Use of a novel reagent has been established for the synthesis of a series of 4,5-diaryl-2H-1,2,3-triazoles (6ai and 9ae) from cyanostilbene analogs of benzo[b]thiophene, benzo[b]furan, and indole, catalyzed by l-proline via Lewis base-catalyzed one-step [3+2]cycloaddition of azide. This method provides an efficient, simple, and environmentally benign procedure that affords good yields and relatively short reaction times.  相似文献

In the present work, we have studied the interaction of proton transfer probe 1-hydroxy-2-naphthaldehyde (HN12) with Human Serum Albumin (HSA) and Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) by steady state absorption and emission spectroscopy combined with time resolved fluorescence measurements. The measured binding constant (K) and free energy change (DeltaG) indicate a stronger affinity of HN12 molecule for HSA than BSA. Steady state anisotropy, excitation anisotropy and fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) studies indicate that the probe molecule resides at the hydrophobic site of the protein environment.  相似文献

Silver and gold nanorods with aspect ratios from 1 to 16 have been used as substrates for surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) in colloidal solution. The nanorod aspect ratio is varied to give different degrees of overlap between the nanorod longitudinal plasmon band and excitation source in order to determine its effect on overall surface enhancement. Results suggest that enhancement factors are a factor of 10-10(2) greater for substrates that have plasmon band overlap with the excitation source than for substrates whose plasmon bands do not.  相似文献

Two efficient, physically based models for the real-time simulation of molecular device characteristics of single molecules are developed. These models assume that through-molecule tunnelling creates a steady-state Lorentzian distribution of excess electron density on the molecule and provides for smooth transitions for the electronic degrees of freedom between the tunnelling, molecular-excitation, and charge-hopping transport regimes. They are implemented in the fREEDA™ transient circuit simulator to allow for the full integration of nanoscopic molecular devices in standard packages that simulate entire devices including CMOS circuitry. Methods are presented to estimate the parameters used in the models via either direct experimental measurement or density-functional calculations. The models require 6–8 orders of magnitude less computer time than do full a priori simulations of the properties of molecular components. Consequently, molecular components can be efficiently implemented in circuit simulators. The molecular-component models are tested by comparison with experimental results reported for 1,4-benzenedithiol.  相似文献

Elastomers typically require the incorporation of reinforcing fillers in order to improve their mechanical properties. For commercial silicone systems silica and titania are typically used as fillers. Fumed and precipitated silica are made on an industrial scale for many applications; however, we have shown recently that biological and synthetic macromolecules can generate new silica structures using a bioinspired route. Herein we have incorporated bioinspired silica fillers into poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) elastomers and investigated their mechanical, morphological and thermal properties as a function of filler loading. The equilibrium stress-strain characteristics of the PDMS-bioinspired silica hybrids were determined as a function of bioinspired filler loading and the Mooney-Rivlin constants (2C1 and 2C2) were calculated. The thermal characteristics, in particular glass transition temperatures (Tg) and melting points (Tm), of the PDMS-bioinspired silica hybrids were characterized using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The thermal stability of these hybrid materials were investigated using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The morphology of the samples was characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the filler dispersion was characterized using ultra small angle X-ray scattering (USAXS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Although spherical silica particles were used here, we have demonstrated elsewhere that this bioinspired synthetic route also enables highly asymmetric silica structures to be prepared such as fibres and sheets. This methodology therefore offers the interesting possibility of preparing new hybrid systems where the properties are highly anisotropic.  相似文献

A donor-acceptor substituted aromatic system (E)-3-(4-Methylamino-phenyl)-acrylic acid methyl ester (MAPAME) has been synthesized, and its photophysical behavior obtained spectroscopically has been compared with the theoretical results. The observed dual fluorescence from MAPAME has been assigned to emission from locally excited and twisted intramolecular charge transfer states. The donor and acceptor angular dependency on the ground and excited states potential energy surfaces have been calculated both in vacuo and in acetonitrile solvent using time dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) and TDDFT polarized continuum model (TDDFT-PCM), respectively. Calculation predicts that a stabilized twisted excited state is responsible for red shifted charge transfer emission.  相似文献

A simple, sensitive and specific high-performance liquid chromatography method is described for simultaneous determination of rosuvastatin (RST) and gemfibrozil (GFZ) in human plasma using celecoxib as an internal standard (IS). The assay procedure involved extraction of RST, GFZ and IS from plasma into acetonitrile. Following separation and evaporation of the organic layer the residue was reconstituted in the mobile phase and injected onto an X-Terra C(18) column (4.6 x 150 mm, 5.0 microm). The chromatographic run time was less than 20 min using flow gradient (0.0-1.60 mL/min) with a mobile phase consisting of 0.01 M ammonium acetate:acetonitrile:methanol (50:40:10, v/v/v) and UV detection at 275 nm. Nominal retention times of RST, GFZ and IS were 6.7, 13.9 and 16.4 min, respectively. Absolute recovery of both analytes and IS was greater than 90%. The lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) of RST and GFZ was 0.03 and 0.30 microg/mL, respectively. Linearity was excellent (r(2) = 0.999) in the 0.03-10 microg/mL and 0.3-100 microg/mL ranges for RST and GFZ, respectively. The inter- and intra-day precisions in the measurement of RST quality control (QC) samples 0.03, 0.09, 2.50 and 8.00 microg/mL were in the range 2.37-9.78% relative standard deviation (RSD) and 0.92-10.08% RSD, respectively. Similarly, the inter- and intra-day precisions in the measurement of GFZ quality control (QC) samples 0.30, 0.90, 25.0 and 80.0 microg/mL were in the ranges 2.79-6.27 and 0.96-9.69% RSD, respectively. Accuracies in the measurement of QC samples for RST and GFZ were in the range 85.43-107.23 and 84.98-102.35% respectively, of the nominal values. RST and GFZ were stable in the array of stability studies viz., bench-top, auto-sampler and freeze-thaw cycles. Stability of RST and GFZ was established for 1 month at -80C. The application of the assay in an oral pharmacokinetic study in rats co-administered with RST and GFZ is described.  相似文献
