This paper deals with the photo-induced fluorimetric determination of the herbicide Fluometuron with the aid of a continuous-flow
assembly of the emergent and new methodology known as Multicommutation which was provided with an on-line photoreactor. Maximum
fluorescence intensity was observed at basic pH solutions, 1×10−4 mol l−1 NaOH, after 1.4 min of irradiation and being the maximum at λexc 247.0 nm and λem 325.0 nm.
The influence of different experimental parameters either chemical (pH, surfactants presence, solvent polarity and temperature)
or hydrodynamic (time of photo-degradation, size and number of different segments and flow-rate) was tested.
The linear dynamic range was from 0.01 to 4.0 mg l−1 of Fluometuron; the inter-day reproducibility (as R.S.D.) of the slope was 0.001% and 1.7% from the peaks intra-day reproducibility.
A large series of potential interferents was studied and finally the method was applied to human urine, soil, formulation

A study is carried out by FT-IR spectroscopy of the carbonate species formed upon interaction of CO2 with alumina and vanadia-alumina catalysts doped with sodium. It is found that the presence of sodium enhances the ability of the catalyst surface to adsorb CO2, yielding to carbonate formation. The species formed changes in the presence of vanadium, shifting the νCOO stretching bands towards higher wavenumbers than those recorded in Na-Al2O3 systems. 相似文献

We show an actively Q-switched ytterbium-doped strictly all-fiber laser. Cavity loss modulation is achieved in a tapered optical
fiber by core-to-cladding mode-coupling induced by travelling flexural acoustic waves. When the acoustical signal is switched-off,
the optical power losses within the cavity are reduced, and then a laser pulse is emitted. Trains of Q-switched pulses were
successfully obtained at repetition rates in the range 1–10 kHz, with pump powers between 59 and 88 mW, at the optical wavelength
of 1064.1 nm. Best results were for laser pulses of 118 mW peak power, 1.8 μs of time width, with a pump power of 79 mW, at

We experimentally demonstrate a low-loss multilayered metamaterial exhibiting a double-negative refractive index in the visible spectral range. To this end, we exploit a second-order magnetic resonance of the so-called fishnet structure. The low-loss nature of the employed magnetic resonance, together with the effect of the interacting adjacent layers, results in a figure of merit as high as 3.34. the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards. From the microscopies studies (TEM) we observed that silver nanoparticles
have spherical (7 and 29 nm) and pseudospherical shape (89 nm) with a narrow size distribution. The sizes of the silver nanoparticles

In this work we report a comparative study of the magnetic and structural properties of Fe50Al50 alloys produced by mechanical alloying using two different planetary ball mills with the same ball mass to powder mass relation.
The Fe50Al50 sample milled during 48 h using the Fritsch planetary ball mill pulverisette 5 and balls of 20 mm, presents only a bcc alloy
phase with a majority of paramagnetic sites, whereas that sample milled during the same time using the Fritsch planetary ball
mill pulverisette 7 with balls of 15 mm, presents a bcc alloy phase with paramagnetic site (doublet) and a majority of ferromagnetic
sites which include pure Fe. However for 72 h of milling this sample presents a bcc paramagnetic phase, very similar to that
prepared with the first system during 48 h. These results show that the conditions used in the first ball mill equipment make
