Total synthesis of spider toxins HO-416b (1) and Agel-489 (2) was accomplished using the 2-nitrobenzenesulfonamide (Ns) group as both a protecting and activating group. In this strategy, the C-N bonds were constructed by alkylation of sulfonamides with alkyl halides or Mitsunobu reaction with the corresponding alcohol. Beginning with monoprotection of the symmetrical diamine, the construction of the backbone from diamine 3 was efficiently accomplished in 7 steps for 14 and 9 steps for 29. Removal of the Ns group while the substrate was attached to a novel solid support enabled the efficient isolation of this highly polar compound. 相似文献

Bulk-crystallized isotactic polypropylene samples with different crystalline textures were etched by fuming nitric acid to remove the disordered region. The radicals produced by irradiation of γ-rays or ultraviolet light on these etched samples in vacuum at liquid nitrogen temperature were investigated by the ESR method. A triplet spectrum in addition to the original spectrum of polypropylene radicals was separated for the etched samples. It was concluded that this triplet was caused by radical species associated with nitro groups introduced on the surface of the crystalline residues by etching. The difference in the intensity of this triplet among the samples was ascribed to differences in crystalline textures and interpreted in a quantitative way. The concentration of polypropylene radicals corrected for the triplet differed among the quenched, annealed, and cold-drawn samples and the sample annealed one after drawing. This fact was interpreted on the basis of the hypothesis that radical sites were almost concentrated in the defects of crystal domain. The well known nonet spectrum, which can be observed at liquid nitrogen temperature after annealing the irradiated samples at room temperature, was also confirmed to be attributable to the defects of crystals. The behavior of free methyl radicals induced by ultraviolet irradiation was also found to be strongly dependent on the state of aggregation of the polymer molecules. 相似文献

Critical modes of one-dimensional fermion systems are examined by use of the renormalization group technique. Both strongly incommensurate and commensurate bands are treated. Both frequency and momentum dependence and the analytic property of the response functions are determined. It is stressed that for some region of coupling constants the model has anomalous dimensions, i.e. it has critical indices dependent on the coupling constants. Summary A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed to determine the optical purity of denopamine, which is a new cardiotonic agent having an asymmetric carbon in a molecule. The enantiomers were converted to diastereomeric thiourea derivatives using 2,3,4,6-Tetra-O-acetyl--D-glucopyranosyl isothiocyanate (GITC) reagent. Separation of the enantiomers of denopamine as diastereomers was successfully achieved by reversed-phase HPLC within 10 min using an ODS column and UV detection. Derivatization of denopamine proceeded rapidly under the alkaline conditions and the ambient temperature. This method was applied to the determination of the optical purity of denopamine drug substances and those in tablets. The favorable UV absorption of the derivatives enabled the optical antipode to be determined down to the 0.2% level. 相似文献

Eckol (1), a novel phlorotannin with a dibenzo-1,4-dioxin skeleton, has been isolated from the brown alga Ecklonia kurome Okamura as a potent and specific anti-plasmin inhibitor. Its structure has been elucidated based on the spectral data, in particular, by means of negative nuclear Overhauser effect (NOE), and finally established as 1-(3,5-dihydroxyphenoxy)-2,4,7,9-tetrahydroxydibenzo-1,4-dio xin by X-ray analysis. An enantioselective route to the tetracyclic skeleton of sarain A has been developed. Asymmetric reduction of an ynone introduced a chiral center which was transferred to the contiguous tertiary stereogenic centers through an Ireland–Claisen rearrangement. The 2‐azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane framework was constructed by an unprecedented intramolecular cycloaddition of an eight‐membered cyclic nitrone. Using the steric bias of the bicyclic system, the quaternary carbon atom was constructed by a stereoselective aldol reaction. Further ring formations were performed by ring‐closing metathesis for the 13‐membered ring and an iodoamidation reaction for the pyrrolidine ring. The present synthesis has successfully provided an alternative route to the late‐stage intermediate of Overman’s synthesis. 相似文献
