The sunlight-induced photocatalytic oxidation of aqueous benzene on TiO(2)-supported gold nanoparticles was considerably improved when the reaction was conducted under a CO(2) atmosphere. 13% yield and 89% selectivity of phenol was obtained on P25-supported gold nanoparticles under 230 kPa of CO(2).  相似文献

A new fluorescent molecular probe, methyl 3‐(3,5‐bis((bis(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl)amino)‐methyl)‐4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2‐(5‐(dimethylamino)naphthalene‐1‐sulfonamido) propanoate, dizinc(II) chloride salt (Dansyl‐ 1 ‐Zn(II)), which possesses Zn(II) complexes and a dansyl group, was designed and synthesized to enable the detection of proteins in solution and in high‐throughput electrophoresis by using a UV‐based detection system. Dansyl‐ 1 ‐Zn(II) exhibited weak fluorescence in the absence of proteins and strong green fluorescence at approximately 510 nm in the presence of BSA upon irradiation with light at a wavelength of 345 nm. Compared with conventional protocols for in‐gel SDS‐PAGE protein staining (e.g. silver staining, SYPRO Ruby, and Oriole), the operating times of which range from 90 min to overnight, Dansyl‐ 1 ‐Zn(II) allowed 1‐step protein staining (SDS‐PAGE →Staining →Detection) and shortened the operating time (35 min) with high sensitivity (LOD: 1 ng or less) under 312‐nm or 365‐nm light excitation with orange or red emission filters, respectively. Moreover, Dansyl‐ 1 ‐Zn(II) was successfully applied to protein identification by MS via in‐gel tryptic digestion, Western blotting, and Native‐PAGE. Accordingly, Dansyl‐ 1 ‐Zn(II) may facilitate highly sensitive and high‐throughput protein detection, and it may be widely applicable as a convenient tool in various scientific and medical fields.  相似文献

Abstract

Pseudo-β-D (D-2) and L-fructopyranose (L-2), 1(S) and (1R)-(1,2/-3,4)-4-C-hydroxymethyl-1,2,3,4-cyclohexanetetrol, have been synthesized, starting from optically active endo-adducts of furan and acrylic acid, following the modified procedure used for the preparation of the racemic modification. It has been demonstrated that the D and L-enantiomers are nearly as sweet as D-fructose, and the former is somewhat sweeter than the latter.  相似文献

In order to develop a supramolecular receptor through a self-assembling process, a site-specific host and an inclusion-type host were mixed as a Langmuir monolayer, and guest binding and pressure-induced fluorescence emission were investigated. A guanidinium amphiphile and several cyclophanes carrying hydrophobic moieties were used as the host molecules; molecular recognition of an aqueous fluorescent guest, 6-p-toluidino-2-naphthalenesulfonic acid (TNS) by binary mixed receptor monolayers was evaluated by a surface pressure-molecular area (π-A) isotherm and a surface fluorescence measurement. An apparent increase in fluorescence intensity was observed when the mixed monolayers of the guanidinium and cyclophane amphiphiles were compressed on an aqueous TNS solution. In contrast, single-component monolayers of the guanidinium or the cyclophane did not show a significant increase in fluorescence emission. In the mixed monolayers, the guest TNS would be bound to the interface by strong electrostatic interaction with the guanidinium, and inclusion of the formed complex probably suppresses the quenching effect in polar medium and/or self-quenching. Experiments with various mixing ratios of these components suggest selective formation of an equimolar cooperative receptor of the guanidinium and the cyclophane. Investigation of the cyclophane structures by fluorescence emission and a competitive binding experiment with another guest were also carried out.  相似文献

We study a Seshadri constant at a general point on a rational surface whose anticanonical linear system contains a pencil. First, we describe a Seshadri constant of an ample line bundle on such a rational surface explicitly by the numerical data of the ample line bundle. Second, we classify log del Pezzo surfaces which are special in terms of the Seshadri constants of the anticanonical divisors when the anticanonical degree is between 4 and 9.  相似文献

The free radicals generated during the polymerization process of Z100 (3 M ESPE) dental resin were examined by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) in X-, Q- and W-bands. Experimental generation and spectra simulations were associated with density functional theory (DFT) calculations to determine the molecular structure and explain the EPR spectrum formation. It was assumed that the EPR spectrum was formed by the sum of two different types of radicals: “propagating” and allylic. The spectra simulations and DFT calculations showed good agreement, indicating that the proposed model fully explained the nine lines of the EPR spectrum in X-band and showed that the spectrum formation is the sum of “9 + 5” lines, rather than the “5 + 4” lines predicted early. Simulations in Q- and W-bands showed very close correlation and were essential to support the proposed model.  相似文献
