Two new sesquiterpenes (1–2), along with one known sesquiterpene (3), were isolated from cultures of the higher fungus Pholiota nameko. The structures of new compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods. The known compound was identified by comparing its spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature. All compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicities against five human cancer cell lines.  相似文献

In this work, the donor:acceptor ratio effected photophysical properties of non-fullerene organic solar cells are comparatively investigated. Effective transportation of the photo-generated charge carriers can be obtained with the PDBD-T:ITIC ratio variation. A series of novel cationic gemini surfactants with diethylammonium headgroups and a diamido spacer were synthesized, and their surface and bulk properties were investigated by surface tension, electrical conductivity, fluorescence, viscosity, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) measurements. An interesting phenomenon, that is, the obvious decline in surface tension upon increasing concentration above the critical micelle concentration (cmc), was found in these gemini surfactant solutions, and two explanations were proposed. This surface tension behavior could be explained by the rapid increase in the counterion activity in the bulk phase or the continued filling of the interface with increasing surfactant concentration above the cmc. More interestingly, not only vesicles but also the surfactant-concentration-induced vesicle to larger aggregate (spongelike aggregate) transition and the salt-induced vesicle and spongelike aggregate to micelle transition were found in the aqueous solutions of these gemini surfactants. The spongelike aggregate that is first reported in the cationic gemini surfactant-water binary system is probably caused by the adhesion and fusion of vesicles at high surfactant concentration.  相似文献

Fimetarone A (1), a metabolite with the new spiro[chroman-3,7'-isochromene]-4,6'(8'H)-dione skeleton, was isolated from cultures of the Cordyceps-colonizing fungus Fimetariella sp. Compound 1 was a 1:1 atropdiastereomeric mixture in NMR data, and aS,9S and aR,9R enantiomers were found and confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Compound 1 could be derived from the hypothetical precursors 3,4,5-trihydroxy-2-(2-methylene-3,5-dioxohexanoyl)benzoic acid (5) and lapidosin (6).  相似文献

Main‐chain thermotropic liquid‐crystalline polyesters containing rigid biphenyl mesogens and flexible spacers were synthesized by chemo‐enzymatic route. The enzyme‐catalyzed polymerization showed high regio‐ and chemo‐ selectivity, and is environmentally friendly. The resulting polyesters were characterized with 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and polarized light optical microscopy (POM).  相似文献

A new monomer, (2,5‐dimethoxy)phenylhydroquinone (DMPH), was prepared in a two‐step synthetic procedure. One aromatic poly(ether ether ketone)s with 2,5‐dimethoxy phenyl side group (DMP‐PEEK) was synthesized via an aromatic nucleophilic substitution reaction with 4,4′‐difluorobenzophenone (DFB). Poly(ether ether ketone)s with 2,5‐dihydroxy phenyl side group (DHP‐PEEK) was obtained via hydrolysis of methoxy group on the DMP‐PEEK. Both of the high molecular weight polymers could be obtained despite the steric effect of the bulky pendant groups. The two polymers have good solubility at room temperature.  相似文献

The new monomer (4‐(4′‐trifluoromethyl)phenoxyphenyl)hydroquinone (TFPOPH) was synthesized in a three‐step synthesis. A series of poly(aryl ether ketone) copolymers were prepared by the reaction of (4‐(4′‐Trifluoromethyl)phenoxyphenyl)hydroquinone and hydroquinone (HQ) with 4,4′‐difluorobenzophenone (DFB) in the presence of potassium carbonate in tretramethylene sulfone (TMS). Thermal analyses of the fluorinated copolymers showed that the glass transition temperature and 5.0% weight loss temperature are similar with that of PEEK, and the crystallinity decreased with increasing of TFPOPH. For the copolymer synthesized with the molar fraction of TFPOPH in the diphenol monomers (TFPOPH, HQ) being over 0.2, no cold crystallization temperature and melting temperature were detected, indicating that these copolymers are almost amorphous. The crystal structure of the copolymers with the molar fraction of TFPOPH being not higher than 0.2 is rhombic. The solubility in polar aprotic solvents of poly(aryl ether ketone)s copolymers increases and dielectric constant decreases step by step.  相似文献

建立了同时测定乙醛酸和草酸的毛细管区带电泳法。考察了缓冲溶液的种类、浓度和pH以及分离电压等因素对分离结果的影响。在缓冲溶液为20 mmol/L硼砂-5.5 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸氢钾(pH 9.0)、分离电压20 kV、检测波长212 nm的优化条件下,11 min内即可实现对目标物的分离。乙醛酸和草酸分别在0.8~20 g/L和1.2~20 g/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.9993和0.9975;方法的检出限分别为0.2和0.4 g/L(信噪比为3);样品的加标回收率为98.3%~102.5%,相对标准偏差为0.35%~0.61%。该方法操作简便、快速、成本低廉,已应用于实际样品的分析,并获得了令人满意的结果。  相似文献
