Thermal carbosilylation of endohedral dimetallofullerene La(2)@I(h)-C(80) with silirane (silacyclopropane) is reported herein for the first time. Two diastereomers of the carbosilylated La(2)@I(h)-C(80) have been isolated and characterized. The fascinating molecular structure of one diastereomer of the carbosilylated derivatives has been determined unambiguously using X-ray crystallographic analysis. Detailed characteristics of the molecular structures including their metal atom movements have also been revealed using NMR spectroscopic studies and computational calculations. Results revealed that two La atoms move dynamically inside the carbon sphere. Furthermore, electrochemical study has demonstrated that carbosilylation is effective to fine-tune the La(2)@I(h)-C(80) electronic properties.  相似文献

Size-dependent features of the electron localization in negatively charged formamide clusters (FAn-, n = 5-21) have been studied by photodetachment spectroscopy. In the photoelectron spectra for all the sizes studied, two types of bands due to different isomers of anions were found. The low binding energy band peaking around 1 eV is assigned to the solvated electron state by relative photodetachment cross-section measurements in the near-infrared region. It is suggested that nascent electron trapping is dominated by formation of the solvated electron. The higher energy band originates from the covalent anion state generated after a significant relaxation process, which exhibits a rapid increase of electron binding energy as a function of the cluster size. A unique behavior showing a remarkable band intensity of the higher energy band was found only for n = 9.  相似文献

Ce@C(82) is isolated by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the cage symmetry is determined as C(2)(v)() by measuring the (13)C NMR spectra of its anion. The (13)C NMR peaks of [Ce@C(82)](-) show temperature-dependent shifts ascribed to the f electron remaining on the Ce atom. Both Ce@C(82) and [Ce@C(82)](-) are silent in electron spin resonance spectroscopy (ESR) because of the highly anisotropic g matrix as well as of the fast relaxation process originating from the orbital angular momentum of the f electron. This is the complementary relationship to the observation of the paramagnetic shift in (13)C NMR. [Ce@C(82)](-) has lower stability in air than [La@C(82)](-).  相似文献

This paper presents a constructive method which gives, for any polynomialF(Z) of the degreen, approximate values of all the roots ofF(Z).. The point of the method is on the use of a piecewise linear function (Z, t) which approximates a homotopyH(Z, t) betweenF(Z) and a polynomialG(Z) of the degreen withn known simple roots. It is shown that the set of solutions to (Z, t) = 0 includesn distinct paths,m of which converges to a root ofF(Z) if and only if the root has the multiplicitym. The fluorescence excitation spectrum of the first singlet transition of aniline in a supersonic free jet has been measured. Vibronic transitions involving the inversion vibration of the NH2 group in the excited state have been observed. Dispersed fluorescence spectra of jet-cooled hydrogen-bonded phenols have been observed by excitation of intra- and inter-molecular vibrational levels. The spectra show that vibrational energy redistribution occurs from the excited vibronic level into intermolecular vibrational modes. Anti‐HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) active polymethacrylates having pendant sulfated oligosaccharides were synthesized, and the relationship between structures and biological activities of the polymethacrylates was examined. Acetylated 1‐O‐methacryloyl maltoheptaoside (MA‐AcM7) was polymerized with AIBN as an initiator to give polymethacrylates having a pendant acetylated maltoheptaose in every repeating unit, poly(MA‐AcM7)s. After hydroxyl groups were recovered by deacetylation, the polymethacrylates having maltoheptaose units, poly(MA‐M7)s, were sulfated to give polymethacrylates having sulfated maltoheptaose side‐chains, poly(MA‐SM7)s, with degrees of sulfation of 1.1 to 2.7 (maximum, 3.0). These polymethacrylates including sulfated oligosaccharides exhibited low anti‐HIV activities represented by the 50% protecting concentration (EC50) in the range of 15–62 μg/mL and low blood anticoagulant activities around 10 unit/mg (standard dextran sulfate, 22.7 unit/mg). The anti‐HIV activity increased with increasing degree of sulfation to reach EC50 of 15–16 μg/mL. In addition, copolymerization of MA‐AcM7 with methyl methacrylate (MMA) and subsequent sulfation gave polymethacrylates consisting of various proportions of highly sulfated maltoheptaose and MMA units. It was revealed that the anti‐HIV activity increased with decreasing proportion of the sulfated oligosaccharide moiety and that a copolymethacrylate having 22 mol % of sulfated maltoheptaose units (DS = 3.0) had a high anti‐HIV activity in the EC50 of 0.3 μg/mL. The blood anticoagulant activity increased slightly from 9 to 18 unit/mg with decreasing proportion of the sulfated maltoheptaose units. These results suggested that the biological activities were influenced strongly by the spatial distance between sulfated oligosaccharide substituents in the polymethacrylate main chain. The Ritter reaction, Brønsted- or Lewis acid-mediated amidation of alkene or alcohol with nitrile via a carbocation, represents a classical method for the synthesis of tertiary amides. Although analogous reactions through a vinyl cation or a species alike may offer a route to enamide, an important synthetic building block as well as a common functionality in bioactive compounds, such transformations remain largely elusive. Herein, we report a Ritter-type trans-difunctionalization of alkynes with a trivalent iodine electrophile and nitrile, which affords β-iodanyl enamides in moderate to good yields. Mediated by benziodoxole triflate (BXT), the reaction proves applicable to a variety of internal alkynes as well as to various alkyl- and arylnitriles. The benziodoxole group in the product serves as a versatile handle for further transformations, thus allowing for the preparation of various tri- and tetrasubstituted enamides that are not readily accessible by other means.

Ritter-type trans-selective iodo(iii)amidation of internal alkynes with benziodoxole triflate and various nitriles has been achieved for the stereocontrolled synthesis of multisubstituted enamides.  相似文献
