AbstractAmine-tetrachloromethane charge-transfer complexes have recently been shown to be useful intermediates in transition-metal free solar light-assisted organic synthetic chemistry. Of particular promise is the complex of 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) which may serve as a starting point for several potential reactions involving oxidation of organic compounds. To solve the problem of insufficient intake of essential macro - and micronutrients into the human body, particularly in the case of the essential trace element Zinc, the possibility of enriching a socially significant product (milk) with various forms of Zinc is considered. The influence of Zinc-containing compounds on the colloidal milk system's dispersed composition and stability, photon correlation spectroscopy methods, acoustic and electroacoustic spectroscopy was established in this research. It has been shown that Zinc lysinatoriboflavinate, is a colloidal and chelated organic form of the essential trace element Zinc, having the most negligible effects on the composition and stability of the dispersed phase particles. This increases the average hydrodynamic radius of the dispersed phase by 5% and the ζ-potential by 10%.A quantum-chemical simulation of the interaction of milk κ-casein sites with various forms of the essential trace element Zinc in the QChem program was performed using the IQmol molecular editor. The mechanism of action of various forms of Zinc on the components of the dispersed system of milk, in particular milk protein (casein), is suggested. 相似文献

A cannabinoid anticancer para-quinone, HU-331, which was synthesized by our group five decades ago, was shown to have very high efficacy against human cancer cell lines in-vitro and against in-vivo grafts of human tumors in nude mice. The main mechanism was topoisomerase IIα catalytic inhibition. Later, several groups synthesized related compounds. In the present presentation, we review the publications on compounds synthesized on the basis of HU-331, summarize their published activities and mechanisms of action and report the synthesis and action of novel quinones, thus expanding the structure-activity relationship in these series. 相似文献

Bambusurils (BUs) are known to be rigid cavitands that feature an extended, jigger-like conformation, and the BU[6]s strongly bind anions within their hydrophobic cavity. These features are not necessarily shared by the family of perthio-BUs. This study reveals that perthio-BUs assume a compact conformation and perthio-BU[6]s are poor anion binders, crystallizing as anion-free species from solutions containing halide salts. Computational studies show that the equatorial sulfur atoms compete against guest anions for binding with the glycoluril methine groups via strong van der Waals (vdW) attractive interactions. These competitive contacts not only account for the diminished anion-binding of perthio-BUs, but also explain their compact conformation. The semithio- and perthio-BU[4]s form linear coordination polymers with HgII in the solid-state regardless of their intrinsic molecular conformation. The strong involvement of sulfur atoms in intramolecular interactions differentiates the equatorial from the axial (peripheral) heteroatoms, thus offering chemoselective and regioselective transformations. 相似文献

We report the first reaction of trannulenes involving their thermal isomerization to a new class of compounds termed "triumphenes". The thermodynamically controlled conversion of trannulenes into triumphenes is accompanied by an unprecedented migration of three organic addends from one hemisphere of the fullerene cage to another. The reaction products, bearing aliphatic substituents, might find applications in materials science as strong electron acceptors due to the presence of fifteen electron-withdrawing fluorine atoms in their molecular framework. It was revealed that the isomerization of trannulenes can be affected by the presence of unsaturated compounds in the reaction mixture. Heating of trannulenes C(60)F(15)R(3) with C(60), C(70), anthracene, or pentacene at reflux in 1,2-dichlorobenzene yields fluorinated derivatives C(60)F(14)R(2)A, which possess a fused cyclic addend A. The products of this reaction have "triumphene-type" addition patterns and seem to be formed through an unprecedented sequence of elimination, addition, and isomerization steps. The molecular structure of a representative triumphene was proven unambiguously by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis and by NMR spectroscopy. The reactions revealed here open up numerous opportunities for chemical derivatization of fluorinated fullerenes. This method promises to provide a new path towards valuable photoactive materials and a new generation of fullerene-based compounds that are suitable for biomedical applications. 相似文献

Vitamin B1‐selective electrodes with PVC membrane were developed that contain ion associates of vitamin B1 with an inorganic anion, BiI4?, and an organic anion, brilliant yellow, as electrode‐active substances. The linearity ranges of the electrode function are 1.0×10?5–1.0×10?2 and 1.0×10?4–1.0×10?2 M, the electrode function slopes are 33.0±1.0 and 33.1±1.1 mV decade?1, the detection limits are 5.5×10?6 and 8.3×10?5 M for BiI4? and brilliant yellow respectively. The working range of pH is 5–12. The efficiency of the use of electrodes for the vitamin B1 content control in multivitamin pharmaceutical preparations was shown by direct potentiometry and potentiometric titration methods. 相似文献

Immunosuppressive effects of the minor component of the terrestrial solar spectrum, UV radiation, have been substantiated over the past several years. This raises the question of what influence the dominant part of the solar spectrum--visible and IR light-would have on the human immune system. In the present randomized, placebo-controlled double-blind study a small area of the body surface of volunteers was irradiated with polychromatic light (480-3400 nm), simulating the significant part of the terrestial sunlight irradiance spectrum and its power density. An average 2.5-fold to three-fold increase in spontaneous and phytohemagglutinin-induced DNA synthesis in peripheral blood lymphocytes (Lym) was revealed at 0.5-24 h after irradiation at a therapeutic dose (12 J/cm(2)) in subjects with low preirradiation levels of both processes. The in vivo findings were echoed in parallel in vitro experiments, when blood drawn from the same subjects was directly irradiated (2.4 J/cm(2)), or when the irradiated blood was mixed 1:10 with nonirradiated autologous blood to model events in the circulation following transcutaneous blood photomodification. Our data suggest that exposure of the human body to polychromatic visible + IR light may photomodify blood in the dermal vasculature of the irradiated area to lead to an immediate transfer of the light-induced effects to Lym of the entire circulating blood, which can result in modulation of Lym functional state at the systemic level. 相似文献
