Three known iridoid glucosides (gentiournoside A, gentiournoside E and depressoside) were isolated from the flowers of Gentiana urnula Harry Sm. through activity-guided fractionations with a 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay. All three compounds exhibited excellent DPPH radical scavenging activities (IC50: 10–20 μmol L?1) comparable to that of ascorbic acid and Trolox. However, examination of the NMR data revealed that the reported chemical structure of depressoside, previously isolated from the leaves of G. depressa, needed correcting due to incorrect elucidation around C-7 of the iridane skeleton, and was corrected to 6-β-(2,3-dihydroxyphenyl)-d-glucosyl 7-O-(2,3-dihydroxybenzoyl)-loganate. Depressoside exhibited a much higher scavenging activity against superoxide radicals (IC50: 45.5 μmol L?1) than the other two extracted compounds (IC50: more than 900 μmol L?1) due to the crucial presence of a pyrogallyl unit.  相似文献

Herein, the hole transport in a quinoxaline–thiophene based conjugated polymer (PTQ1) mixed with an insulating polystyrene (PS) was studied by macroscopic and local current density?voltage characteristics measurements. As a result, we found that the hole conductivity in PTQ1 : PS blends increases as the weight ratio of PTQ1 is reduced down to 20 wt%. This is mainly ascribed to increases in mobility because the charge carrier density would be constant in the insulating PS matrix. With decreasing PTQ1 weight ratio in the blends, the absorption bandwidth of PTQ1 and additional emission due to excimer decreased, suggesting that interchain interactions are suppressed. By measuring the temperature‐dependent conductivity, we also found that the activation energy for the hole conductivity is smaller in PTQ1 : PS blends than in PTQ1 neat films. These findings suggest that trap sites decrease because of the suppressed interaction between PTQ1 chains in blend films. We also measured conductive atomic force microscope images of the blend films to clarify the local conductive property. For PTQ1 neat films, a low conductive image was observed over the entire film. For PTQ1 : PS blends, on the other hand, many highly conductive spots were locally found. We thus conclude that the dilution of PTQ1 chains in the PS matrix leads to a lower formation of trap sites, resulting in more conductive transport in PTQ1 : PS blends than in PTQ1 neat films.  相似文献

A real-time PCR quantification method for indigenous hydrocarbon-degrading bacteria (HDB) carrying the alkB gene in the soil environment was developed to investigate their distribution in soil. The detection limit of indigenous HDB by the method was 1?×?106 cells/g-soil. The indigenous HDB were widely distributed throughout the soil environment and ranged from 3.7?×?107 to 5.0?×?108 cells/g-soil, and the ratio to total bacteria was 0.1–4.3 %. The dynamics of total bacteria, indigenous HDB, and Rhodococcus erythropolis NDKK6 (carrying alkB R2) during bioremediation were analyzed. During bioremediation with an inorganic nutrient treatment, the numbers of these bacteria were slightly increased. The numbers of HDB (both indigenous bacteria and strain NDKK6) were gradually decreased from the middle stage of bioremediation. Meanwhile, the numbers of these bacteria were highly increased and were maintained during bioremediation with an organic nutrient. The organic treatment led to activation of not only the soil bacteria but also the HDB, so an efficient bioremediation was carried out.  相似文献

In their pioneering study in 1991, Levi-Minzi and Zandomeneghi discovered that photoirradiation of racemic 1,1′-binaphthol (rac-1) in the presence of bovine serum albumin (BSA) in distilled water gave (R)-1 in 99 % enantiomeric excess (ee) after 77 % of the starting material had been consumed. No similar attempt was made with human serum albumin (HSA). In this study of the effects of phosphate buffer solution on the ground-state affinity and excited-state photobehavior of 1 with serum albumin we found that both BSA and HSA preferentially bind the (S) enantiomer of 1 and that photoreaction of rac-1 mediated by BSA and HSA affords (R)-1 in 98 % ee with 99 % conversion and in 46 % ee with 65 % conversion, respectively.  相似文献
