Triplet pairing states with equal spins in ferromagnet/superconductor heterojunctions for noncollinear magnetizations

Four-component Bogoliubov-de Gennes equations are applied to study tunneling conductance spectra of ferromagnet/ferromagnet/d-wave superconductor (F₁/F₂/d-wave S) tunnel junctions and to find out signs of spin-triplet pairing correlations induced in the proximity structure. The pairing correlations with equal spins arises from the novel Andreev reflection (AR), which requires at least three factors: the usual AR at the F₂/S interface, spin flip in the F₂ layer, and superconducting coherence kept up in the F₂ layer. Effects of angle α between magnetizations of the two F layers, polarizations of the F₁ and F₂ layers, the thickness of the F₂ layer, and the orientation of the d-wave S crystal on the tunneling conductance are investigated. A conversion from a zero-bias conductance dip at α = 0 to a zero-bias conductance peak at a certain value of α can be seen as a sign of generated spin-triplet correlations.     

Cationic and temperature-sensitive liposomes loaded with eugenol for the application to silk

Silk has been widely used in the clothing industry due to their soft and smooth features, good biocompatibility, good heat dissipation, warmth and ultraviolet resistance. The application of fragrance to silk can significantly improve the performance of silk. However, there are two key scientific problems that need to be solved: slowing down the release rate of fragrances and increasing the scent lasting time of silk. In this study, cationic and temperature-sensitive liposomes were designed and prepared to encapsulate eugenol. These fragrance-loaded liposomes significantly slowed down the release rate of the fragrance and controlled the release rate of the fragrance in a thermo-sensitive manner. The liposomes adhered to the silk through electrostatic adsorption interaction. The positive charge on the fragrance-loaded liposomes neutralized much negative charge on silk and thereby increasing the adhesion efficiency.     

避雷器电阻片测试系统设计

采用工业PC机与可编程控制器、示波器、直流仪等设备设计了避雷器电阻片测试系统,阐述了本系统的控制流程及逻辑关系,用图形化编程语言编写了上位机软件,完成了避雷器电阻片在 U_1mA及0.75U_1mA下的漏电流等参数的测试,并对电阻片测试过程中的电压峰值、电流峰值进行采集存储,还存储了电阻片在整个测试过程中的能量,方便以后对测试过程中损坏的阀片进行能量、电流峰值、电压峰值方面的分析,对系统进行了初步的试验,结果表明该系统运行效果良好,实现了避雷器电阻片出厂前的测试,提高了测试效率。

Investigation of active-region doping on InAs/GaSb long wave infrared detectors

The eight-band κ·p model is used to establish the energy band structure model of the type-II InAs/GaSb superlattice detectors with a cut-off wavelength of 10.5μm,and the best composition of M-structure in this type of device is calculated theoretically.In addition,we have also experimented on the devices designed with the best performance to investigate the effect of the active region p-type doping temperature on the quantum efficiency of the device.The results show that the modest active region doping temperature(Be:760℃)can improve the quantum efficiency of the device with the best performance,while excessive doping(Be:>760℃)is not conducive to improving the photo response.With the best designed structure and an appropriate doping concentration,a maximum quantum efficiency of 45% is achieved with a resistance-area product of 688?·cm^2,corresponding to a maximum detectivity of 7.35×10^11cm·Hz^1/2/W.     

动态压缩下Zr基非晶合金失效释能机理

为研究Zr 基非晶合金动态压缩条件下的失效释能机理,采用力学试验机、霍普金森杆、高速摄影、差示扫描量热分析(differential scanning calorimetry, DSC)、扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope, SEM)等,得到了材料应力应变曲线、高速摄影图像、失效式样微观形貌及DSC 曲线,根据实验数据计算了材料的晶化激活能,并拟合了材料的JH-2(Johnson-Holmquist Ⅱ)模型,对材料动态失效过程进行有限元数值模拟。实验结果表明,压缩条件下材料为脆性断裂,断口处观察到典型的脉状纹样及液滴状结构,材料失效过程伴随着释能现象;数值模拟结果表明,材料裂纹局部的瞬时内能大于材料晶化激活能。动态压缩下材料的失效释能机理即为材料破碎释放储存的弹性势能,并导致材料局部晶化释能,释能强度与应变率成正相关。     

航天光学遥感器在轨调制传递函数神经网络评价方法

通过对航天光学遥感器在轨调制传递函数模型和遥感图像的分析,找出遥感图像中与调制传递函数有关的特征信息,采用神经网络为工具,完成利用遥感器传输下来的任意一幅地面景物图像进行调制传递函数的评价。首先模拟出包含不同调制传递函数等级的遥感图像,组成训练样本集,再从图像中分别提取出直接与调制传递函数有关的特征参量和与景物结构有关的特征参量,作为神经网络的输入,网络通过对训练样本集中模拟出的大量调制传递函数已知的遥感图像训练后,当再次输入一幅调制传递函数未知的遥感图像时,便能够正确估计出其调制传递函数值。这种方法不需要在地面铺设靶标或预先获得调制传递函数已知的同一地面景物的航空图像作为参考,只需获得任意一幅地面景物图像即可完成对遥感器调制传递函数的评价。实验结果表明,当不考虑噪声对调制传递函数的影响时,对调制传递函数的评价误差约为6%,而在考虑噪声时,评价误差约为9%。     

用于双光子激发荧光寿命显微成像的高重复频率皮秒扫描相机

建立了一台基于新研制的高重复频率皮秒扫描相机的双光子激发荧光寿命显微成像系统,重点介绍所研制的高重复频率皮秒扫描相机。为了在高时间分辨力的同时扩大时间测量范围,实现大面积两维空间高时间分辨取样测量,从而提高采样速率和更有效地发挥扫描相机的作用,设计和研制了一种大面积、高时间分辨力扫描变像管和一种重复频率高达1MHz的斜坡电压扫描电路。基于上述关键部件所研制的扫描相机具有重复频率高、扫描速度可调、时间分辨力高、工作面积大、非线性低、触发晃动小等优点。用钛宝石飞秒激光器作为激光脉冲源,通过脉冲提取器将76MHz的高重复频率降低为1MHz,采用可调延时器和标准具对扫描相机的时间分辨力、扫描速度和非线性进行标定。该系统的时间分辨力达到6.5ps,非线性为2.60%,可测量的时间范围从十几皮秒到几十纳秒。测量了若丹明6G和香豆素314两种标准荧光染料的荧光寿命,取得了与参考文献一致的实验结果。
