Hybrid materials constructed from a visible-light-absorbing semiconductor and a functional metal complex have attracted attention as efficient photocatalysts for CO2 reduction with high selectivity to a desired product.In this work,defect fluorite-type Ln-Ta oxynitrides LnTaOxNy(Ln=Nd,Sm,Gd,Tb,Dy and Ho)were examined as the semiconductor component in a hybrid photocatalyst system combined with known Ag nanoparticle promoter and binuclear ruthenium(Ⅱ)complex(RuRu’).Among the LnTaOxNy examined,TbTaOxNy gave the highest performance for CO2 reduction under visible light(k>400 nm),with a Ru Ru0-based turnover number of 18 and high selectivity to formate(>99%).Physicochemical analyses indicated that high crystallinity and more negative conduction band potential of Ln Ta OxNywith the absence of Ln-4 f states in the band gap structure contributed to higher activity of the hybrid photocatalyst. 相似文献

Anemia is a major complication of chronic renal failure. To treat this anemia, prolylhydroxylase domain enzyme (PHD) inhibitors as well as erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs) have been used. Although PHD inhibitors rapidly stimulate erythropoietin (Epo) production, the precise sites of Epo production following the administration of these drugs have not been identified. We developed a novel method for the detection of the Epo protein that employs deglycosylation-coupled Western blotting. With protein deglycosylation, tissue Epo contents can be quantified over an extremely wide range. Using this method, we examined the effects of the PHD inhibitor, Roxadustat (ROX), and severe hypoxia on Epo production in various tissues in rats. We observed that ROX increased Epo mRNA expression in both the kidneys and liver. However, Epo protein was detected in the kidneys but not in the liver. Epo protein was also detected in the salivary glands, spleen, epididymis and ovaries. However, both PHD inhibitors (ROX) and severe hypoxia increased the Epo protein abundance only in the kidneys. These data show that, while Epo is produced in many tissues, PHD inhibitors as well as severe hypoxia regulate Epo production only in the kidneys. 相似文献

Quiescent hydrothermal conditions were applied to synthesis of the sandwich nanocomposites of reduced graphite oxide (rGO) and periodic mesoporous silica (PMS) with vertically aligned mesochannels. It was found that the formation of the PMS–rGO–PMS sandwich structure is very sensitive to the surface and synthesis conditions. Although a higher temperature hydrothermal condition promotes reduction of GO and formation of bulky mesoporous nanoparticles, quiescent hydrothermal condition can serve as an alternative approach to obtain the unusual nanocomposites and slightly promote the structural stability of PMS on the surface of rGO. 相似文献

Effects of epitaxial stress on the metal-insulator transition of V2O3 have been studied for in the form of epitaxial thin films grown on α-Al2O3 (0001) and LiTaO3 (0001) substrates. A metallic phase is stabilized down to 2 K in the V2O3 thin film on α-Al2O3 (0001), where the a-axis is compressed by 4% owing to large epitaxial stress. On the other hand, the transition temperature TMI is raised by 20 K from the value of 170 K in bulk samples in the film on LiTaO3 (0001), where the a-axis is expanded. These results suggest an intimate relationship between the a-axis length and TMI in V2O3. The conductivity of the metallic ultrathin films shows logarithmic temperature dependence below 20 K, probably due to the Anderson localization in two-dimensional systems. 相似文献

A voice therapy program using pushing exercises to correct glottal incompetence is described. The program utilizes various types of instrumentation to determine whether or not a given patient is likely to benefit from the treatment. The program also provides feedback of target voices. Three cases with incomplete glottal closure and subsequent vocal dysphonia characterized by an asthenic breathy quality are used to illustrate the program. Details of the program, termination criteria, and problems and precautions learned from treating 29 patients over a 3-year period are presented. 相似文献

The distribution of easy axis orientation in perpendicular media is of technological importance because it affects the value of S* (see Fig. 1), which quantifies the switching field distribution (SFD) and hence partially determines the data density achievable on a given medium. The distribution is controlled by the crystallographic orientation of grains and factors such as intergranular exchange and dipolar coupling. Due to strong demagnetising fields in the perpendicular orientation, traditional measurements of remanence as a function of angle are difficult to interpret and have required the use of large-scale computational models. In this work we have utilised the variation of coercivity HC with angle, which has the advantage that at HC the global demagnetising field is zero. Additionally, since such materials follow essentially the Stoner–Wohlfarth mode of reversal, the variation of HC with angle, HC(θ), is much greater than that for the remanence. We find that for (CoCrPt)1−x(SiO2)x, where the level of exchange coupling is controlled, the distribution of magnetic easy axes is narrower when the exchange coupling is reduced, but dipolar coupling between the grains is strong and affects the magnetisation reversal significantly. 相似文献

Although the chemistry of transition-metal complexes with carbonyl (CO) and thiocarbonyl (CS) ligands has been well developed, their heavier analogues, namely selenocarbonyl (CSe) and tellurocarbonyl (CTe) complexes remain scarce. The limited availability of such CSe and CTe complexes has so far hampered our understanding of the differences between such chalcogenocarbonyl (CE: E=O, S, Se, Te) ligands. Herein, we report the synthesis and properties of a series of cationic half-sandwich ruthenium CE complexes of the type [CpRu(CE)(H2IMes)(CNCH2Ts)][BArF4] (Cp=η5-C5H5−; H2IMes=1,3-dimesitylimidazolin-2-ylidene; ArF=3,5-(CF3)2C6H3). A combination of X-ray diffraction analyses, NMR spectroscopic analyses, and DFT calculations revealed an increasing π-accepting ability of the CE ligands in the order O<S<Se<Te. A variable-temperature NMR analysis of the thus obtained chiral-at-metal CE complexes indicated high stereochemical stability. 相似文献

A novel series of C12-keto-type saxitoxin (STX) derivatives bearing an unusual nonhydrated form of the ketone at C12 has been synthesized, and their NaV-inhibitory activity has been evaluated in a cell-based assay as well as whole-cell patch-clamp recording. Among these compounds, 11-benzylidene STX ( 3 a ) showed potent inhibitory activity against neuroblastoma Neuro 2A in both cell-based and electrophysiological analyses, with EC50 and IC50 values of 8.5 and 30.7 nm , respectively. Interestingly, the compound showed potent inhibitory activity against tetrodotoxin-resistant subtype of NaV1.5, with an IC50 value of 94.1 nm . Derivatives 3 a – d and 3 f showed low recovery rates from NaV1.2 subtype (ca 45–79 %) compared to natural dcSTX ( 2 ), strongly suggesting an irreversible mode of interaction. We propose an interaction model for the C12-keto derivatives with NaV in which the enone moiety in the STX derivatives 3 works as Michael acceptor for the carboxylate of Asp1717. 相似文献

Geochemical association of137Cs and239,240Pu in the surface sediments from two oligotrophic and mesotrophic lakes in Japan was studied by sequential chemical extractions.
The fractions separated were exchangeable and bound to carbonate, bound to oxides, bound to organic mattersulfides, and residual.
The137Cs and239,240Pu were mainly associated with the organic matter-sulfides and residual fractions but exhibited the different vertical profiles
at both lakes. The differences in association patterns between the lakes may be controlled by transport of these nuclides
