A new simple and efficient methodology for reductive sulfur extrusion from 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole compounds has been developed using NaBH4 in the presence of catalytic amounts of CoCl2·6H2O (1 mol %). This method is an efficient alternative for the generation of various 1,4-disubstituted-2,3-diaminobenzene derivatives from 4,7-disubstituted-2,1,3-benzothiadiazoles. The diamines can be easily converted into 4,7-disubstituted-quinoxaline compounds by simple reaction with glyoxal-sodium bisulfite.  相似文献

To provide an application for the method of linear least squares to data collected in a laboratory, a beaker with water is heated in a microwave oven, and the water temperature is measured as a function of heating variables (time and oven setting). This procedure enables a student to obtain a regression line for each oven setting, and to evaluate the intercept and slope of this line and compare them with the initial temperature of the water and the heating versus oven setting relationship described in the microwaves manufacturers manual. They also are asked to identify any sources of errors observed in this experiment.  相似文献

Semiconductor nanoparticles in the quantum confinement regime used as biolabels present many advantages over the other chemical species used as fluorophores. They are composed of 2000-6000 atoms rendering a far greater photostability and allowing for long time bioimaging experiments. In this work we present a synthetic route for the obtention of large quantities of highly fluorescent CdSe and CdTe/CdS core-shell nanocrystals based on aqueous colloidal chemistry. The methodologies were optimized and the systems were characterized by optical spectroscopy, transmission electronic microscopy and X-Ray diffractometry. The fluorescent biolabels were tested in live macrophages.  相似文献

STM and impedance results of the self‐assembled monolayer (SAM) formed with thionicotinamide (TNA) on gold indicate the presence of defects that increase with the immersion time of the electrode in the TNA solution affecting the SAM electroactivity toward the electron transfer reaction of the cytochrome c metalloprotein and [Fe(CN)6]4? and [Ru(NH3)6]3+ complexes. It was observed that this electroactivity was also affected by the pH of the electrolyte solution. SERS and STM data indicate sulfur coordination to the surface with contribution of the NH2 group. From the dependence of the TNA surface coverage on the temperature and concentration in solution, thermodynamic parameters of adsorption were determined.  相似文献

A spectrophotometric enzymatic flow injection (FI) system for the determination of diethyl-p-nitrophenylphosphate (paraoxon) is proposed. The method was based on the determination of the acetic acid formed by the enzymatic reaction of the acetylcholinesterase, immobilized on glass beads, with the substrate acetylcholine. The acetic acid formed permeates through a PTFE membrane and is received by a solution (pH 7.0) containing the acid-base indicator Bromocresol Purple (B.C.P.), leading to a pH change and therefore to a color change. The variation of the absorbance of the solution is detected spectrophotometrically at 400 nm. The determination of paraoxon is related to its inhibitory action on the enzyme. Therefore the analytical signal is the difference between the signal that corresponds to the free and the one that corresponds to the inhibited enzyme, considering a fixed acetylcholine concentration. The correlation between the peak height and paraoxon concentration at a given acetylcholine concentration is linear in the range from 5.0 x 10(-7) mol L-1 to 5.0 x 10(-5) mol L-1 (r = 0.998) of paraoxon, with a relative estimated standard deviation (R.S.D.) of +/- 1.7% (n = 10) considering a solution containing 5.0 x 10(-6) mol L-1 of paraoxon and a solution containing 5.0 x 10(-3) mol L-1 of acetylcholine. Therefore, the quantitative limit detection is about 2.5 x 10(-7) of paraoxon (3 sigma). A 1,1'-trimethylene-bis(4-formylpyridinium bromide)dioxime (TMB-4) solution was used to reactivate the enzyme.  相似文献

Different kinds of modifiers and coatings on the integrated platform of transversely heated graphite atomizer (THGA) have been tested for the simultaneous determination of two group of elements: the first, the more volatile, formed by arsenic, bismuth, lead, antimony and selenium; the second, the less volatile, formed by cobalt, chromium, cupper, iron and manganese in milk by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. Different Rh-modifiers were studied, such as Rh-coated platforms (Rh), carbide plus rhodium coated platforms (W-Rh, Zr-Rh), carbide-coated platforms (W and Zr) with co-injection of RhCl3, solutions and uncoated platforms with injection of solutions of Pd(NO3)2, Mg(NO3)2, and RhCl3. Milk samples were diluted 1:10 in 1.0% HNO3 and injected into the tube. The mass of modifier deposited and co-injected in the tube and the use of end capped tubes were also evaluated in order to improve the electrothermal behavior of analytes. Integrated platform pretreated with W plus co-injection RhCl3 for first group and pretreated with W-Rh for second group were elected. For 20 μL injected samples the analytical curves in the 5.0–20.0 μg L−1 concentration range have good linear correlation coefficients (r > 0.998). Relative standard deviations (n = 12) are <6% and the calculated characteristic masses are between 5 pg and 62 pg. Correspondence: Gian Paulo G. We consider the harmonic and anharmonic chains of oscillators with self-consistent stochastic reservoirs and derive an integral representation (à la Feynman-Kac) for the correlations, in particular, for the heat flow. For the harmonic chain, we give a new proof that its thermal conductivity is finite in the steady state. In this paper, by using the holographic principle, a modified equipartition theorem where we assume that below a critical temperature the energy is not equally divided on all bits, and the Unruh temperature, we derive MOND theory and a modified Friedmann equation compatible with MOND theory.
