We report here on the construction of the ABC-ring framework of (±)-Taxol using an intramolecular aldol reaction as a key step. AB-ring compound 8 was converted to ketoaldehyde 25 as a precursor of an aldol reaction via introduction of oxygen-functionalities and a methoxycarbonyl group, which can be converted to a methyl group, in the proper positions of the B-ring. An aldol reaction of ketoaldehyde with LDA led to the formation of the desired product 27, which corresponds to the ABC-ring framework of (±)-Taxol. 相似文献

A simple and highly sensitive method called stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) and thermal desorption (TD)-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), which is used for the determination of trace amounts of 5-chloro-2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)phenol (triclosan) in river water samples, is described. A stir bar coated with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) is added to a 10mL water sample and stirring is carried out for 120min at room temperature (25 degrees C) in a vial. Then, the PDMS stir bar is subjected to TD-GC-MS. The detection limit of triclosan is 5ngL(-1) (ppt). The method shows linearity over the calibration range (0.02-20mugL(-1)) and the correlation coefficient is higher than 0.997 for triclosan standard solution. The recovery of triclosan in river water samples ranges from 91.9 to 108.3% (RSD: 4.0-7.0%). This simple, accurate, sensitive, and selective analytical method may be used in the determination of trace amounts of triclosan in river water samples. 相似文献

Rapid and unambiguous identification of three degradation products (DP-1, DP-2 and DP-3) found in heat-stressed loxoprofen sodium adhesive tapes (Loxonin tapes) was achieved by LC-MS and dynamic pressurized liquid extraction (PLE)-solid-phase extraction (SPE) coupled to LC-NMR without complicated isolation or purification processes. The molecular formulae of the degradation products were determined by accurate mass measurements and product ion analyses and on-line hydrogen/deuterium (H/D) exchange experiments provided information about changes in the degradation of loxoprofen. To compensate for the low sensitivity of NMR, on-line dynamic PLE-SPE was employed and higher concentrations of degradation products trapped on the SPE column were afforded in a shorter time than they would be in such time-consuming sample preparations as pre-concentration after extraction. The loop-storage procedure was used in the LC-NMR analysis to allow the acquisition of the (1)H spectra of the three degradation products in one chromatographic run without affecting the peak separation and to avoid the carry-over of previously eluted DP-1 of high concentration by washing the NMR detection cell prior to the measurement of the DP-2 spectrum. Based on the resulting (1)H NMR spectra in combination with the MS results, DP-1 was successfully identified as an oxidation product having an oxodicarboxylic acid structure formed by the cleavage of the cyclopentanone ring of loxoprofen, DP-2 as a cyclopentanone ring-hydroxylated loxoprofen and DP-3 as a loxoprofen l-menthol ester. 相似文献

A method for the simultaneous measurement of benzophenone (BP) sunscreen compounds, its derivatives 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone (BP-1), 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone (BP-3), 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-4'-methylbenzophenone (BP-10), 2-hydroxybenzophenone (2OH-BP), 3-hydroxybenzophenone (3OH-BP) and 4-hydroxybenzophenone (4OH-BP), in water samples was developed using stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) with in situ derivatization followed by thermal desorption (TD)-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The detection limit is 0.5-2 ng L(-1) (ppt) for the seven BPs. The method shows good linearity and the correlation coefficients are equal to or higher than 0.990 for all the analyte. The average recoveries of BPs range from 102.0 to 128.1% (RSD<15.4%, n=6). Trace amounts of BPs in river water samples were determined by the present method. 相似文献

The reaction rate of adiabatic proton/hydrogen/hydride (H) transfers in condensed phase is examined by combining the semiquantal time-dependent Hartree theory and the multidimensional transition state theory, which takes into account the zero-point effect and the dynamical modulation of the wavepacket width in the adiabatic transfer regime. By applying the theory to a model potential consisting of a quartic double well coupled linearly and quadratically (symmetrically) to external degrees of freedom, a set of compact analytical formulas was derived for the adiabatic H transfer rate. The analysis suggests that the kinetic isotope effect on the H transfer rate may exhibit a maximum as a function of the coupling strength to the external degrees of freedom measured by the reorganization energy. 相似文献

An improved five-step synthetic route from l -fucose to an N-glycosyl l -valine methyl ester has been developed. The new route involves glycosidation of l -fucose with phenol in a β-selective manner without protection/deprotection steps and one-pot stereochemical inversion of a secondary alcohol intermediate and is superior to our previous one both in the number of steps and in overall yield. An N-glycosyl l -valine benzyl ester, prepared from l -fucose in an analogous way, has been elaborated into an N-amykitanosyl tetramic acid derivative, Li's synthetic intermediate for amycolamicin, via a four-step sequence which features the utilization of Bestmann's ylide to stereoconvergently construct an N-glycosyl tetramic acid intermediate in a single step, opening of a cyclic carbonate ring with an amine to regioselectively install a carbamate functionality, and visible light-mediated oxidative debenzylation of an N,N-dibenzyl carbamate. 相似文献

As a model of polymer-sustained-alignment liquid crystal display (PSA-LCD), the liquid crystal (LC) cells having the polymer layers produced from monomers of phenanthrene (Phen)-carrying monomers, 2,7-, 3,8-, 1,8- and 3,6-dimethacryloyl-oxy-phenanthrene (DMAPhen), were prepared and investigated image sticking phenomenon with evaluations of residual direct current voltage (VrDC) and difference in pretilt angle before and after application of alternate current voltage (Δtilt). The VrDC values were small for the LC cells with the polymer layers produced from the Phen-carrying monomers used in this study. On the other hand, Δtilt depends on the molecular structure of the Phen-carrying monomer. The Δtilt values became small with increasing the linearity of the monomer structure for the Phen-carrying monomers. The findings would be useful for obtaining the small level of image sticking in the PSA-LCDs produced from the Phen-carrying monomers. 相似文献

The spatial distribution of Ce3+ and Ce4+ in each particle of Ce2Zr2Ox in a three‐way conversion catalyst system was successfully imaged during an oxygen storage/release cycle by scanning X‐ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) using hard X‐ray nanobeams. For the first time, nano‐XAFS imaging visualized and identified the modes of non‐uniform oxygen diffusion from the interface of Pt catalyst and Ce2Zr2Ox support and the active parts in individual catalyst particles. 相似文献
