A study of the electron ionization mass spectra of certain azadispiro(5.1.5.2)pentadec-9-ene-7,15-diones and azadispiro(4.1.4.2)tridec-8-ene-6,13-diones and their derivatives has revealed that these molecules undergo fragmentation primarily by two routes, viz. loss of CO and elimination of the substituent on the pyrrolidine nitrogen. Under positive ionization conditions loss of CO is the predominant process in the diones as it releases the ring strain, while in the 6- or 7-ols loss of the substituent on nitrogen is the favoured pathway. The further decomposition pathways of these primary fragments [M ? CO]+˙ and [M ? OR3]+ have been delineated with the help of high-resolution mass measurements, D2O exchange and metastable spectra, These compounds give very simple negative ion spectra showing only [M ? OR3]? and [NCO]? ions except the N-hydroxy compounds which show [M ? H]? ions as well.  相似文献

Seven new pyridinium dichlorophosphinomethylides 2 have been obtained from dichlorophosphinylation of the pyridinium methylides generated in situ. 2 give 1,3‐bis(alkoxycarbonyl)‐2‐phosphaindolizines 4 through 1,5‐electrocyclization of the intermediate, bis(pyridinium ylidyl)phosphenium chloride 3 which is generated either from disproportionation of 2 or from the reaction of 2 with pyridinium methylide. Formation of 3 has been confirmed by carrying out a crossed reaction. 3‐Substituted 2 forms 4 regiospecifically. Intramolecular 1,5‐cyclocondensation of 2‐methylpyridinium dichlorophosphinomethylide is preferred over its disproportionation. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. In an effort to develop novel antiamoebic scaffolds having better efficacy than the standard drug metronidazole (IC50 = 1.80 μM) used against Entamoeba histolytica, quinazolin-4(3H)-one Schiff base conjugates were synthesized and evaluated against HM1: IMSS strain of E. histolytica. Out of the thirteen compounds (S2-S14), six compounds (S2, S3, S4, S5, S6 and S11) were found to be better inhibitors than metronidazole and showed low cytotoxicity on HeLa cells, a cervical cancer cell line. The structure of intermediate compound S1 was confirmed by crystal structure studies.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and sensitive analytical method using liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) detection with positive ion electrospray ionization was developed for the determination of dienogest in human K2EDTA plasma using levonorgestrel d6 as an internal standard (IS). Dienogest and IS were extracted from human plasma using simple liquid–liquid extraction. Chromatographic separation was achieved on a Zorbax XDB‐Phenyl column (4.6 × 75 mm, 3.5 µm) under isocratic conditions using acetonitrile–5 mm ammonium acetate (70:30, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.60 mL/min. The protonated precursor to product ion transitions monitored for dienogest and IS were at m/z 312.30 → 135.30 and 319.00 → 251.30, respectively. The method was validated with a linearity range of 1.003–200.896 ng/mL having a total analysis time for each chromatograph of 3.0 min. The method has shown tremendous reproducibility with intra‐ and inter‐day precision (coefficient of variation) <3.97 and 6.10%, respectively, and accuracy within ±4.0% of nominal values. The validated method was applied to a pharmacokinetic study in human plasma samples generated after administration of a single oral dose of 2.0 mg dienogest tablets to healthy female volunteers and was proved to be highly reliable for the analysis of clinical samples. A convenient and efficient synthesis of N6-substituted 3,6-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octanes (6a-c) has been achieved starting from suitably substituted lactams, which were converted to nitroenamines followed by reductive cyclization to afford 3,6-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-2-ones in good yields. These bicyclic lactams were then reduced to the corresponding 3,6-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octanes and converted to the required N3,N6-disubstituted 3,6-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octanes (7a-h), which were screened for α1-adrenoceptors antagonistic activities.  相似文献

In this paper, the nonlinear third‐order singular ordinary differential equations that arise in draining and coating flows are studied and computationally solved by employing the modified Adomian decomposition method, and the series solutions of the governing nonlinear problems are developed. Because of singularity, it is not possible to move a contact line over a no‐slip surface, so we cannot find the solution of such problems. To overcome this difficulty, we modify boundary condition to apply the modified Adomian decomposition method with Padé approximants. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A short-range force constant model has been applied for the first time to investigate the Raman and the infrared frequencies in Y2Ru2O7 pyrochlore in its cubic phase of space group Fd3m. The calculations of zone center phonons have been made with four stretching and three bending force constants. The calculated values of Raman and infrared frequencies are in good agreement with the observed ones.  相似文献

A novel 5-C-N bond forming reaction is reported, which involves heating 1-substituted-pyrrolidin-2-ones with cyclic amines in the presence of a base. This reaction provides a convenient method for the synthesis of 1,5-disubstituted-pyrrolidin-2-ones.  相似文献
