Introduction As an important type of fungicides, triazole compounds are highly efficient, low poisonous and inward absorbent.1-3 At present, the studies on triazole derivatives are mainly concentrated on compounds with triazole as the only active group. The report of triazole compounds that contain both triazole group and other active group in a single molecule has rarely been found. 弱酸树脂D113对S-腺苷-L-蛋氨酸的交换行为及分离应用研究

考察了S-腺苷-L-蛋氨酸 (S-adenosyl-L-methionine, SAM) 在弱酸树脂争光D113上的静态吸附及分离行为,利用Langmuir等温式对平衡等温线进行了拟合,实验表明,随着pH的提高,平衡交换量增加,提高温度和SAM的初始浓度在一定程度上能促进内扩散过程,利用D113树脂在f 1.7×30.0cm小型柱上从酵母提取液中分离SAM的得率为90%以上,纯度达87%以上。     

Synthesis of Novel Nucleoside Analog （3R）-2,3-Dideoxy-3-（N-hydroxy-N-methylamino）-L-arabinofuranosyl Uracil

The synthesis of novel nucleoside analog (3R)-2,3-dideoxy-3-(N-hydroxy-N-methylamino)-L-arabinofuranosyl uracil was studied. A twelve-step synthetic route, started from L-ascorbic acid, was designed, and the final product was obtained in 20.8% yield.     

An Abietane Diterpene and a Sterol from Fungus Phettinus igniarius

A new abietane diterpene 12-hydroxy-7-oxo-5, 8, 11, 13-tetraene-18, 6-abietanolide, together with a new natural sterol stigmasta-7, 22-diene-3β, 5α, 6α-triol have been isolated from the fruiting body of the fungus Phellinus igniarius. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques.     

Selection of Anodic Material Used in Electrolytic Process for Producing Hypophosphorous Acid

Black lead, Ti-Ru and Ti-PbO2 were used as anode and stainless steel was used as cathode The electrolytic process of producing hypophosphorous acid with four-compartment electrodialytic cell was studied. The comparison of some factors, such as anodic voltage, product concentration and current efficiency, of black lead, Ti-Ru, and Ti-PbO2 electrodes was conducted. As a result, theTi-PbO2 electrode is the optimal anode material used, it can be in electrolytic process for producing hypophosphorous acid.     

Theoretical Study on the Antioxidant Activity of Curcumin

The computational results for curcumin at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level show that the enol form of curcumin is more stable than the diketo form because of an intramolecular hydrogen bond, which extends the conjugation effect in the enol chain, formed in the enol structure. Cis-diketone form can not be obtained, presumably due to the strong repulsion between the carbonyl dipoles aligned in parallel. According to the phenolic O-H bond dissociation enthalpy, curcumin in its most stable form can be suggested to be a relatively good antioxidant. In order to avoid overcoming H-bond interaction and to improve the antioxidant activity of curcumin, a catechol moiety was incorporated into curcumin for designing a novel antioxidant. It is found that the designed molecule is much more efficient to scavenge radical than curcumin, comparable to vitamin E. Moreover, the ionization potential of the designed molecule is similar to that of curcumin, indicating that the designed molecule can not display the prooxidant effect.     

铂（Ⅳ）—钼酸盐—丁基罗丹明B缔合显色反应的研究

本文研究在聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下,铂与钼酸铵和丁基罗丹明B(BRB)形成离子缔合物,该缔合物的最大吸收位于570nm,摩尔吸光系数ε值为9.26×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),服从比耳定律范围0～3.0μg Pt/25ml,缔合物至少稳定3周。测定铂的条件为C_(HClO_4)=1.4mol/L,C_(MoO_4~(2-)=1.1×10~(-3)mol/L,C_(BRB)=3.8×10~(-5)mol/L,0.08％PVA。考察了40多种共存离子的影响,除形成杂多酸的元素外,大多数不干扰。本法已用于催化剂和某些铂矿中铂的测定,结果较满意。     

△^9^(^1^1^)-雌甾四烯类化合物的硼氢化-铬酸氧化 II

雌甾-11-酮化合物是合成具有强效抗生育活性11-烃基取代在甾体化合物的关键中间体。本文对13β-乙基-3-甲氧基-甾-1,3,5(10), 9(11)-四烯-17β-醇的硼氢化-铬酸氧化反应进行研究, 结果发现产物比较复杂, 在温和条件下, 主要产物为13β-乙基-3-甲氧基-甾-1,3,5(10)-三烯-17-酮-112-硼酸, 增加氧化剂用量, 延长反应时间则得到11,17-二酮。     

Isolation and Purification of Polysaccharides from Cordyceps minlitaris and Its Inhibition on the Proliferation of Rat Glomerular Mesangial Cells

The crude polysaccharide was obtained by means of the decolorization of porphyrized Cordyceps minlitaris stroma with organic solvent, extraction with hot water, precipitation in 80% ethanol, and protein removal with the Sevag method. After purification with Sephadex G-75, two of its components, CMP-1 and CMP-2, were obtained. Through the assay of gel chromatography and polarimetry, CMP-1 was identified as pure polysaccharide. The results demonstrated that CMP-1 had favorable oxidation resistance activity, which could scavenge not only oxygen-free radicals in the self-oxidation system of pyrogallic acid, but also the hydroxide-free radicals in the Fenton system. The study focused on the effects of low, medium, and high dosages of CMP-1 in rat blood serum on the proliferation of glomerular mesangial cells in vitro. Through MTT Colorimetric analysis, the activities were compared among the blank control group and the Niaoduqing positive control group CMP-1 and CMP-2. The results shows that CMP-1 was able to inhibit the proliferation of rat glomerular mesangial cells effectively. Therefore, CMP-1, one component of polysaccharides of Cordyceps minlitaris, was certainly a potential remedy for hyperplastic glomerular nephritis, whose antioxidant activity could slow down the process of chronic renal failure（CRF） to some extent.     

Functional Mechanism of Resveratrol in Inhabiting Growth of Cells ls174t and Its Mechanism in Subcutaneously Transplanted Tumor of Nude Mice

To explore the functional mechanism of Resveratrol against colon cancer cells Is174t and the growth of colon cancer tissue of tumor-bearing mice,MTT method was used to observe the functions of resveratrol for inhibition against cells ls174t in vitro.Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the cell apoptosis.FCM assay was performed to measure the change of the cell apoptosis rate and of cell cycle,RT-PCR method was used to detect the expressions of bc1-2 and bax mRNA.Western blot method was used to detect the expressions of bc1-2 and bax protein.Cells isi74t were transplanted subcutaneously to nude mice to observe the effect of resveratrol on the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor.RT-PCR method was used to detect the expressions of bc1-2 and bax mRNA in the tumor tissue.Western blot method was used to detect the expressions of bc1-2 and bax protein in the tumor tissue.Resveratrol has an effect of inhibiting proliferation of cells ls174t in vitro(P<0.01).It is able to induce the apoptosis of cells Is174t,causing the decrease in the expression of bc1-2 and the increase in the expression of bax.Resveratrol could inhibit the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor of nude mice(P<0.05),causing the decrease in the expression of bc1-2 and the increase in the expression of bax.Resveratrol can inhibit the growth of cells 174t and the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor.The mechanism is possibly related to the induction of the cell apoptosis and the regulation of bc1-2/bax expression.
