Nanocrystalline titania particles doped with ruthenium oxide have been prepared by the homogenous hydrolysis of TiOSO4 in aqueous solutions in the presence of urea. The synthesized particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM), Selected Area Electron Diffraction (SAED) and Nitrogen adsorption-desorption was used for surface area (BET) and porosity determination (BJH). The photocatalytic activity of the Ru-doped titania samples were determined by photocatalytic decomposition of Orange II dye in an aqueous slurry during irradiation at 365 nm and 400 nm wavelengths.   相似文献

Type II ceramides were separated according to the length of their fatty acid alkyl chain using two column system. The packing of the first column was non-polar adsorbent prepared by coating of macroporous spherical silica with cationized poly(vinyl alcohol) of low substitution degree. Commercial normal phase column Lichrosorb Si 60 was used as a second column in this system. Elution was performed in an isocratic mode using methanol:chloroform 50:50 (v/v) as an eluent.  相似文献

The electrochemical processes in vanadium redox-flow batteries (VRFBs) include conversions of vanadium species in acidic electrolytes with total vanadium concentrations over molar range. The majority of currently available data on electrode kinetics of vanadium reactions, and on the role of electrode surface chemistry are obtained for diluted electrolyte solutions and are very controversial. In this minireview, we consider the interpretations of electrochemical kinetic data for vanadium electrode reactions and mechanistic concepts, which have been reported in the literature. Thereby, the gap between electrochemical kinetics in “diluted” and “concentrated” solutions is in the focus of the review.  相似文献

New potential bioactive oxazolopyrimidines have been synthesized using two main approaches: the pyrimidine ring annulation on a functionalized oxazole and the benzoyl bromide trimerization followed by rearrangement and formation of the oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine scaffold. The docking analyzes have shown that 7-piperazine substituted oxazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidines 8a – 8c could be potential VEGFR2 inhibitors with high free energy of ligand–protein complex formation (ΔG: −10.1, −9.6, −9.8 kcal/mol, respectively). In vitro antitumor assays confirmed theoretical predictions that oxazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidines 8a – 8c containing positively charged piperazine moiety should demonstrate significantly higher cytotoxic effects. 4-[5-(4-Chlorophenyl)-2-phenyl[1,3]oxazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-7-yl]piperazin-1-ium trifluoroacetate ( 8c ) exhibited a slightly higher antiproliferative effect (IC50=0.21 μm ) than doxorubicin (IC50=0.36 μm ) on MDA-MB-231 cell line and has relatively good results on OVCAR-3 (IC50=1.7 μm ) and HCT-116 (IC50=0.24 μm ) cells.  相似文献

Developing a novel, small‐sized molecular building block that may be capable of emitting light in the solid state is a challenging task and has rarely been reported in the literature. BF2‐containing dyes seem to be promising candidates towards this aim. Two series of new N^NBF2 complexes showing aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) and aggregation‐induced emission enhancement (AIEE) were designed and synthesized by means of a new protocol, which improved on the traditional method by employing microwave irradiation. The optical and photophysical properties of the BF2 complexes were investigated in depth. The synthesized complexes showed fluorescence in both solution and the solid state and, in a mixture of tetrahydrofuran/water, may aggregate into fluorescent nanoparticles. The experimental investigation was supported by quantum mechanical calculations. Their availability, stability, large Stokes shifts, and aggregation capabilities, along with their solid‐state emission capability, render this new class of BF2 complexes promising AIEE/AIE fluorophores for further applications in the fields of fluorescence imaging and materials science.  相似文献

A number of novel 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro[1,3]diazepino[1,2-a]benzimidazole derivatives 2 were obtained by alkylation mainly in the 1H-tautomeric form of 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro[1,3]diazepino[1,2-a]benzimidazole or its 8,9-dimethyl-substituted analog 4-chlorobenzyl bromide, 4-chloroacetic acid fluoroanilide, and 4-tert-butylphenacyl bromide in neutral medium. Compounds 3 were cyclized and synthesized earlier with 11-phenacyl-substituted diazepino[1,2-a]benzimidazoles upon heating in conc. HBr. The chemical structures of the compounds were clarified by using the 1H Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (1H-NMR) technique. Anxiolytic properties were evaluated using the elevated plus maze (EPM) and open field (OF) tests. The analgesic effect of compounds was estimated with the tail flick (TF) and hot plate (HP) methods. Besides, possible the influence of the test compounds on motor activities of the animals was examined by the Grid, Wire, and Rotarod tests. Compounds 2d and 3b were the most active due to their prominent analgesic and anxiolytic potentials, respectively. The results of the performed in silico analysis showed that the high anxiolytic activity of compound 3b is explained by the combination of a pronounced interaction mainly with the benzodiazepine site of the GABAA receptor with a prominent interaction with both the specific and allosteric sites of the 5-HT2A receptor.  相似文献

A combined theoretical and experimental study of the stereochemical behavior of (31)P-(1)H spin-spin coupling constants has been performed in the series of trivinylphosphine and related trivinylphosphine oxide, sulfide and selenide. Theoretical energy-based conformational analysis of the title compounds performed at the MP2/6-311G** level reveals that each of the four compounds of this series exists in the equilibrium mixture of five true-minimum conformers, namely s-cis-s-cis-s-cis, s-cis-s-cis-gauche, syn-s-cis-gauche-gauche, anti-s-cis-gauche-gauche and gauche-gauche-gauche, which were taken into account in the conformational averaging of (31)P-(1)H spin-spin couplings calculated at the second-order polarization propagator approach/aug-cc-pVTZ-J level of theory. All (31)P-(1)H spin-spin coupling constants involving phosphorus and either of the vinyl protons are found to demonstrate a marked stereochemical dependences with respect to the geometry of the coupling pathway and internal rotation of the vinyl group around the P-C bond which is of major importance in the stereochemical studies of the unsaturated phosphines and phosphine chalcogenides.  相似文献
