A facile and efficacious route to the benzooxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane system has been developed and applied to a synthesis of filiformin (1). The cycloaddition of ethylene to the methoxychromone 13 furnished the oxetanol 14 through a tandem cycloaddition and gamma-hydrogen abstraction sequence. Lithium aluminum hydride reduction to the diol 15 followed by acid-catalyzed rearrangement produced benzooxabicyclooctanone (16), arising from exclusive external bond migration. Similarly, ethoxychromone (17) under the same sequence of reactions afforded the homologous bridged ketone 20. For the synthesis of filiformin (1), methoxychromone 24 on ethylene cycloaddition followed by reduction of resultant oxetanol 25 with lithium aluminum hydride furnished diol 10. Acid-catalyzed rearrangement of 10 provided the bridged ketone 11 which was brominated to give 26. This bromo ketone had previously been converted to filiformin (1), and also aplysin 9, and hence, the present work represents a short, high-yield formal synthesis of these sequiterpenes from a single starting material. 相似文献

A review is given of the StandardSU(5) supergravity model. This model has passed an important check regarding unification of the electro-weak and the strong couplings using high precision LEP data. The synthesis and structure-activity-relationship (SAR) for a series of N-substituted piperazinyl carbamoyl 7-15 and piperazinyl acetyl 18-26 derivatives of tetrahydropapaverine have been carried out. The general synthetic methods of carbamoyl tetrahydropapaverine analogues involve N-substituted piperazines and carbamoyl imidazole tetrahydropapaverine as starting materials. Another route for synthesizing these compounds, involving the formation of carbamoyl imidazole piperazine has also been explored. Acylation of tetrahydropapaverine followed by substitution with various piperazinyl moities afforded the acetyl tetrahydropapaverine derivatives. Variously substituted piperazines have been used to monitor the effect of electron releasing and electron withdrawing substituents upon the antispasmodic activity of the molecules. Effect of varying electron densities on the antispasmodic activity, by altering the position of these groups on the benzene ring has also been monitored. Pharmacological methods involve the in vitro antispasmodic activity studies on a freshly removed guinea pig ileum using a force displacement transducer amplifier connected to a physiograph. Among the analogues synthesized in the present study, a promising compound 7, a potent muscle relaxant as compared to papaverine has been obtained. 相似文献

Summary A chromotropic azo dye, DSNADNS, prepared from chromotropic acid and 1-amino-8-naphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid has been found to produce quantitative precipitation of zirconium in acid medium. The blue-violet complex formed is insoluble in all organic solvents commonly used for solvent extraction work, but is soluble in a number of liquid organic bases and solutions of ammonium salts in water showing pink to violet colouration. Spectrophotometric studies as to the nature of the complex in pyridine, triethanolamine ammonium acetate, oxalate and carbonate solutions and the analytical possibility of these solutions have been made. The complex appears to decompose in pyridine, ammonium acetate and ammonium oxalate solutions, but it is fairly stable in ammonium carbonate and triethanolamine solutions. The absorbance peaks of the dye in these solutions occur at 500 and 520 nm respectively, while the complex in triethanolamine and ammonium carbonate both shows absorbance maxima at 540 nm. The solution of the complex in these two solvents obeys Beer's law within a concentration range 4 to 25 mg of zirconium per litre. The molar absorbance coefficients of the complex in triethanolamine and ammonium carbonate are respectively 686 and 823, which indicate poor sensitivity. The solution of the complex in the former solvent is more stable than that in the latter and an analytical procedure for the spectrophotometric determination of zirconium, with little interference from foreign ions, may be developed with ease in the triethanolamine solution.
Zusammenfassung Ein Azofarbstoff der Chromotropsäure, DSNADNS, der aus Chromotropsäure und 1-Amino-8-naphthol-3,6-disulfonsäure dargestellt werden kann, ergibt mit Zirkonium in saurer Lösung eine quantitative Fällung. Der blauviolett gefärbte Komplex ist in allen üblichen organischen Lösungsmitteln unlöslich, löst sich jedoch in einigen flüssigen organischen Basen sowie wäßrigen Lösungen von Ammoniumsalzen mit rosa bis violetter Färbung. Die Lösungen des Komplexes in Pyridin, Triäthanolamin sowie in Ammoniumacetat, -oxalat und -carbonatlösungen und ihre analytische Verwendbarkeit werden spektrophotometrisch untersucht. In Pyridin sowie in Ammoniumacetat und -oxalatlösungen scheint sich der Komplex zu zersetzen, während er in Triäthanolamin und Ammoniumcarbonatlösungen ziemlich beständig ist. Das Absorptionsmaximum des Farbstoffs in diesen beiden Lösungsmitteln liegt bei 500 bzw. 520 nm, der Komplex weist in beiden Fällen ein Maximum bei 540 nm auf. Das Beersche Gesetz wird in beiden Lösungsmitteln von 4–25 mg Zr/l erfüllt. Der molare Absorptionskoeffizient beträgt 686 bzw. 823. Die Lösung des Komplexes in Triäthanolamin ist stabiler als in Ammoniumcarbonatlösung. Eine spektrophotometrische Bestimmung von Zirkonium, die nur wenig von Fremdionen gestört wird, könnte daher gut in Triäthanolaminlösung durchgeführt werden.相似文献

The effect of 4th generation poly(amidoamine) dendrimer (4G PAMAM) present in an anionic phospholipid composition, consisting of hydrogenated soyphosphatidylcholine (HSPC), cholesterol (CH), dicetyl phosphate (DCP), and poly(ethylene glycol) (Mw approximately 2000) derivatized phosphatidylethanolamine (PEG2000-PE), on the hydration and liquid crystalline structure formation was investigated. The optical and polarized light microscopies of the liposomal dispersion obtained from the hydrated lipid composition show two types of birefringent structures (mesophases): plastic, wormlike microstructures and conventional, over-elongated lamellae. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) shows an increase in the liquid crystalline phase transition (Tg) of the lipid composition from 60 to 94 degrees C with increasing 4G PAMAM concentrations from 0 to 0.011 mM, respectively. The Tg values of the two microstructures were 68 and 84 degrees C, respectively, indicating that the plastic microstructures were 4G PAMAM/DCP-complexes-rich (alpha mesophases) and the conventional and elongated lamellae were dendrimer-doped HSPC/CH-rich microstructures (beta mesophases). Optical microscopy shows that the alpha mesophases convert into various other types of vesicular structures such as giant unilamellar vesicles and biliquid foams, upon heating above the phase transition temperature of the lipid composition (approximately 60-65 degrees C). The microstructure transformation is a result of an osmotic influx of water and the detergent action of PEG2000-PE present in the lipid composition. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images of the liposomal dispersion show particles embedding circular transparent domains that exactly correlate to the theoretical 4G PAMAM/DCP complex sizes, thus, providing evidence of 4G PAMAM interspersed within the two mesophases. Small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) measurements indicate that the alpha mesophases are a dendrimer-interlinked, symmetrically undulated lamellar phase and the beta mesophases are dendrimer-doped, occasionally kinked lamellae. An increase in dendrimer concentration in the lipid composition was found to decrease interlamellar spacing. On the basis of optical microscopy, DSC, TEM, and SAXS data, a model of dendrimer-doped mesophase structure and lamellae fusion is proposed. This investigation provides new self-assembled materials for drug/gene delivery and supplements the understanding of mechanisms involved in various biological processes such as membrane fusion, transmembrane permeation, and endocytosis. 相似文献
