I present a nonlinear differential equation model (DAM) for the spectrum of Kelvin waves on a thin vortex filament. This model preserves the original scaling of the six-wave kinetic equation, its direct and inverse cascade solutions, as well as the thermodynamic equilibrium spectra. Further, I extend DAM to include the effect of sound radiation by Kelvin waves. I show that, because of the phonon radiation, the turbulence spectrum ends at a maximum frequency of ω* ∼ (ε3 c s 2016)1/13, where ε is the total energy injection rate, c s is the speed of sound, and κ is the quantum of circulation. The results of calculations of the temperature profiles and volt-ampere characteristics of a long cylindrical argon arc in a longitudinal uniform magnetic field are presented. The calculation was made for the following parameters: pressure p =0.1–10.0 atm; temperatures T = 1000-20,000°K; magnetic field induction B =0-10 T; diameter of cylindrical channel d = 1.0 cm. It is shown that for strongly radiating arcs (p1.0 atm) the temperature profiles become more inflated with an increase in the magnetic field, while for weakly radiating arcs (p 0.1 atm) the appearance of loops in the volt-ampere characteristics is typical for certain conditions (14,000T20,000°K, B1.0 T), indicating the impossibility of arcing under these conditions.Translated from Zhurnal Prikladnoi Mekhaniki i Tekhnicheskoi Fiziki, No. 2, pp. 147–153, March–April, 1975.  相似文献

For the design of a biosensor sensitive to steroidal glycoalkaloids, pH-Sensitive Field Effect Transistors as transducers and immobilised butyrylcholinesterase as a biorecognition element have been used. The total potato glycoalcaloids can be measured by this biosensor in the concentration range 0.5-100 microM with detection limits of 0.5 microM for alpha-chaconine and of 2.0 microM for alpha-solanine and solanidine, respectively. The responses of the developed biosensors were reproducible with a relative standard deviation of about 1.5% and 5% for intra- and inter-sensor responses (both cases, n=10, for an alkaloid concentration of 5 microM), respectively. Moreover, due to the reversibility of the enzyme inhibition, the same sensor chip with immobilised butyrylcholinesterase can be used several times (for at least 100 measurements) after a simple washing by a buffer solution and can be stored at 4 degrees C for at least 3 months without any significant loss of the enzymatic activity.  相似文献

A number of iron pentacyanide complexes of the Naitn [Fe(CN)5X] type have been synthesized. The compounds have been examined by X-ray photoelectron (ESCA) and Mössbauer spectroscopies. The influence of the nature of ligand X upon the properties of iron- (II) pentacyanide complexes has been studied. The donor properties of dinitrogen as a ligand have been compared with those of other nitrogen-containing ligands. A correlation has been established between the ESCA and Mössbauer data.  相似文献
