The design of turn‐on dyes with optical signals sensitive to the formation of supramolecular structures provides fascinating and underexplored opportunities for G‐quadruplex (G4) DNA detection and characterization. Here, we show a new switching mechanism that relies on the recognition‐driven disaggregation (on‐signal) of an ultrabright coumarin‐quinazoline conjugate. The synthesized probe selectively lights‐up parallel G4 DNA structures via the disassembly of its supramolecular state, demonstrating outputs that are easily integrable into a label‐free molecular logic system. Finally, our molecule preferentially stains the G4‐rich nucleoli of cancer cells.  相似文献

In this paper, an experimental study, aimed at delaying flow separation on a high-lift device using a pulsed blowing excitation method, is reported. The main objective of this investigation was to evaluate a new pulsed jet generation strategy to enhance flow control performance. In these experiments, two types of signal waveform were implemented to produce the unsteady blowing; a simple square-wave excitation signal for the first case, and a burst modulated excitation signal for the second case. The signal modulation was the first time to be used for a fast-switching solenoid valve actuator. Another objective of this study was to evaluate a new arrangement of the jet exit slots, in the form of a vortex generator which was employed for the first time on the high-lift device. For this purpose, a NASA SC(2)-0714 airfoil with a single slotted flap was employed. The vortex generator jets emanated from the shoulder of the trailing-edge flap with excitation frequencies from 40 to 1000 Hz. Pressure distribution around the model and wake total pressure deficit were measured. The results indicated that ejection from vortex generator slot pairs was able to prevent flow separation completely in most conditions. These measurements revealed that the burst modulated excitation signal was accompanied by more aerodynamic improvements and less air consumption relative to the simple pulsed jet excitation signal. In the best flow control mode, the results showed about a 53% increase in the value of the suction pressure peak on the flap and a 38% decrease in drag with a reduction in total pressure loss.

Novel aromatic polyimides containing bulky-flexible pendent group were successfully synthesized by direct polycondensation of N-(4-(4-(4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazole-2-yl)phenoxy)phenyl)-3,5-diaminobenzamide with various tetracarboxylic dianhydrides. These polymers are soluble in most of the aprotic organic solvents such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N,N-dimethylformamide, dimethylsulfoxide, N,N-dimethylacetamide, hexamethylphosphoramide, m-cresol, and pyridine. The prepared polymers were characterized by viscometry, FT-IR, 1H NMR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy, fluorimetry, elemental analysis; the thermal properties were evaluated by differential scanning calorimetric and thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

Four isoflavone glycosides were isolated from the rhizomes of Iris germanica. Compounds 1 and 2 are new, while compounds 3 and 4 are known isoflavone glycosides. These compounds were identified as iriskashmirianin 4'-O-beta-D-glucoside (1), nigricin 4'-O-beta-D-glucoside (2), irilone 4'-O-beta-D-glucoside (3) and iridin (4). Their structures were determined with the help of spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

The [4+2] cycloaddition of 1-ethoxy-2-chloro-1,3-bis(trimethylsilyloxy)-1,3-diene with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) afforded dimethyl 4-chloro-3,5-dihydroxyphthalate. Site-selective Suzuki-Miyaura reactions of its bis(triflate) provide a convenient approach to 3,5-diaryl-4-chlorophthalates containing two different aryl groups.  相似文献

Crystalline systems often lower their energy by atom displacements from regular high-symmetry lattice sites. We demonstrate that such symmetry lowering distortions can be visualized by ultrahigh resolution transmission electron microscopy even at single point defects. Experimental investigation of structural distortions at the monovacancy defects in suspended bilayers of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) accompanied by first-principles calculations reveals a characteristic charge-induced pm symmetry configuration of boron vacancies. This symmetry breaking is caused by interlayer bond reconstruction across the bilayer h-BN at the negatively charged boron vacancy defects and results in local membrane bending at the defect site. This study confirms that boron vacancies are dominantly present in the h-BN membrane.  相似文献

The effect of Mg2+, Co2+and Ti4+ substitution on microwave absorption has been studied for BaMg0.5Co0.5Ti1.0Fe10O19 ferrite-acrylic resin composite in frequency range from 13 to 20 GHz. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), vector network analysis and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM) were employed to analyze structure, electromagnetic and microwave absorption properties of prepared ferrite. The obtained results of reflectivity demonstrate that by varying matching thickness along with weight percentage of ferrite to acrylic resin, the bandwidth coupled with reflection loss values of prepared composites can be easily tuned. Based on microwave measurement on reflectivity, it is found that BaMg0.5Co0.5Ti1.0Fe10O19 is a good candidate for wideband electromagnetic compatibility and other practical applications at high frequency.  相似文献

In the present study the effects of surface tension on the growth and collapse stages of cavitation bubbles are studied individually for both spherical and nonspherical bubbles. The Gilmore equation is used to simulate the spherical bubble dynamics by considering mass diffusion and heat transfer. For the collapse stage near a rigid boundary, the Navier–Stokes and energy equations are used to simulate the flow domain, and the VOF method is adopted to track the interface between the gas and the liquid phases. Simulations are divided into two cases. In the first case, the collapse stage alone is considered in both spherical and nonspherical situations with different conditions of bubble radius and surface tension. According to the results, surface tension has no significant effects on the flow pattern and collapse rate. In the second case, both the growth and collapse stages of bubbles with different initial radii and surface tensions are considered. In this case surface tension affects the growth stage considerably and, as a result, the jet velocity and collapse time decrease with increasing surface tension coefficient. This effect is more significant for bubbles with smaller radii.  相似文献
