Nickel(0)-catalyzed asymmetric three-component coupling of 1,3-dienes, aldehydes, and silanes has been realized utilizing a chiral N-heterocyclic carbene as a ligand. On the basis of the screening of various NHC precursors, an imidazolium salt having 1-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)propyl groups on the nitrogen was designed and synthesized. In this reaction, various coupling products were produced in good yields with high regio-, diastereo- (anti selective in the case of the internal 1,3-diene), and enantioselectivities (up to 97% ee).  相似文献

Three novel ruthenium‐catalyzed cyclizations of enynes were developed. In each cyclization, a ruthenacyclopentene derived from enyne and Cp*RuCl(cod) is a common intermediate. When an enyne having an alkyl, an ester, or a formyl group on an alkyne was reacted with Cp*RuCl(cod) under ethylene gas, ethylene was inserted into the ruthenium‐sp2 carbon bond of ruthenacyclopentene to afford ruthenacycloheptene, and β‐hydrogen elimination followed by reductive elimination occurred to give a cyclic compound having a 1,3‐diene moiety. When an acyl group was placed on the alkyne, the carbonyl oxygen coordinated to the ruthenium metal of ruthenacyclopentene to produce a ruthenium carbene complex, which reacted with ethylene to give a cyclic compound having a cyclopropane ring on the substituent. On the other hand, when the substituent on the alkyne was pent‐4‐enyl, insertion of an alkene part into ruthenacyclopentene followed by reductive elimination gave a tricyclic compound by a ruthenium‐catalyzed [2 + 2 + 2] cyclization of diene and an alkyne. A ruthenium-catalyzed hydrovinylation-type cross-coupling of ynamides and ethylene proceeds via ruthenacyclopentene to give 2-aminobuta-1,3-diene derivatives in a highly regioselective manner. It was also demonstrated that 2-aminobuta-1,3-diene derivatives reacted with various dienophiles or singlet oxygen to give a cyclic enamide derivative.  相似文献

Shape transitions were examined with regard to the solubilization of the poorly water-soluble drug indomethacin (IMC) in the nonionic surfactants heptaethylene oxide tetradecyl (C14E7) and hexadecyl (C16E7) ethers by means of a dynamic light scattering technique. The cloud points of the pure C14E7 and C16E7 micelles ranged from 58 to 62 degrees C and from 52.1 to 55.6 degrees C, respectively, at surfactant concentrations of 1 to 10 mM. The cloud points of IMC-solubilized micelles increased by approximately 1 to 5 degrees . The sizes of the pure C14E7 micelles were 4 to 14 nm at 20 to 40 degrees C at a concentration of 2 to 20 mM. The apparent hydrodynamic radius (R happ) of pure C16E7 micelles varied with temperature and concentration. C16E7 surfactant formed small spherical micelles at 20 and 25 degrees C at concentrations below 5 mM; the size of the micelles was approximately 5 nm. On the other hand, from 30 to 40 degrees C and at a higher concentration, C16E7 formed elongated cylindrical micelles, and these elongated micelles entangled or overlapped each other. The R happ of the IMC-solubilized C14E7 micelles at 20 to 40 degrees C and of C16E7 micelles at 20 degrees C increased compared to that of pure micelles. On the other hand, the cylindrical micelles of C16E7 decreased in size and turned into spherical ones because of the hydrophobicity between the micelles caused by solubilization of IMC. This phenomenon was confirmed by transmission electron microscope (TEM) images.  相似文献

The total syntheses of (-)-herbindoles A, B, and C as naturally occurring forms were accomplished for the first time through transition-metal-catalyzed intramolecular [2 + 2 + 2] cyclization between ynamide and diynes. This strategy provided a highly efficient synthetic route to all three herbindoles from an identical indoline derivative as a common intermediate.  相似文献

Using a tailored high triplet energy hole transport layer (HTL) is a suitable way to improve the efficiency and extend the lifetime of organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs), which can use all molecular excitons of singlets and triplets. In this study, dibenzofuran (DBF)-end-capped and spirobifluorene (SBF) core-based HTLs referred as TDBFSBF1 and TDBFSBF2 were effectively developed. TDBFSBF1 exhibited a high glass transition temperature of 178 °C and triplet energy of 2.5 eV. Moreover, a high external quantum efficiency of 22.0 %, long operational lifetime at 50 % of the initial luminance of 89,000 h, and low driving voltage at 1000 cd m−2 of 2.95 V were achieved in green phosphorescent OLEDs using TDBFSBF1 . Further, a high-hole mobility μh value of 1.9×10−3 cm2 V−1 s−1 was recorded in TDBFSBF2 . A multiscale simulation successfully reproduced the experimental μh values and indicated that the reorganization energy was the primary factor in determining the mobility differences among these SBF core based HTLs.  相似文献
