[18F]THK-5351, a new candidate for tau protein imaging, is based on an aryl quinoline structure. We report the full automatic synthesis using disposable cassettes under pH controlled [18F]fluorination. After the trapping of 88.5 ± 21.9 GBq of [18F]fluoride, it was eluted with potassium methansulfonate (KOMs) (pH 7.8)/K222. After drying, 3 mg of the precursor was added to 1 mL DMSO and subjected to [18F]fluorination at 110 °C for 10 min. After hydrolysis, the final product was purified by HPLC. The overall radiochemical yield was 31.9 ± 11.1% (n = 22), satisfying all quality control criteria. It was stable for up to 6 h with high radiochemical purity as 99.8 ± 0.5%. 相似文献

Armatol F, isolated from the red alga Chondria armata as a polyether triterpene, has a solitary oxepane (A-ring) and a fused tricyclic ether moiety (BCD-ring). The A-ring features a rare cis-relationship between the hydroxy group at the quaternary carbon C6 and the carbon chain at C7. As part of our program toward the total synthesis of armatol F, a new stereoselective method for the construction of the C6 and C7 stereocenters has been developed based on chirality-transferring Ireland-Claisen rearrangement. The A-ring skeleton has also been synthesized from the rearrangement product by a process including ring-closing olefin metathesis. 相似文献

Photochromic reactions in liquid crystals induce re-alignments of the host molecules, accompanied by changes in the optical properties and various other properties of the materials. Since the first report by Sackmann in 1971, various combinations of photochromic compounds and liquid crystals have been studied to elicit the reversible photo-regulated changes of various properties. In this report we review the advances of this field during the past 5 years, which include the creation of mechanical functions, the regulation of novel optical properties, cholesteric liquid crystals doped with azobenzene compounds in high concentrations, the regulation of ferroelectric liquid crystals, the induction of chirality by circularly polarized light, photoresponsive chiral dopants, and the photo-regulation of the oscillation wavelength of mirrorless lasers. 相似文献

The matrix-isolation infrared spectrum of a thermally evaporated ionic liquid, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium trifluoromethanesulfonate ([Emim][OTf]), was measured by FTIR spectroscopy and analyzed with the aid of DFT calculations. The main chemical species in the observed IR spectrum was mainly identified as the 1:1 cation-anion pair, which corresponds to the second stable ion-pair structure bonded through five hydrogen bonds between three O atoms of the anion side and four H atoms of the cation. 相似文献

Evidences of nanochannel formation based on Kirkendall effect have been previously reported for oxide nanowires covered with a thin alumina shell layer. Here we will investigate the nanochannel formation on an in situ pulsed laser deposition (PLD) fabricated structure of iron oxide shell layer over ZnO and MgO nanowire core and will compare with the alumina shell layer results. In all (four) cases a chemical reaction takes place on the interface producing a spinel buffer layer. Nanochannel formation process could be understood based on material diffusion coefficients through the spinel buffer layer but shell layer crystal structure seems to play a significant role. 相似文献

We propose and demonstrate a scheme for boosting the efficiency of entanglement distribution based on a decoherence-free subspace over lossy quantum channels. By using backward propagation of a coherent light, our scheme achieves an entanglement-sharing rate that is proportional to the transmittance T of the quantum channel in spite of encoding qubits in multipartite systems for the decoherence-free subspace. We experimentally show that highly entangled states, which can violate the Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt inequality, are distributed at a rate proportional to T. 相似文献

A Si PIN detector for visible light detection, instead of a Geiger‐Müller tube, is applied to X‐ray photon counting. We counted radiation from a checking source of a Geiger‐Müller counter with a Si PIN counter and with a Geiger‐Müller counter. White X‐ray of energy up to 20 keV emitted from a pyroelectric X‐ray emitter was also counted, and the Si PIN X‐ray counter showed a similar curve of count rate versus source distance in both measurements. Pulse counting was performed by spectroscopy circuits. An audio digitizer with computer software for signal processing was also used to simplify the photon counter. A plot of count rate versus time was obtained with this setup. With simple pulse counting circuits, Si PIN X‐ray counters have advantages such as compact structure, low cost and easy application. We propose and experimentally demonstrate a 40 Gb/s secure optical communication system with on-off-keying (OOK) modulation format by using a time domain spectral phase en/decoding scheme, which employs a highly dispersive element and high-speed phase modulator for introducing significant symbol overlapping for both the encoded and incorrectly decoded noiselike signals to enhance the information security against eavesdropping using a power detector. The influence of dispersion and chip modulation rate on the symbol overlapping of the incorrectly decoded signal has been analytically investigated and experimentally verified. Security enhancement for 40 Gb/s OOK data using fast reconfigurable 40 Gchip/s optical codes with code lengths of up to 1024 has been demonstrated and compared with a 10 Gb/s system. 相似文献

Tempered stable processes are widely used in various fields of application as alternatives with finite second moment and long-range Gaussian behaviors to stable processes. Infinite shot noise series representation is the only exact simulation method for the tempered stable process and has recently attracted attention for simulation use with ever improved computational speed. In this paper, we derive series representations for the tempered stable laws of increasing practical interest through the thinning, rejection, and inverse Lévy measure methods. We make a rigorous comparison among those representations, including the existing one due to Imai and Kawai [29] and Rosiński (2007) [3], in terms of the tail mass of Lévy measures which can be simulated under a common finite truncation scheme. The tail mass are derived in closed form for some representations thanks to various structural properties of the tempered stable laws. We prove that the representation via the inverse Lévy measure method achieves a much faster convergence in truncation to the infinite sum than all the other representations. Numerical results are presented to support our theoretical analysis. 相似文献
