<正>Lignosulfonate with low polydispersity index of 1.178-1.210 was isolated by gel column chromatography of Sephacryl S-100 eluted with 0.2 mol/L of NaNO_3 aqueous solution,whereas nearly monodisperse ligosulfonate fraction with polydispersity of 1.0(57 can be obtained after chromatographic separation twice.This method provides an available approach to investigate the structure and characteristics of lignosulfonate.  相似文献

以高粱秸秆为模板,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米钛酸锶钡多孔吸附剂(SPBST),以X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)进行表征.考察了该多孔吸附剂对水中重金属铅、镉和锌的吸附富集性能,探讨了煅烧温度对吸附剂形貌和吸附性能的影响.并以镉离子为例,系统地研究了吸附热力学和动力学.结果表明,各煅烧温度下合成的多孔材料均由钙钛矿结构的纳米钛酸锶钡组成,晶体粒径均不大于20nm,多孔吸附剂对水中铅、镉和锌均有较强的吸附能力,吸附性能与材料的煅烧合成温度和介质的pH值以及吸附时间有关.煅烧温度过高,纳米钛酸锶钡晶体团聚严重,吸附能力降低;温度过低,材料松散易碎,不利于重复使用,750℃煅烧6h合成的材料性能最好.当介质的pH值为5~8时,吸附70min,对铅、镉和锌的静态吸附容量分别为191.51,19.00和19.97mg?g―1.其吸附行为符合Freundlich吸附等温模型和HO准二级动力学方程式,吸附过程焓变(?H)为35.905kJ?mol-1,各温度下的自由能变(?G)均小于零,熵变(?S)均为正值,吸附过程的活化能(Ea)为62.430kJ?mol-1.该吸附过程是自发的吸热物理过程.被吸附的金属离子均可用1mol?L-1的硝酸完全洗脱回收.对铅、镉和锌的富集因子均超过200.将其应用于水中痕量铅、镉和锌的吸附富集和原子吸收测定,回收率分别为90.3%~103.4%,91.5%~103.2%和94.35%~101.1%.  相似文献

We report the use of atomic layer deposition (ALD) coating as a nanobiosensor functionalization strategy for enhanced surface immobilization that may enable higher detection sensitivity. Three kinds of ALD coating films, Al(2)O(3), TiO(2), and SiO(2), were grown on the gallium nitride nanowire (GaN NW) surfaces and characterized with high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and vacuum Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Results from HRTEM showed that the thicknesses of ALD-Al(2)O(3), ALD-TiO(2) and ALD-SiO(2) coatings were 4-5 nm, 5-6 nm, and 12-14 nm, respectively. Results from FTIR showed that the OH contents of these coatings were, respectively, ~6.9, ~7.4, and ~9.3 times that of piranha-treated GaN NW. Furthermore, to compare protein attachments on the different surfaces, poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-biotin was grafted on the OH-functionalized GaN NW surfaces through active Si-Cl functional groups. Streptavidin protein molecules were then attached to the biotin ends via specific binding. The immobilized streptavidin molecules were examined with scanning electron microscopy, HRTEM, and fluorescent imaging. Results from HRTEM and energy-dispersive X-ray revealed that the nitrogen concentrations on the three ALD coatings were significantly higher than that on the piranha-treated surface. Results from fluorescent imaging further showed that the protein attachments on the Al(2)O(3), TiO(2), and SiO(2) ALD coatings were, respectively, 6.4, 7.8, and 9.8 times that of piranha-treated surface. This study demonstrates that ALD coating can be used as a functionalization strategy for nanobiosensors because it is capable of creating functional groups with much higher density compared to widely used acid modifications, and among the three ALD coatings, ALD-SiO(2) yielded the most promising results in OH content and protein attachment.  相似文献

Two novel resveratrol aneuploids, hopeachinols A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), as well as a potent immunosuppressive polyphenol diptoindonesin G ( 3 ) were characterized from the ethanol extract of Hopea chinensis stem barks. The structure of the polyphenols was accommodated by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis with the absolute stereochemistry determined by the CD approach coupled with theoretical ECD spectra computer‐generated through the Gaussian 03 program. The distinct structure and biological profile of 3 recommended it as a starting molecule for the relevant drug discovery.  相似文献

Rifamycin-capped (3-(2-O-β-cyclodextrin)-2-hydroxypropoxy)-propylsilyl-appended silica particles (RCD-HPS), a new type of substituted β-cyclodextrin-bonded chiral stationary phase (CSP) for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), have been synthesized by the treatment of bromoacetate-substituted-(3-(2-O-β-cyclodextrin)-2-hydroxypropoxy)-propylsilyl-appended silica particles (BACD-HPS) with rifamycin SV in anhydrous acetonitrile. The stationary phase is characterized by means of elemental analysis and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. This new CSP has a chiral selector with two recognition sites: rifamycin and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD). The chromatographic behavior of RCD-HPS was studied with several disubstituted benzenes and some chiral drug compounds under reversed-phase HPLC mobile phase conditions. The results show that RCD-HPS has excellent selectivity for the separation of aromatic positional isomers and enantiomers of chiral compounds due to the cooperative functioning of rifamycin and β-CD.  相似文献

Three new, 1 – 3 , and seven known phenolic and terpenic glycosides were isolated from the BuOH‐soluble fraction of 95% EtOH extract of the roots and rhizomes of Celastrus orbiculatus. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated as carvacrol 2‐Oα‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 1 ), 5‐methoxycarvacrol 2‐Oα‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 2 ), and 15‐hydroxytorreyol 10‐Oβ‐D ‐apiofuranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 3 ) on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and chemical methods.  相似文献

A high-throughput methodology combined with X-ray powder diffraction measurements was used to investigate the reactivity of the TetraThiaFulvalene TetraCarboxylic acid ((TTF-TC)H(4)) with divalent metals (M = Ni, Co) under various reaction conditions (stoichiometry, pH, temperature). Two new crystalline phases were identified and then studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Whereas the first one appears to be a simple salt, the second one, formulated {[M(H(2)O)(4)](2)(TTF-TC)}·4H(2)O, is built of 2:1 M:TTF-TC molecular complexes and labeled MIL-136(Ni, Co) (MIL stands for Materials Institute Lavoisier). The combination of thermogravimetric analysis and thermodiffraction studies reveals that MIL-136(Ni) exhibits a complex dehydration behavior. Indeed, a partial dehydration/rehydration process led to the single-crystal-to-single-crystal transformation of the molecular compound in a two-dimensional coordination polymer formulated {[Ni(2)(H(2)O)(5)(TTF-TC)]}·H(2)O (MIL-136'(Ni)). Magnetic and redox properties of MIL-136(Ni, Co) were investigated. Magnetic measurements indicate that all the magnetic coupling, intra- and intermolecular, are very weak; thus, the magnetic data of MIL-136(Ni, Co) have been interpreted in term of single-ion spin orbit coupling. Solid state cyclic voltammetry of MIL-136(Ni, Co) presents three reversible waves which were assigned to the redox activity of the TTF core and the metallic cations. In contrast to solids based on TTF linkers and alkaline ions, the MIL-136(Ni, Co) complexes do not act as excellent positive electrode materials for Li batteries, but present two reversible electron oxidation of the TTF core. These observations were tentatively related to the strength of the metal-carboxylate bond.  相似文献

The density functional theory using a plane‐waves basis set and pseudopotential has been used to study the reaction pathways for ODH of propane on the V2O5(001) surface. The calculations indicated that propane adsoprtion step was initiated by the insertion of vanadyl oxygen O (1) into methylene C? H bond forming an iso‐propanol structure. This step is the rate‐determining step with an activation energy of 23.3 kcal/mol. The subsequent step involved the abstraction of the second hydrogen by O (1) site leading the formation of propene. This process had an activation energy of 22.5 kcal/mol. The elimination of surface bound water molecule at the O (1) was a barrierless process. The energy required for this process was compensated from O2 dissociative adsorption.
