We have successfully synthesized a series of new fluorene‐based copolymers, poly[(9,9‐bis(4‐octyloxy‐phenyl)fluorene‐2,7‐diyl)‐co‐[2(3{2[4(2{4[bis(bromophenyl‐4yl) amino]phenyl}vinyl)‐2,5‐bisoctyloxyphenyl]vinyl}‐5,5‐dimethyl‐cyclohex‐2‐enylidene)malononitrile] (PFTBMs), with varying molar ratios of the low‐energy band gap comonomer, 2(3{2[4(2{4[bis(4‐bromophenyl)amino]phenyl}vinyl)‐2,5‐bisoctyloxyphenyl]vinyl}‐5,5‐dimethyl‐cyclohex‐2‐enylidene)malononitrile (BTBM). To prepare BTBM (which has a T‐shaped structure) from triphenylamine, dialkoxy phenyl, and isophorone, we introduced three individual segments of an isophorone derivative containing two cyanide groups at the carbonyl position, a dialkoxy phenyl group for increased solubility, and a triphenyl amine for effective charge transfer. Furthermore, we introduced vinyl linkages between each segment to increase the length of π‐conjugation. The synthesized polyfluorene copolymers with the BTBM, PFTBMs, were synthesized via palladium‐catalyzed Suzuki coupling reactions. The photoluminescence emission spectra of the synthesized polymers in solution did not show significant energy transfer from PBOPF segments to the BTBM units. Light‐emitting devices based on these polymers were fabricated with an indium tin oxide/poly(3,4‐ethylene dioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS)/polymers/Balq/LiF/Al configuration. Examination of the electroluminescence emission of the synthesized polymers showed that the maximum wavelength shifted continuously toward long wavelengths with as the number of BTBM units in the polymer main chain was increased. In particular, a device using PFTBM 05 exhibited a maximum brightness of 510 cd/m2 and a maximum current efficiency of 0.57 cd/A. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Crosslinked materials derived from poly(lactide) (PLA) have been produced by radiation modification in the presence of a suitable crosslinker (triallyl isocyanurate) (TAIC). The crosslinking structure introduced in PLA films has not only much improved the heat stability but also their mechanical properties. The properties of crosslinked samples are governed by crosslinking density and these improvement seemed to increase with radiation dose. This implied that the three dimensional networks have been introduced in material by radiation and the crosslinking density depended on the structure and length of PLA chains. Biodegradability of PLA was also determined by an enzymatic degradation test and burying in compost at 55 °C. Differing with PLLA, PDLA was insignificantly degraded by proteinase K. The degradation rate of PLA in compost was postponed with the introduction of crosslinks.  相似文献

Nanocomposites of polyaniline (PANI) and single‐wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) were prepared and characterized via resonance Raman and electronic absorption spectroscopy (ultraviolet–visible/near‐infrared). The chemical synthesis of PANI was performed in the presence of SWNTs in concentrations ranging from 10 to 50 wt % (SWNT/PANI). The obtained materials were hydrophilic, homogeneous composite compounds. The chemical interaction between PANI (in the conducting emeraldine salt form and in the insulating emeraldine base form) and metallic and semiconducting nanotubes was investigated. The emeraldine salt form of the polymer was significantly stabilized in the composite in comparison with plain PANI. In this study, recently introduced generalized distribution functions are summarized and by using one of these distribution functions, namely generalized Planck distribution, an alternative approach to the generalized Planck law for the blackbody radiation has been tackled. The expression obtained is compared with the expression given by C. Tsallis et al. [Phys. Rev. E 52 (1995) 1447], and it is found that this approximate scheme provides bounds to the exact result, depending on the values of q-index.  相似文献

Three neural network models were used for prediction of adsorption equilibria of binary vapour mixtures on an activated carbon. The predictions were compared both with published experimental data and calculated values from the Ideal Adsorption Solution (IAS) model. The neural network was trained using both binary and single component experimental adsorption data. Even for a limited number of data points (about 60) the network models were capable of approximating experimental data very precisely.  相似文献

The paper is concerned with scheduling problems with multiprocessor tasks and presents conditions under which such problems can be solved in polynomial time. The application of these conditions is illustrated by two quite general scheduling problems. These results are complemented by a proof of NP-hardness of the problem with a UET task system, two parallel processors, the criterion of total completion time, and precedence constraints in the form of out-trees.  相似文献

Our focus of investigations is on the dependency of the polymer solar cell (PSC) characteristics on drying conditions like temperature and kinetic effects. We optimized the homogeneity for the doctor bladed active layer in conjunction with viscosity measurements, examined the dependency of cell characteristics on drying kinetics with best results at slow drying and accomplished differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) with solution-processed samples in the typical annealing temperature range.  相似文献

We find, using a local density approximation +Hubbard U method, that oxygen vacancies tend to cluster in a linear way in SrTiO(3), a prototypical perovskite oxide, accompanied by strong electron localization at the 3d state of the nearby Ti transition metal ion. The vacancy clustering and the associated electron localization lead to a profound impact on materials properties, e.g., the reduction in free-carrier densities, the appearance of characteristic optical spectra, and the decrease in vacancy mobility. The high stability against the vacancy migration also suggests the physical reality of the vacancy cluster.  相似文献

Combinatorial synthesis and screening technique have been applied to investigate the catalytic activity and selectivity of ternary and quaternary mixed-metal oxide catalysts for the selective oxidation of propane. The catalyst libraries were prepared via a modified sol-gel method using a synthesis robot and library design software, and examined for the catalytic activities in a simple high-throughput reactor system connected to a mass spectrometer for product analysis. Ternary Mo-Cr-Te, V-Cr-Sb, and Mo-V-Cr catalysts have been selected for potential candidate by composition spread approach. In a next generation composition spread library, the composition space of these three ternary compositions was sampled. Screening of this 198-member library provided substantial evidence that each ternary system has its own optimum composition where acrolein formation is highest. In addition, the composition space of the quaternary reference system Mo-V-Te-Nb mixed-oxides has also been prepared and sampled.  相似文献
