New generation columns, i.e. packed with superficially porous silica particles are available as trade names with following manufacturers: Halo, Ascentis Express, Proshell 120, Kinetex, Accucore, Sunshell, and Nucleoshell. These provide ultra‐fast HPLC separations for a variety of compounds with moderate sample loading capacity and low back pressure. Chemistries of these columns are C8, C18, RP‐Amide, hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography, penta fluorophenyl (PFP), F5, and RP‐aqua. Normally, the silica gel particles are of 2.7 and 1.7 μm as total and inner solid core diameters, respectively, with 0.5‐μm‐thick of outer porous layer having 90 Å pore sizes and 150 m2/g surface area. This article describes these new generation columns with special emphasis on their textures and chemistries, separations, optimization, and comparison (inter and intra stationary phases). Besides, future perspectives have also been discussed.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of heterobimetallic Ta–Rh and Ta–Ir complexes bridged by a 2,5‐di‐tert‐butyltantalacyclopentadiene fragment. A mononuclear 2,5‐di‐tert‐butyltantalacyclopentadiene complex 2 was prepared by the reaction of (η2‐Me3SiC≡CSiMe3)TaCl3(dme) ( 1 ) with excess amounts of 3,3‐dimethylbut‐1‐yne in the presence of AlCl3. The tantalacyclopentadiene moiety of complex 2 served as a η4‐diene unit for coordinating the Rh and Ir centers; treatment of 2 with [M(μ‐Cl)(cod)]2 (M = Rh and Ir; cod = cycloocta‐1,5‐diene) in toluene gave TaRh(μ‐C4H2tBu2)Cl4(cod) ( 3 ) and [TaIr(μ‐C4H2tBu2)Cl4]2 ( 5 ), respectively. The X‐Ray diffraction study of 3 revealed a dative bond from an electron‐rich Rh toward an electron‐deficient Ta. Upon dissolving 3 in THF, [(thf)TaRh(μ‐C4H2tBu2)Cl3]2(μ‐Cl)2 ( 4 ) was isolated together with free cycloocta‐1,5‐diene. When complex 5 was treated with 1,2‐bis‐(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe), a monomeric Ta–Ir complex, TaIr(μ‐C4H2tBu2)Cl4(dppe) ( 6 ), was isolated. Ta–Rh and Ta–Ir heterobimetallic complexes 3 and 6 were reduced by a two‐electron process upon reaction with 2,3,5,6‐tetramethyl‐1,4‐bis(trimethylsilyl)‐1,4‐dihydropyrazine ( 7a : Si‐Me4‐DHP) or 2,5‐dimethyl‐1,4‐bis(trimethylsilyl)‐1,4‐dihydropyrazine ( 7b : Si‐Me2‐DHP) to afford the corresponding complexes TaM(μ‐C4H2tBu2)Cl2(L) ( 8 : M = Rh, L = cod; 9 : M = Ir, L = dppe), where the metallacycle moiety was assigned to have a tantalacyclopentadiene fragment with a large contribution of a tantalacyclopentatriene canonical form.  相似文献

C–S bond formation reactions are widely distributed in the biosynthesis of biologically active molecules, and thus have received much attention over the past decades. Herein, we report intramolecular C–S bond formation by a P450 monooxygenase, TleB, which normally catalyzes a C−N bond formation in teleocidin biosynthesis. Based on the proposed reaction mechanism of TleB, a thiol-substituted substrate analogue was synthesized and tested in the enzyme reaction, which afforded the unprecedented sulfur-containing thio-indolactam V, in addition to an unusual indole-fused 6/5/8-tricyclic product whose structure was determined by the crystalline sponge method. Interestingly, conformational analysis revealed that the SOFA conformation is stable in thio-indolactam V, in sharp contrast to the major TWIST form in indolactam V, resulting in differences in their biological activities.  相似文献

A catalyst system of mononuclear manganese precursor 3 combined with potassium alkoxide served as a superior catalyst compared with our previously reported manganese homodinuclear catalyst 2 a for esterification of not only tertiary aryl amides, but also tertiary aliphatic amides. On the basis of stoichiometric reactions of 3 and potassium alkoxide salt, kinetic studies, and density functional theory (DFT) calculations, we clarified a plausible reaction mechanism in which in situ generated manganese–potassium heterodinuclear species cooperatively activates the carbonyl moiety of the amide and the OH moiety of the alcohols. We also revealed details of the reaction mechanism of our previous manganese homodinuclear system 2 a , and we found that the activation free energy (ΔG) for the manganese–potassium heterodinuclear complex catalyzed esterification of amides is lower than that for the manganese homodinuclear system, which was consistent with the experimental results. We further applied our catalyst system to deprotect the acetyl moiety of primary and secondary amines.  相似文献

A novel epoxy polyether compound named gambieroxide was isolated from the benthic dinoflagellate Gambierdiscus toxicus (GTP2 strain) collected at Papeete, Tahiti, French Polynesia and its structure comprising of a ladder-frame polyether with twelve contiguous trans-fused ether rings (6/7/6/6/6/7/6/8/6/6/6/6), a sulfate ester group, an epoxide, and two olefines in side chains was elucidated by detailed NMR and MS analysis. It is interesting that the structure strikingly resembles yessotoxin, one of lipophilic toxins in shellfish originating from the dinoflagellate Protoceratium reticulatum.  相似文献

A new type of photoinduced nitric oxide (NO) donors was designed from nitrobenzene derivatives. Visible-light irradiation of 2,6-dimethylnitrobenzenes bearing extended pi-electron systems at the 4-position revealed efficient NO release using ESR analysis and the Griess assay. Computational study and ultraviolet spectrum analysis suggested that the NO-releasing activity was closely related to the conformation of the nitro group, the absorption intensity, and the length of the conjugated pi-electron system. Employing the photodependent cytotoxicity of compound 14 against HCT116 human colon cancer cells, it was demonstrated that 4-substituted-2,6-dimethylnitrobenzene analogues are useful NO donors for the time- and site-controlled NO treatment.  相似文献

Organomagnesium complexes 2 were synthesized from N,N‐dialkylamineimine ligands 1 and dibenzylmagnesium by benzylation of the imine moiety. 3‐Aryl‐1‐propynes reacted with 2 to form the corresponding tetraalkynyl complexes, which acted as catalysts for the transformation of these terminal alkynes into allenes and further to internal alkynes under mild conditions. To the best of our knowledge, this example is the first of an organomagnesium‐catalyzed isomerization of alkynes. Notably, the reactions proceeded through temporally separated autotandem catalysis, thus allowing the isolation of the allene or internal alkyne species in good yields. Mechanistic experiments suggested that the catalytically active tetraalkynyl complexes consist of a tautomeric mixture of alkynyl‐, allenyl‐, and propargylmagnesium species.  相似文献

The fundamental motivation to study the non-mesonic weak decay (NMWD) of Λ hypernuclei is that it provides the unique channel for the information of the baryon–baryon weak interaction in SU3 f group. The relative strength of the two main channels of NMWD whose decay processes are the Λp → np and Λn → nn has been the long standing puzzle during last several decades. The puzzling status has been settled down recently with the Γ n / Γ p value converging to ${\sim 0.5}$ . The large experimental values of Γ n / Γ p of the previous measurements turned out to be due to the surprisingly large contribution of the competing three-body NMWD, ΛNN → nNN process. This paper discusses about the first measurement of the branching ratio of the three-body NMWD process and the renormalized intra-nuclear cascade method adopted to disentangle the contribution of the three-body process out of those due to final state interaction. And the prospects of the more accurate measurement of the three-body process also are presented.  相似文献
