we investigate the performance of “Accurate NeurAl networK engINe for Molecular Energies” (ANI), trained on small organic compounds, on bulk systems including non-covalent interactions and applicability to estimate solvation (hydration) free energies using the interaction between the ligand and explicit solvent (water) from single-step MD simulations. The method is adopted from ANI using the Atomic Simulation Environment (ASE) and predicts the non-covalent interaction energies at the accuracy of wb97x/6-31G(d) level by a simple linear scaling for the conformations sampled by molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of ligand-n(H2O) systems. For the first time, we test ANI potentials' abilities to reproduce solvation free energies using linear interaction energy (LIE) formulism by modifying the original LIE equation. Our results on ~250 different complexes show that the method can be accurate and have a correlation of R2 = 0.88–0.89 (MAE <1.0 kcal/mol) to the experimental solvation free energies, outperforming current end-state methods. Moreover, it is competitive to other conventional free energy methods such as FEP and BAR with 15-20 × fold reduced computational cost.  相似文献

Tanacetum species are consumed as tea in Turkey. We comparatively evaluated the phytochemical potentials and antioxidant activities of the essential oil and methanolic extracts of Tanacetum cilicicum. The chemical constitutes of T. cilicicum essential oil and antioxidant activity of this species was analysed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) method. Bicyclo (3,1,1) hept-2-en-4-ol (21.92%), camphor (15.56%) and 1,8-cineole (13.45%) which are oxygenated monoterpenes were found as the major constituents. Phenolic acids and flavonoids were quantificated by HPLC–UV. Catechin was found as the main component. The essential oils and methanolic extracts were evaluated by antioxidant activities. The leaves exhibited significant metal chelation activity with a value of 20.75 ± 4.63 μg/mL.  相似文献

In this work, we focus on obtaining the exact solutions of the fifth-order semi-linear and non-linear dispersive partial differential equations, which have the second-order diffusion-like (porous-type) non-linearity. The proposed equations were not studied in the literature in the sense of the exact solutions. We reveal solutions of the proposed equations using the classical Riccati equations method. The obtained exact solutions, which can play a key role to simulate non-linear waves in the medium with dispersion and diffusion, are illustrated and discussed in details.  相似文献

Although ultrasonic energy is widely used cleaning and degreasing of parts and assemblies in automotive and other industries, the use of ultrasonic energy in an industrial scale for textile washing is very new. This is due to the complexity of controlling the combination of chemical and mechanical effects, whereas with degreasing of machine parts only the mechanical effects is applied. The use of ultrasonic energy in dyeing PA/Lycra fabrics with reactive dyes has been studied spectrophotometrically in this work. PA/Lycra (85/15) blends have been dyed using conventional and ultrasonic dyeing techniques with three reactive dyes containing different chromophore and reactive groups. The dyeing carried out conventionally and by the use of ultrasonic techniques. The results were compared in terms of percentage exhaustion; total dye transferred to the washing bath after dyeing and the fastness properties.  相似文献
