A simple, sensitive and selective solid phase microextraction with hollow fiber-supported multi-walled carbon nanotube functionalization reinforced sol–gel combined HPLC method was proposed for the determination of naproxen in tap, well and river water samples. In this method, functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were prepared and held in pores of hollow fiber with sol–gel technology by immersion of polypropylene hollow fiber segment into the sol of the functionalized MWCNTs/silica composite and ultrasonically treated at room temperature. Effect of main parameters such as volume of donor phase, pH, extraction time, desorption time, type of desorption solvent, sample ionic strength and stirring rate were studied. Under optimum conditions, linearity was observed in the range of 0.03–500 ng/mL, with correlation coefficients of 0.997. The relative standard deviation for three replicate determinations of 50 ng/mL of naproxen was 4.3%. Limit of detection and pre-concentration factor were 0.008 ng/mL and 198, respectively. In order to check the applicability of the proposed method, it was used to determine trace levels of naproxen in different water samples.  相似文献

A new solid acid catalyst, consisting of 12‐phosphotungstic heteropoly acid (HPW) supported on graphene oxide/silica nanocomposite (GO@SiO2), has been developed via immobilizing HPW onto an amine‐functionalized GO/SiO2 surface through coordination interaction (GO@SiO2‐HPW). The GO@SiO2‐HPW nanocomposite was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and powder X‐ray diffraction (XRD). The prepared nanocomposite could be dispersed homogeneously in water and further used as a heterogeneous, reusable, and efficient catalyst for the synthesis of benzimidazoles and benzothiazoles by the reaction of 1,2‐phenelynediamine or 2‐aminothiophenol with different aldehydes.  相似文献

The quinolinylpyrimidine derivatives were prepared by the condensation of quinolinyl chalcones with urea (or thiourea) under basic conditions by using both conventional and microwave heating. Their IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass spectra and CHN analyses confirmed the prepared compounds. The newly prepared quinolinylpyrimidine derivatives were screened for antimicrobial activities against the bacterial strains viz. S. aureus, Shigella, Salmonela, P. aeroginosa, B. Subtilus and E. coli and found considerably active against S. aureus, P. aeroginosa and E. coli.  相似文献

Thickness measurement is important in various engineering fields. The several methods have been used to measure the thickness. This work explains a novel method for measuring the thickness of translucent plastic materials using scanner. The plastic samples were scanned against a white and a black background and the RGB parameters of obtained images were used to measure the opacity. Then, the thickness was calculated using relationship between thickness and opacity of samples. The best thickness prediction was obtained using a 3rd polynomial regression with the XYZ parameter.  相似文献

Vanadium polyoxometalate (PVMo) supported on mesoporous MCM-41, MCM-41-NH(2), as efficient and heterogeneous catalysts, with large surface area, for hydrocarbon oxidation with hydrogen peroxide is reported. Oxidation of the alkenes and alkanes gave product selectivities, which are similar to those observed for corresponding homogeneous catalyst. PVMo-MCM was prepared by introduction of PVMo into the mesoporous molecule sieves of MCM-41 by impregnation and adsorption techniques. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal gravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), FT-IR, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV-Vis and cyclic voltametry (CV). Ultrasonic irradiation has a particular effect on MCM-41 structural uniformity and reduced the reaction times and improved the product yields. In addition, the solid catalysts could be recovered and reused several times without loss of its activity.  相似文献

In this paper all optical switching in planar methyl red doped poly (methyl methacrylate) (MR/PMMA) waveguide and the effects of different parameters on this process are presented. Switching was achieved by a 488 nm Ar ion laser (pump beam) on a 633 nm He-Ne laser (probe beam) when passed through the waveguide. The effect of temperature and pump intensity, polarization and chopping frequency on switching is investigated. The switching process is attributed to trans-cis-trans photoisomerization of azo dyes in the polymer host. By studying the absorption spectrum of the sample, it is shown that both pump and probe laser beams are effective on the switching process.  相似文献

The reaction mechanism of SO2 with O3 on the singlet potential energy surface has been investigated theoretically at the G3MP2B3//B3LYP/6-311+G(3df) level of theory. The reactants are initially associated with adducts IN1(O2S–OOO) and IN2(OS-cyclic O4) in a barrier-less process. Subsequently, these adducts undergo isomerization and dissociation processes to produce cis-OSOO + 3O2, SO3(C s ) + 3O2 and SO3(D 3h ) + 3O2 products. The SO3(D 3h ) + 3O2 is major product and the cis-OSOO + 3O2 and SO3(C s ) + 3O2 are minor products. No stable pathway has been found for the formation of trans-OSOO and cyclic-SOOO isomers in the reaction of SO2 + O3. For major product, the rate constant of SO2 + O3 reaction is 2.30 × 10−23 cm3 molecule−1 s−1, at room temperature and atmospheric pressure.  相似文献

An efficient one-pot method for the synthesis of new substituted cylopentenone derivatives is described via reaction of arylglyoxals and acetylacetone with aliphatic amines.
