A urinary glucose assay has been investigated, employing a micro flow injection analysis (microFIA) combined with a separation technique of glucose from the analyte. The adsorption part using activated alumina for the glucose in the analyte can be successively integrated onto a microFI chip. The selective adsorption-desorption of glucose in the artificial urine can progress on the adsorption part. Along with this selective preconcentration of glucose, the typical FI peak of glucose can be obtained just by feeding the sample and deionized water as an elutant sandwiched with the reagent on the carrier stream. The glucose concentration in artificial urine can be quantitatively determined with the present microFIA system, while the interference of other components coexisting in urine occurs in the case of the conventional FIA system without any separation part. The described method serves as a template for improving the selectivity for the analyte in the multi-component system. 相似文献

Irradiation of graphite fluoride with electron beams has been carried out on a electron probe microanalyzer. Radiation-induced decomposition took place predominantly instead of thermal decomposition. The decomposition tended to occur in the following order: powdery (CF)n, white flaky (CF)n, and (CF2F)n. The kinetics of the decomposition reaction induced by electron beams was evaluated by the ZAF correction of the measured intensities of F K- and C K-emission bands. It was found that the kinetic of the decomposition of graphite fluoride was of Avrami-Erofejev type; the rate equations were for (CF)n and -ln(1?α)=kt2 for (C2F)n. An application to the electron microbeam processing of graphite fluoride was suggested in relation to its unique physicochemical properties. 相似文献

The energy levels of92Nb were studied by means of the92Zr(p, nγ) reaction. The deexcitation γ-rays were observed with a high-resolution Ge(Li) detector in the proton energy range 3.00–4.80 MeV in steps of about 25 keV. Many new excited states of 92Nb were populated by this reaction. Excitation energies up to 1.77 MeV were determined with high precision, and a level scheme of 92Nb is proposed. The 13C NMR spectra of a series of epoxides derived from endo- and exo-dicyclopentadiene and their partially hydrogenated compounds were determined to examine the substituent effects arising from the introduction of the oxirane ring in comparison with those found in other ring systems. The 13C signals of some epoxides were assigned by using lanthanide shift reagents. Characteristic substituent effects exerted by an oxirane ring were demonstrated. Marked steric γ-effects of ?8—13 ppm were observed at the bridge carbon signal in the bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane skeleton. Wavelength-selective enhancement of optical birefringence has been observed in a tellurite glass containing silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) induced via thermal poling. The birefringence appears as an optical rotation of linearly polarized light; a large optical rotation is observed at around the wavelength of localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) of Ag NPs. The optic axis is oriented along the electric field applied during the thermal poling, suggesting that birefringence induced in the glass matrix through the thermal poling is drastically enhanced by the NPs at around the LSPR. Because of the birefringence of the matrix, the wavelength of LSPR shifts depending on the polarization state of the incident light, which in turn induces the polarization dependence of the real part of the refractive index via the Kramers–Kronig relation. 相似文献

The possibility of multi-valued optical disk memory by using a convex-shaped recording mark fabricated by two-photon absorption is investigated. We fabricate a numerical model for convex-shaped recording marks and evaluate the signal characteristics in terms of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
