The anodic oxidation and cathodic behavior of Pt have been investigated by linear potential sweep voltammetry in various molten glasses such as silicate, borate and mixed network-forming oxide systems. Furthermore, the metal-molten glass interface after polarization was analyzed by EPMA.  相似文献

A sodium borosilicate gel of composition 80SiO2·15B2O3·5Na2O (wt%) was prepared from tetraethyl orthosilicate, trimethyl borate, sodium methylate, H2O, and HCl as the catalyst. Variation of specific surface area and porosity as a function of heating temperature indicated that closed pores were opened at temperatures lower than 400°C and collapsed above 450°C. From TG and DTA curves, about 19% Si and B atoms are evaluated to have −OH bonds. X-ray diffraction patterns indicated crystallization of low-cristobalite out of the gel when it was heated at 700°C for 5 h, showing a difference from a melt-quenched glass of the same composition.  相似文献

We report a high-average-power laser-diode-pumped Nd:YAG master oscillator power amplifier system that has a minimum number of elements in the single multipass zigzag-slab amplifier stage and is used to pump a high-peak-power and high-average-power Ti:sapphire laser system. This phase-conjugated system produces an average power of 362 W at 1 kHz in a 30-ns pulse with an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 14%. With an external KTP doubler this system generates 132 W of green average output power at 1 kHz with a conversion efficiency of 60% when pumped at a power level of 222 W. To the best of our knowledge these results represent the highest average output power at both infrared and green wavelengths achieved in a single amplifier stage.  相似文献

[small beta]-Galactosidase expression in a small number of Escherichia coli cells has been measured in real time with an electrochemical sensor chip. E. coli cells were embedded using collagen gel within a micropore which was microfabricated onto a chip. The activity of the expressed [small beta]-galactosidase was determined using p-aminophenyl [small beta]-d-galactopyranoside (PAPG) as a substrate.  相似文献

Evaluation of the acidity of proton‐responsive ligands such as protic N‐heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) bearing an NH‐wingtip provides a key to understanding the metal–ligand cooperation in enzymatic and artificial catalysis. Here, we design a CNN pincer‐type ruthenium complex 2 bearing protic NHC and isoelectronic pyrazole units in a symmetrical skeleton, to compare their acidities and electron‐donating abilities. The synthesis is achieved by direct C?H metalation of 2‐(imidazol‐1‐yl)‐6‐(pyrazol‐3‐yl)pyridine with [RuCl2(PPh3)3]. 15N‐Labeling experiments confirm that deprotonation of 2 occurs first at the pyrazole side, indicating clearly that the protic pyrazole is more acidic than the NHC group. The electrochemical measurements as well as derivatization to carbonyl complexes demonstrate that the protic NHC is more electron‐donating than pyrazole in both protonated and deprotonated forms.  相似文献

We report the development of a silicon nanowire array‐stabilized palladium nanoparticle catalyst, SiNA‐Pd. Its use in the palladium‐catalyzed Mizoroki‐Heck reaction, the hydrogenation of an alkene, the hydrogenolysis of nitrobenzene, the hydrosilylation of an α,β‐unsaturated ketone, and the C‐H bond functionalization reactions of thiophenes and indoles achieved a quantitative production with high reusability. The catalytic activity reached several hundred‐mol ppb of palladium, reaching a TON of 2 000 000.  相似文献

Methyl and benzyl ethers are widely utilized as protected alcohols due to their chemical stability, such as the low reactivity of the methoxy and benzyloxy groups as leaving groups under nucleophilic conditions. We have established the direct azidation of chemically stable methyl and benzyl ethers derived from secondary and tertiary benzyl alcohols. The present azidation chemoselectively proceeds at the secondary or tertiary benzylic positions of methyl benzyl ethers or unsymmetrical dibenzyl ethers and is also applicable to direct allylation, alkynylation, and cyanation reactions, as well as the azidation. The present methodologies provide not only a novel chemoselectivity but also the advantage of shortened synthetic steps, due to the direct process without the deprotection of the methyl and benzyl ethers.  相似文献
