Total synthesis of the proposed structure of yuremamine has been achieved for the first time based on the intermolecular [3+2]‐cycloaddition reaction of the platinum‐containing azomethine ylide. All the possible diastereomers of yuremamine were also synthesized via the common intermediate. The design and synthesis of an enantiomeric pair of 1,8‐diethynylanthracene‐bridged naphthalenediimide (NDI)‐based cyclophanes ( Cyclo‐NDI s) are reported. Each enantiomer of Cyclo‐NDI exhibits a circularly polarized luminescence signal with a relatively large luminescence dissymmetry factor (glum=±8×10?3). We have further investigated the modulation of through‐space electronic communication between co‐facially oriented NDIs in a discrete Cyclo‐NDI with changes in the temperature. Tuning of the electronic communication results from the conformational transformation of monomer‐ versus dimer‐like features of Cyclo‐NDI , as confirmed by UV/Vis, fluorescence, circular dichroic, and NMR spectroscopic analysis. The temperature‐dependent optical response in the Cyclo‐NDI through the conformational transformation could be utilized as a highly sensitive and reversible optical thermometer in a wide temperature range (100 to ?80 °C). 相似文献

Using fast atom bombardment (FAB) mass spectrometry (MS), cross-chiral relationships were confirmed for the first time for the diasteromeric host-guest complexations between the chiral crown ether host (1) and the chiral organic ammonium ion guest (2) on the basis of the relative peak intensities (RPI). Both host–guest combinations (R, R, R, R) – 1, (R) – 2 and (S, S, S, S) – 1, (S) – 2 obviously provided larger RPI values than the combination of both (R, R, R, R) – 1, (S) – 2 and (S, S, S, S) – 1, (R) – 2 by a factor of 1.6 as an averaged value: 1.87 (n = 4)/1.16 (n = 4) = 1.6. These results are consistent with the expected stabilities of the host-guest complexations by CPK model examinations. Successfully observed cross-chiral examinations strongly suggest a potentially useful FABMS/RPI methodology for rapidly searching newly designed and synthesized crown ether-like host compounds with a higher degree of enantioselectivity. 相似文献

The photocatalytic degradation processes of ethylene glycol (EG) during the UV or visible light irradiation of pure anatase and nitrogen (N)-doped TiO2 powders (TiO(2-x)N(x), x = 0, 0.002, 0.003, and 0.007) were investigated using time-resolved diffuse reflectance (TDR) and solid-state NMR spectroscopies. The TDR spectra and time traces observed for the charge carriers indicated that the scavenging of photogenerated holes (h+) by EG occurred during the 355-nm laser photolysis of the N-doped TiO2 powders, while no direct oxidation reaction of EG by h+ occurred during the 460-nm laser photolysis, although the charge carriers were sufficiently generated upon excitation. The solid-state magic-angle spinning (MAS) NMR measurements revealed that EG is preferentially chemisorbed on the surface of the N-doped TiO2 powders, in contrast to the pure TiO2, and degrades under visible light irradiation. 相似文献

The efficient synthesis of various diborylalkenes such as 1,1-, trans-1,2-, and cyclic 1,2-diborylalkenes from alkenes and diboron was achieved for the first time. Selective preparation of di- and monoborylalkenes was also realized by the appropriate choice of reaction conditions. The reaction was found to proceed via a new mechanism of dehydrogenative borylation through a monoborylpalladium complex bearing an anionic PSiP-pincer ligand as a key intermediate, which realized the efficient borylation without sacrificial hydroboration or hydrogenation of the alkene. 相似文献

We have accomplished the synthesis of 13C‐labeled tautomycin at the C18, C19, C21, and C22 positions starting from 100 % [13C]triethylphosphonoacetate for the purpose of elucidating the dynamics and conformation of the C17–C26 moiety.
