A newly designed zinc Lewis acid/base hybrid catalyst was developed. By adjusting the Lewis acidity of the zinc center, aldol‐type additions of 2‐picolylamine Schiff base to aldehydes proceeded smoothly to afford syn‐aldol adduct equivalents, transN,O‐acetal adducts, in high yields with high selectivities. NMR experiments, including microchanneled cell for synthesis monitoring (MICCS) NMR analysis, revealed that anti‐aldol adducts were formed at the initial stage of the reactions under kinetic control, but the final products were the trans‐(syn)‐N,O‐acetal adducts that were produced through a retro‐aldol process under thermodynamic control. In the whole reaction process, the zinc catalyst played three important roles: i) promotion of the aldol process (C?C bond formation), ii) cyclization process to the N,O‐acetal product (C?O bond formation), and iii) retro‐aldol process from the anti‐aldol adduct to the syn‐aldol adduct (C?C bond cleavage and C?C bond formation).  相似文献

The influence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) on the shell formation of hollow polymer particles prepared by the SaPSeP method, which was proposed by the authors for the preparation of micrometer-sized hollow polymer particles, was investigated. A single hole was observed in the shell of the hollow particles prepared by seeded polymerization of micrometer-sized, monodisperse divinylbenzene/p-xylene droplets in aqueous medium in the presence of SDS at concentrations above 43.3 mM, which were prepared by the dynamic swelling method. The fraction of the hollow particles having a single hole in the shell and the area of the hole increased with the SDS concentration.  相似文献

Prussian blue analogs (PBAs) have been reported as promising ammonia (NH3) adsorbents with a high capacity compared to activated carbon, zeolite, and ion exchange resins. The adsorbed NH3 was desorbed by heating and washing with water or acid. Recently, we demonstrated that desorption was also possible by washing with a saturated ammonium hydrogen carbonate solution (sat. NH4HCO3 aq) and recovered NH3 as an NH4HCO3 solid by introducing CO2 into the washing liquid after desorption. However, this has only been proven for copper ferrocyanide and the relationship between the adsorption/desorption behavior and metal ions in PBAs has not been identified. In this study, we investigated the adsorption/desorption behavior of PBAs that are complexes of first row transition metals with hexacyanometalate anions. Six types of PBAs were tested in this study and copper ferricyanide exhibited the highest desorption/adsorption ratio. X-ray diffraction results revealed high structural stability for cobalt hexacyanocobaltate (CoHCC) and nickel ferricyanide (NiHCF). The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy results showed that the NH3 adsorbed on the vacancy sites tended to desorb compared to the NH3 adsorbed on the interstitial sites as ammonium ions. Interestingly, the desorption/adsorption ratio exhibited the Irving-Williams order.  相似文献

Three-dimensional (3D) superlattices of gold nanoparticles were prepared at an air/solution interface. The surface of the gold nanoparticles used is protected by N-acetylglutathione (NAG). Morphological studies revealed that the superlattices formed fivefold symmetric structures such as pentagonal rod, decahedron, and icosahedron, which were probably developed by multiple twinning. Moreover, high-resolution surface images of the superlattices in fivefold symmetry showed excellent ordered arrangements of nanoparticles with both close-packed and non-close-packed structures.  相似文献

A multiple object-beam holography is proposed, where a two-dimensional rectangular amplitude grating and a phase plate of matrix form placed at the frequency plane of the grating constitute the main parts of a speckle-free periodic illumination system of continuous tone transparencies. Demonstration experiments are made, where the number of diffracted orders of the grating, the ratio of the widths of transparent and opaque zones of the grating, the retardation of each matrix zone of the phase plate and the distance between planes of the image of the grating and a transparency are taken as variables.  相似文献

Snowman/confetti-shaped, micron-sized, monodisperse composite particles were prepared by seeded dispersion polymerizations of n-butyl methacrylate (nBMA) with 1.28 and 2.67 m-sized polystyrene (PS) seed particles, respectively, in an ethanol/water (80/20, w/w) medium. Poly(i-butyl methacrylate)-polystyrene block copolymer was successfully prepared in an aqueous medium by two-step atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP), mini-emulsion- and seeded-ATRP, in which ethyl 2-bromoisobutyrate/CuBr/4,4-dinonyl-2,2-dipyridyl initiator system was used. A series of novel 3-substituted-1-[5-methyl-1-(2-pyrimidinyl)-4-pyrazolyl]-1-trans-propenes in order to improve the in vitro and in vivo activity of our prototype 3-[4-(3-chlorophenyl)-1-piperazinyl]-1-[5-methyl-1-(2-pyrimidinyl)-4-pyrazolyl]-1-trans-propene (2) were synthesized and evaluated by assays of growth inhibition against several tumor cell lines in vitro and antitumor activity against some tumor models when dosed both intraperitoneally and orally in vivo. Compounds 7a and 7e, the 3,5-difluorophenyl and 3,5-dichlorophenyl analogues of 2, respectively, showed significantly more potent cytotoxicity than 2 in vitro and potent antitumor activities without causing decrease of body temperature related to side effects.  相似文献
