A novel hybrid system composed of sepiolite clay and cyclodextrin nanosponge (CDNS) was prepared via reaction of Cl‐functionalized sepiolite with amine‐functionalized CDNS. CDNS–sepiolite was then applied for immobilization of Pd(0) nanoparticles. The resulting hybrid system, Pd@CDNS‐sepiolite, was characterized using various techniques and successfully used as an efficient and heterogeneous catalyst for ligand‐ and copper‐free Sonogashira and Heck coupling reactions under mild reaction conditions. Recycling experiments confirmed that Pd@CDNS‐sepiolite was recyclable and could be used for several consecutive reaction runs with slight Pd leaching and loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

A solid-phase microextraction fiber was prepared by polyaniline/graphene oxide nanocomposite as sorbent on the surface of a platinized stainless steel wire using electrospinning technique. The nanocomposite structure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The polyaniline/graphene oxide nanocomposite fiber was used for the determination of nicotine from tobacco samples using headspace solid-phase microextraction method and gas chromatography–flame ionization detection. Influential experimental variables on the extraction efficiency of nicotine, such as extraction time and temperature, humidity and desorption conditions, were evaluated and optimized. Under the optimal experimental conditions? the limit of detection, linear dynamic range, intraday and inter-days precisions were found to be 0.01 μg g?1, 0.05–700 µg g?1 (R2?=?0.996), 6.9 and 8.1%, respectively. Comparison of the polyaniline/graphene oxide nanocomposite sorbent with polyaniline and commercial fibers shows longer durability, larger capacity and higher extraction efficiency. The polyaniline/graphene oxide nanocomposite fiber was successfully applied for the determination of nicotine in tobacco samples.  相似文献

In this work, phenol reacted with 4-aminoantipyrine (4-AAP) reagent in presence of potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) and then was extracted using ultrasound-assisted emulsification microextraction via 1-hexyl-3-methyl imidazolium hexafluorophosphate as an environmentally friendly solvent. Effects of the main experimental variables were investigated and optimized by central composite design. Under the optimum conditions (pH 9.5, 100 mg/L 4-AAP, 100 μL of ionic liquid as extraction solvent, 0.2 g/L K3Fe(CN)6 and 0.2 M NH4Cl) the dynamic linear range, limit of detection and relative standard deviation were obtained as 0.2?25 μg/L, 0.07 μg/L and 2.6%, respectively. Finally, the applicability of the proposed ultrasoundassisted emulsification microextraction was examined and very good results were obtained. The results confirmed the applicability of the proposed method as a versatile, low cost and sensitive preconcentration method for determination of very low concentrations of phenol in aqueous solutions.  相似文献

In this study, a new Cr(III)-imprinted polymer (Cr(III)-IIP) is prepared from CrCl3·6H2O, methacrylic acid functional monomer, ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate cross-linking agent, 2,2?-azobisisobutyronitrile radical initiator and 2,2-(azanediylbis (ethane-2,1-diyl))bis(isoindoline-1,3-dione) ligand. To obtain the maximum adsorption capacity, the optimum condition was studied through pH, type and concentration of eluent, IIP weight, sample volume as well as the adsorption and desorption times. The Cr(III) ion content was determined via flame atomic absorption spectrometer. In optimum conditions, the adsorption capacity of the IIP for Cr(III) was obtained to be 74.65 mg g?1, using 50 mg of IIP and the initial pH solution of 3.0. Both the adsorption and desorption times for quantitative analyses of Cr(III) ions were 15 and 5 min; respectively. After elution of the adsorbed ions by 3 mL of 4 mol L?1 HNO3 aqueous solution, the established IIP-based SPE procedure provides a reasonable pre-concentration factor of 100. The IIP-based pre-concentration method provides a low detection limit of 1.7 µg L?1 with good repeatability (RSD?=?3.22%). Reusability studies confirmed that synthesis IIP is reusable and recoverable up to six cycles. According to the selectivity experiments, it was concluded that the prepared sorbent possesses more affinity toward Cr(III) ions than other ions such as Al3+, Pb2+, Cu2+, Mn2+, Fe2+, Zn2+, and Ni2+ ions. To evaluate the potential applicability of the proposed separation method, the pre-concentration and determination of trace amounts of Cr(III) were performed successfully in food samples with complex matrices, a bestial sample (i.e. cow liver) and an herbal product (i.e., broccoli) as real samples.  相似文献

A method for one-step synthesis of ultrafine agarose-coated superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (AC-SPIONs) was developed. The method is facile and fast and requires no organic solvent or surfactant. The average particle size of the prepared AC-SPIONs was only 20–40 nm with a narrow size distribution and with large saturation magnetization at room temperature. The obtained ultrafine nanogel particles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer techniques. The AC-SPIONs were epoxy-activated by epichlorohydrin and aminated by ammonium hydroxide. The amination of the particles was investigated by the Kaiser test. The adsorption of two model compounds (gallic acid and ellagic acid) on the functionalized nanoparticles and their releases from them were investigated spectrophotometrically in three different pH values under biological conditions. The functionalized AC-SPIONs displayed good adsorption and in vitro drug release in a phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4). The ultrafine AC-SPIONs can be potentially used in magnetic solid-phase extraction, drug delivery, protein purification and enzyme immobilization methods.  相似文献

Polylactide (PLA)/cellulose nanofiber (CNF) biocomposites were prepared via solution casting and direct melt mixing. To improve the compatibility, a masterbatch of CNFs and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) (1:2) was also prepared. The effects of PEG on the morphology and properties of the biocomposites were investigated. The dispersion/distribution of nanofibers in PLA was improved when the masterbatch was used and the composites were prepared in solution. Substantial effects on the rheological properties of solution-prepared PLA/CNF/PEG composites were observed compared to composites containing no PEG, whereas for melt-prepared composites no significant changes were detected. Increased crystalline content and crystallization temperature were observed for the composites prepared via the masterbatch and solvent casting. The storage modulus of PLA was increased by 42 and 553% at 25 and at 80 °C, respectively, for the solution-based PEG-compatibilized composite containing 2 wt% nanofibers. Also, a better light transmittance was measured for the PLA/CNF/PEG composites prepared in solution.  相似文献

We present a model for describing the growth of students’ understandings when reading a proof. The model is composed of two main paths. One is focused on becoming aware of the deductive structure of the proof, in other words, understanding the proof at a semantic level. Generalization, abstraction, and formalization are the most important transitions in this path. The other path focuses on the surface-level form of the proof, and the use of symbolic representations. At the end of this path, students understand how and why symbolic computations formally establish a claim, at a syntactic level. We make distinctions between states in the model and illustrate them with examples from early secondary students’ mathematical activity. We then apply the model to one student’s developing understanding in order to show how the model works in practice. We close with some suggestions for further research.  相似文献

In this study, the effect of different numbers of baffles is investigated using computational simulation. Laboratory measurements using different numbers of constant height baffles in a rectangular primary sedimentation tank are conducted. The velocity fields measured by an Acoustic Doppler Velocimeter (ADV) are used to verify the results of the computational model. The effects of the number of baffles arrangement on the hydraulic performance of primary settling tanks are studied by using two different ways: the parameters of flow pattern and the Flow Through Curves (FTCs) method. The results of both the experimental and computational investigations indicate that increasing the number of baffles in suitable positions provides minimum volume of the recirculation region, dissipates the kinetic energy, creates a uniform flow field in the tank and finally the hydraulic efficiency of the sedimentation tank will be improved.  相似文献
