Palladium‐Catalyzed Three‐Component Coupling Reaction of Allyl Carboxylates,Norbornenes and Diboronates Involving Sequential Olefins Insertion and Borylation Reaction

An efficient Pd‐catalyzed three‐component coupling reaction of allyl carboxylates, norbornenes and diboronates is described, which allows efficient assembly of C(sp³)—C(sp³) and C(sp³)—B bonds in a single process. Moreover, this approach shows advantages of good chemo‐ and regioselectivity, as well as good substrates suitability.     

新型纤维素衍生物手性固定相的制备及其对几种对映异构体的高效液相色谱分离

合成了一种经环十二烷修饰的纤维素酯，将其涂敷于小粒径的氨丙基化硅胶（APS）上，制备出高效液相色谱手性固定相，以正己烷、异丙醇为流动相拆分了2-对氯苯基丙腈、1-对氟苯基乙醇、1-对叔丁基苯氧基-2-丙醇、2-对氯苯基辛腈及三唑醇等5种外消旋对映体，并考察了流动相中异丙醇含量对分离效果的影响。     

Phenylsulfonic Acid Functionalized Mesoporous Silica Catalyzed Transetherification of Alcohols with Dimethoxymethane

Phenylsulfonic acid functionalized mesoporous silica was synthesized by condensation of tetraethylorthosilicate with phenyltrimethoxysilane, and then sulfonation using 30% fuming sulfuric acid. The material was characterized using FT‐IR, DSC, XPS, TEM and N2 adsorption/desorption measurements. DSC revealed that sulfonic acid group of the catalyst was decomposed at 354.8°C, indicating that the catalyst exhibited high thermal stability. XPS showed that there existed three kinds of different silicon species on surface of the catalyst. The catalytic performance of the catalyst was evaluated using transetherification of alcohols with dimethoxymethane. It was found that among primary alcohols, the selectivities of the two long‐chain alcohols for n‐dedocanol and n‐tetradecyl alcohol were higher than 97.0% at the conversions of 43.6% and 65.3%, respectively, while the selectivities of the short‐chain alcohols except for n‐hexanol were less than 90.0% at the conversions of over 80.0%. Due to steric barrier, the secondary alcohols such as iso‐butanol and cyclohexanol afforded conversions of 79.4% and 60.5%, and the selectivities of the two alcohols were more than 90.0%. The sequence in conversion of the substituted phenols is as follows: p‐nitrophenol>p‐fluorophenol≥p‐bromophenol>p‐cresol>m‐cresol.     

Heterocyclic synthesis via enaminones: Novel synthesis of (1H)‐pyridin‐2‐one,pyrazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine and isoxazole derivatives incorporating a N‐methylphthalimide and their biological evaluation

Novel synthesis of (1H)‐pyridin‐2‐one, pyrazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine and isoxazole derivatives incorporating N‐methylphthalimide moiety are reported. Reaction of enaminone 2 with malononitrile affords 4. Condensation of 2 with cyanothioacetamide or benzoylacetonitrile affords compounds 6 and 7 respectively. Reaction of 2 with hydrazine hydrate afford 2,3‐dihydrophthalazine‐1,4‐dione ( 10 ). Condensation of 2 with hydroxylamine and 3‐aminopyrazole derivatives affords compounds 12 and 15a,b respectively. Antimicrobial and antifungal activity were determined for representative compounds and most of them showed moderate activity as antimicrobial agents, while compounds 2 and 7 show strong activity against Aspergillus niger. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds was elucidated by elemental analyses and ¹H nmr spectra and some cases by ¹³C nmr investigation.     

Electrochemical Synthesis of MII Complexes with a Schiff Base containing an Amido Group. Crystal Structure of a Cobalt(II) Complex with a Reorganised Ligand

M(HL)(H₂O)_n complexes have been obtained by the electrochemical reaction of Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn and Cd anodes with the potentially pentadentate and trianionic asymmetrical Schiff base 3‐aza‐N‐{2‐[1‐aza‐2‐(5‐nitro‐2‐hydroxylphenyl)‐vinyl]phenyl}‐4‐(5‐nitro‐2‐hydroxyphenyl)but‐3‐enamide (H₃L), containing a hard amido donor atom. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, IR and ¹H NMR spectroscopies, magnetic measurements and molar conductivities. Co(HL)(H₂O) ( 2 ) has been found to rearrange in DMF solution into a crystallographically solved octahedral complex, CoL¹(H₂O)₂ ( 7 ) [where H₂L¹ is the symmetrical Schiff base ligand N,N′‐(1,2‐phenylene)‐bis(5‐nitro‐3‐hydroxysalicylidenimine)]. A hydrolysis mechanism is discussed to explain this rearrangement.     

Resonance double light scattering method for the determination of proteins with morin-CTMAB

A new determination method of proteins with the limit of determination at nanogram levels is proposed by using a common spectrofluorimeter to detect intensity of resonance double line scattering (RDLS). Proteins including bovine serum albumin (BSA), human serum albumin (HSA) can combine with morin and cetyltrimethylammonium briomide (CTMAB) in the pH range 7.0-8.0 and produce enhanced RDLS signal at lambda(ex)/lambda(em) 305.0/610.0 nm. Optimization conditions for the morin-protein-CTMAB interaction were tested. In the studied system, BSA/CTMAB/morin = 1:2:3. The association constant of morin with BSA is 5.2 x 10(4). Under the optimum conditions, the linear range is 7.5 x 10(-8)-1.0 x 10(-5) g/ml for BSA, 2.5 x 10(-8)-5.0 x 10(-6) g/ml for HSA. The detection limits (S/N = 3) are 66.0 ng/ml for BSA and 23.0 ng/ml for HSA, respectively. Four synthetic samples were analyzed satisfactorily.     

Structure and properties of compatibilized recycled poly(ethylene terephthalate)/linear low density polyethylene blends

Blends of recycled poly(ethylene terephthalate) (R-PET) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) were compatibilized with poly(styrene-ethylene/butyldiene-styrene) (SEBS) and maleic anhydride-grafted poly(styrene-ethylene/butyldiene-styrene) (SEBS-g-MA). Effects of compatilizer were evaluated systematically by study of mechanical, thermal and morphology properties together with crystallization behavior of PET. Tensile properties of the blends were improved effectively by the addition of 10 wt% SEBS-g-MA, elongation at break and charpy impact strength were increased with the increasing content of compatilizer. SEBS-g-MA is more effectual on mechanical properties of R-PET/LLDPE blends than SEBS. DSC analysis illustrates crystallinities of PET and LLDPE were increased by compatilizer at annealing condition. WAXD and FT-IR spectra show that annealing influences crystallization behavior of PET. Different compatilizer content results in different morphology structure, in particular, higher SEBS-g-MA content can induce the formation of a salami microstructure.     

过氧化氢氧化酸碱滴定法测定苯甲醛的含量

本文提出和建立了一种分析醛类化合物的方法，并用此方法测定了分析纯苯甲醛的含量为９９．４％，相对标准偏差为０．２１％，实验苯甲醛中所带的寻质苯甲醇以及乙醇，甲醇均不干扰测定，苯甲酸的干扰可以扣除，本法操作简单，终点易于掌握，推广应用方便。
