The cobalt dithiolene complex with the sulfonylamide-substituted Cp ligand [(C5H4-NHTs)Co{S2C2(COOMe)2}] (1, Ts = p-SO2C6H4Me) reacted with TsOH · H2O to give [(C5H4-NH2)Co{S2C2(COOMe)(H)}] (2), [(C5H4-NHTs)Co(S2C2H2)] (3) and [(C5H4-NHTs)Co{S2C2(COOMe)(H)}] (4). Complex 1 was dissolved in a basic aqueous solution, and the anion reacted with Me2SO4 to form the N-methylated product [{C5H4-N(Me)Ts}Co{S2C2(COOMe)2}] (5); the carboxylic acid complex [{C5H4-N(Me)Ts}Co{S2C2(COOMe)(COOH)}] (6) formed by a base hydrolysis. The X-ray crystal structures of complexes 4-6 and the methylsulfonylamide-substituted Cp complex [(C5H4-NHMs)Co{S2C2(COOMe)2}] (7, Ms = SO2Me) were determined. In the crystal structures of complexes 4 and 7, intermolecular hydrogen bondings of NH?O (ca. 2.1 Å) and NH?S (ca. 3.1 Å) were observed. Complex 6 showed the OH?O intermolecular hydrogen bonding (ca. 1.6 Å) of COOH moiety between two molecules, and these two molecules were assembling each other. Complexes 5 and 6 showed an intramolecular π-π interaction between the aromatic cobaltadithiolene and benzene rings, and complex 5 also has intermolecular π-π interactions between two benzene rings, and between two cobaltadithiolene rings.  相似文献

A new method that involves liquid phase microextraction (LPME) with in situ derivatization and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is described for the determination of trace amounts of bisphenol A (BPA) in river water samples. The LPME conditions, such as the type of extraction solvent and the extraction time, are investigated. Then, the extract is directly injected into GC-MS. The detection limit and the quantification limit of BPA in river water sample are 2 and 10pgml(-1) (ppt), respectively. The calibration curve for BPA is linear with a correlation coefficient of >0.999 in the range of 10-10,000pgml(-1). The average recoveries of BPA in river water samples spiked with 100 and 1000pgml(-1) BPA are 104.1 (RSD: 8.9%) and 98.3 (RSD: 3.2%), respectively, with correction using the added surrogate standard, bisphenol A-(13)C(12). This simple, accurate, sensitive and selective analytical method may be applicable to the determination of trace amounts of BPA in liquid samples.  相似文献

The interaction forces between poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm)-grafted surfaces and colloidal particles in an aqueous solution were investigated using an atomic force microscope. Measurements were conducted between smooth silicon wafers on which PNIPAAm was terminally grafted and silica particles hydrophobized with a silanating reagent in an aqueous electrolyte solution under controlled temperature. Below the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of PNIPAAm, there were large repulsive forces between the surfaces, both on approach and separation of the surfaces. On the other hand, above LCST, attractive forces were observed both in approaching and in separating force curves. When surface hydrophobicity of the particles increased, the maximum attractive force tended to increase. The changes of hydration state of the grafted PNIPAAm chains depending on temperature are considered to greatly alter the interaction force properties. The role of the intermolecular interaction between the PNIPAAm chains and the hydrophobic particles in the interaction forces is discussed.  相似文献

In some cases of microlaryngosurgery, laryngeal exposure with a direct laryngoscope is difficult because of a variety of reasons. In such cases, we now use a long rigid endoscope inserted into the side tube of the direct laryngoscope together with a video system. The lesion can be removed while the phonosurgeon observes the magnified images of the larynx on the video monitor. We describe the surgical procedure together with the preoperative and postoperative evaluation of vocal function in 13 patients with benign laryngeal lesions. A good surgical and vocal outcome was achieved in all cases. The method appeared to be useful for treating dysphonia in patients in whom it was difficult to expose the larynx with a direct laryngoscope.  相似文献

Asymmetric synthesis using frozen chirality generated by spontaneous crystallization was performed. Achiral asymmetrically substituted imide with a tetrahydronaphthyl group on the nitrogen atom crystallized in a chiral fashion, with space group P2(1)2(1)2(1). The molecular chirality generated by spontaneous crystallization was retained in cold THF. The half-life determined on the basis of decreasing optical activity followed by CD spectrometer was 7.8, 33.1, and 150.0 min at -20, -30, -40 degrees C, respectively. The energy barrier (DeltaG()) of racemization was calculated with the temperature dependence of the kinetic constant to be 18.24-18.36 kcal mol(-)(1) at 233-253 K. The memorized frozen chirality was transferred to permanent optically active alcohols by nucleophilic addition with n-buthyllithium.  相似文献

Mass spectrometry (MS) together with genome database searches serves as a powerful tool for the identification of proteins. In proteome analysis, mixtures of cellular proteins are usually separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) polyacrylamide gel-based two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) or one-dimensional gel electrophoresis (1-DE), and in-gel digested by a specific protease. In-gel protein digestion is one of the critical steps for sensitive protein identification by these procedures. Efficient protein digestion is required for obtaining peptide peaks necessary for protein identification by MS. This paper reports a remarkable improvement of protein digestion in SDS polyacrylamide gels using an acid-labile surfactant, sodium 3-[(2-methyl-2-undecyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)methoxy]-1-propanesulfonate (ALS). Pretreatment of gel pieces containing protein spots separated by 2-DE with a small amount of ALS prior to trypsin digestion led to increases in the digested peptides eluted from the gels. Consistently, treatment of gel pieces containing silver-stained standard proteins and those separated from tissue extracts resulted in the detection of increased numbers of peptide peaks in spectra obtained by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOFMS). Hence the present protocol with ALS provides a useful strategy for sensitive protein identification by MS.  相似文献

In order to investigate the relationship between ionic conductivity and liquid crystallinity, we prepared the main‐chain type polyester having 1,4‐bisstyrylbenzene units and ethyleneoxide chain in the repeating unit. The main‐chain type polyester with lithium salt at the ratio of 0.04 per polymer repeating unit exhibited a smectic phase. However, the polyester with lithium salt (0.11) showed a nematic phase. The ionic conductivity of the polyester with lithium salt increased with increasing lithium salt concentration. The trans‐type polyester exhibited a liquid crystalline phase, while the cis‐type polyester did not show any mesophase. We found that the ionic conductivity of the trans‐type polyester with lithium salt (0.11) was larger than that of the cis‐type polyester with lithium salt (0.11). However, a liquid crystalline phase was found in the side‐chain type polyether with alkoxy chain length of below 12. A smectic phase was induced for the non‐mesomorphic polyethers with lithium salt. The layer spacing of the smectic A phase for the non‐mesomorphic polyether with lithium salt decreased from 55 to 41 Å with increasing temperature.
