采用一种简易的方法制备了新型Ni(OH)2-X/CPE电极,并将其用于电催化氧化甲醛反应.采用扫描电镜和能量散射谱对所制Ni(OH)2-X/CPE电极进行了表征,并运用循环伏安法、电化学阻抗谱和计时电流法考察了该电极的电化学性能.结果表明,该Ni(OH)2-X/CPE电极对甲醛氧化表现出高电催化活性,这归功于X具有纳米孔结构和大的比表面积.电子传递系数和催化反应速率常数分别为0.7和6.1×104 cm3/(mol·s).该电极对甲醛氧化具有高而稳定的电催化活性,且制备重复性高,有望应用于燃料电池中. 相似文献

The reaction of Ni(COD)(2)(COD = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) with triethylphosphine and pentafluoropyridine in hexane has been shown previously to yield trans-[NiF(2-C(5)NF(4))(PEt(3))(2)](1a) with a preference for reaction at the 2-position of the heteroaromatic. The corresponding reaction with 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoropyridine was shown to yield trans-[NiF(2-C(5)NF(3)H)(PEt(3))(2)](1b). In this paper, we show that reaction of Ni(COD)(2) with triethylphosphine and pentafluoropyridine in THF yields a mixture of 1a and 1b. Competition reactions of Ni(COD)(2) with triethylphosphine in the presence of mixtures of heteroaromatics in hexane reveal a kinetic preference of k(pentafluoropyridine):k(2,3,5,6-tetrafluoropyridine)= 5.4:1. Treatment of 1a and 1b with Me(3)SiN(3) affords trans-[Ni(N(3))(2-C(5)NF(4))(PEt(3))(2)](2a) and trans-[Ni(N(3))(2-C(5)NHF(3))(PEt(3))(2)](2b), respectively. The complex trans-[Ni(NCO)(2-C(5)NHF(3))(PEt(3))(2)](3b) is obtained on reaction of with Me(3)SiNCO and by photolysis of under CO, while trans-[Ni(eta(1)-C [triple bond CPh)(2-C(5)NF(4))(PEt(3))(2)](4a) is obtained by reaction of phenylacetylene with 1a. Addition of KCN, KI and NaOAc to complex 1a affords trans-[Ni(X)(2-C(5)NF(4))(PEt(3))(2)](5a X = CN, 6a X = I, 7a X = OAc), respectively. The PEt(3) groups of complex are readily replaced by addition of 1,2-bis(dicyclohexylphosphino)ethane (dcpe) to produce [NiF(2-C(5)F(4)N)(dcpe)](8a). Addition of dcpe to trans-[Ni(OTf)(2-C(5)F(4)N)(PEt(3))(2)](10a), however, yields the salt [Ni(2-C(5)F(4)N)(dcpe)(PEt(3))](OTf)(9a) by substitution of only one PEt(3) and displacement of the triflate ligand. The structures of 2b, 4a, 7a and 8a were determined by X-ray crystallography. The influence of different ancillary ligands on the bond lengths and angles of square-planar nickel structures with polyfluoropyridyl ligands is analysed. 相似文献

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is still ongoing, with no signs of abatement in sight. The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), which is the causative agent of this pandemic and has claimed over 5 million lives, is still mutating, resulting in numerous variants. One of the newest variants is Omicron, which shows an increase in its transmissibility, but also reportedly reduces hospitalization rates and shows milder symptoms, such as in those who have been vaccinated. As a result, many believe that Omicron provides a natural vaccination, which is the first step toward ending the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on published research and scientific evidence, we review and discuss how the end of this pandemic is predicted to occur as a result of Omicron variants being surpassed in the community. In light of the findings of our research, we believe that it is most likely true that the Omicron variant is a natural way of vaccinating the masses and slowing the spread of this deadly pandemic. While the mutation that causes the Omicron variant is encouraging, subsequent mutations do not guarantee that the disease it causes will be less severe. As the virus continues to evolve, humans must constantly adapt by increasing their immunity through vaccination. 相似文献

Coronopus didymus (Brassicaceae) commonly known as lesser swine cress has been reported to be used for its pharmacological activities. This study aimed to evaluate the medicinal potential of C. didymus extracts against cancer, diabetes, infectious bacteria and oxidative stress and the identification of bioactive compounds present in these extracts. The effects of using different solvents for the extraction of C. didymus on the contents of major polyphenols and biological activities were investigated. Plant sample was shade dried, ground to a fine powder, and then soaked in pure acetone, ethanol and methanol. The highest contents of major polyphenols were found in methanol-based extract, i.e., chlorogenic acid, HB acid, kaempferol, ferulic acid, quercetin and benzoic acid with 305.02, 12.42, 11.5, 23.33, 975.7 and 428 mg/g of dry weight, respectively, followed by ethanol- and acetone-based extracts. The methanol-based extract also resulted in the highest antioxidant activities (56.76%), whereas the highest antiproliferative (76.36) and alpha glucosidase inhabitation (96.65) were demonstrated in ethanol-based extracts. No antibacterial property of C. didymus was observed against all the tested strains of bacteria. Further studies should be focused on the identification of specific bioactive compounds responsible for pharmacological activities. 相似文献

Developing a cost-effective, efficient, and stable oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalyst is of great importance for sustainable energy conversion and storage. In this study, we report a facile one-step fabrication of cationic surfactant-assisted Prussian blue analogues (PBAs) Mx[Fe(CN)5CH3C6H4NH2]∙yC19H34NBr abbreviated as SF[Fe-Tol-M] (where SF = N-tridecyl-3-methylpyridinium bromide and M = Mn, Co and Ni) as efficient heterogeneous OER electrocatalysts. The electrocatalysts have been characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) coupled with energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). In the presence of cationic surfactant (SF), PBAs-based electrodes showed enhanced redox current, high surface area and robust stability compared to the recently reported PBAs. SF[Fe-Tol-Co] hybrid catalyst shows superior electrochemical OER activity with a much lower over-potential (610 mV) to attain the current density of 10 mA cm−2 with the Tafel slope value of 103 mV·dec−1 than that for SF[Fe-Tol-Ni] and SF[Fe-Tol-Mn]. Moreover, the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) unveiled that SF[Fe-Tol-Co] exhibits smaller charge transfer resistance, which results in a faster kinetics towards OER. Furthermore, SF[Fe-Tol-Co] offered excellent stability for continues oxygen production over extended reaction time. Abstract
Methanol is used as a fuel in the direct methanol fuel cell. Direct oxidation of methanol encounters large overvoltages at most unmodified electrode surfaces. The development of new procedures for electrocatalytic oxidation of methanol to decrease this overvoltage is therefore very desirable. In this paper, we report a new zeolite-modified carbon paste electrode based on Ni-ZSM-5 for methanol electrooxidation. Nanocrystallites of ZSM-5 (Si/Al of 50) with average particle size of 58 nm were synthesized using clear solutions at low temperature (90 °C) under atmospheric pressure. Ni(II) ions were incorporated into the zeolite by immersion of the modified carbon paste electrode with synthesized zeolite in a 1.0 M nickel chloride solution. Cyclic voltammetry showed that by using nano-sized zeolite, the oxidation current increased compared with that of micron-sized zeolite crystallites. 相似文献67.

This paper presents the results of a study on the effects of low-level helium-neon laser therapy (LL He-Ne LT) on the healing of burns. Seventy-eight adult male rats, having been subjected to third-degree burns, were randomly divided into four groups: two laser treated groups (n=20, each), one control group (n=19) and one nitrofurazone treated group (n=19). In the two laser treated groups, the burns were treated on a daily basis with LL He-Ne LT with an energy density of 1.2 and 2.4 J/cm(2), respectively. The response to treatment was assessed histologically at 7, 16 and 30 days after burning, and microbiologically at day 15. Analysis of variance showed that the mean of blood vessel sections in the 1.2J/cm(2) laser group was significantly higher than those in the other groups and the mean of the depth of new epidermis in the 2.4 J/cm(2) laser group on day 16 was significantly lower than in the nitrofurazone treated group (P=0.025, P=0.047, respectively). When Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa grew in more than 50% of samples obtained from control group, there were no S. aureus and P. aeruginosa in the samples of 2.4 J/cm(2) laser group. It is concluded that LL He-Ne LT induced the destruction of S. aureus and P. aeruginosa in third-degree burns of rats, yet at the same time our histological findings showed that LL He-Ne LT caused a significant increase in the mean of blood vessel sections on day 7 after third degree burns and a decrease in the mean of the depth of new epidermis on day 16 after the same burns in rats. 相似文献

An efficient Hantzsch four-component condensation reaction for the synthesis of polyhydroquinoline derivatives was reported under two conditions: solvent-free conventional heating and energy-saving microwave irradiation. A one-pot, multicomponent reaction of aldehydes, dimedone, and β-naphthols is described for the preparation of 12-aryl- or 12-alkyl-8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[α]xanthen-11-one derivatives using ammonium chloride as a mild, inexpensive, and environmentally benign catalyst under solvent-free conditions. Different types of aldehyde and β-naphthol derivatives are used in the reaction, and in all cases the products were synthesized successfully.
