We describe herein the synthesis of new macrocycles 5 et 6 derived from 1,5-benzodiazepine-2,4-dione in a heterogenous media using phase transfer catalysis conditions. A crystallographic study by x-ray of 5 was carried out to confirm the structure suggested; moreover the macrocycle 6 presents chelating properties with respect to the ion Ag + easily observed by IR and UV spectroscopies.  相似文献

A phloroacetophenon[4]arene (3) consisting of four isomers was synthesised for the first time via the condensation of phloroacetophenone and benzaldehyde in a one-pot reaction with refluxing toluene in the presence of catalytic amounts of TsOH·H2O for a maximum yield of 64%. The conformational elucidation of four isomers (3ad) by 1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystal structure analysis showed them to be cone, partial cone, 1,3-alternate and 1,2-alternate types of conformations, respectively.  相似文献

The grafting of the triangular 1,3,5-benzene tricarboxylate linkers (denoted trim) on tetrahedral ε-Keggin polyoxometalates (POMs) capped by Zn(II) ions, formed in situ under hydrothermal conditions, has generated three novel POM-based metal organic frameworks (POMOFs). (TBA)(3)[PMo(V)(8)Mo(VI)(4)O(36)(OH)(4)Zn(4)][C(6)H(3)(COO)(3)](4/3)·6H(2)O (ε(trim)(4/3)) is a 3D open-framework built of molecular Keggin units connected by trim linkers, with channels occupied by tetrabutylammonium (TBA) counterions. ε(trim)(4/3) is a novel (3,4)-connected net, named ofp for open-framework polyoxometalate, and computer simulations have been used to evaluate its relative stability in comparison with ctn- and bor-like polymorphs, showing the stability of this novel phase directly related to its greatest density. A computational study was also undertaken with the aim of locating TBA molecules, the positions of which could not be deduced from single crystal X-ray diffraction, and further rationalizes their structure directing role. In (TBA)(3)[PMo(V)(8)Mo(VI)(4)O(37)(OH)(3)Zn(4)][C(6)H(3)(COO)(3)] (ε(2)(trim)(2)), the building unit is not the molecular Keggin but a dimerized form of this POM. Their connection via trim linkers generates a 3D framework with channels filled by TBA cations. In (TBA)(3)[PMo(V)(8)Mo(VI)(4)O(37)(OH)(3)Zn(4)][C(6)H(3)(COO)(3)]·8H(2)O ([ε(trim)](∞)), zigzag chains are connected via the organic linkers, forming 2D grids. Modified electrodes were fabricated by direct adsorption of the POMOFs on glassy carbon or entrapment in carbon paste (CPE). A remarkable electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) was detected with a yield greater than 95%, and a turnover number as high as 1.2 × 10(5) was obtained after 5 h. The reported POMOF-based electrodes are more active than platinum, with a roughly 260 mV anodic shift. Finally, the electrocatalytic activities of ε(trim)(4/3)/CPE electrodes in various XCl (X = Li, Na, K, Cs) media have been studied. This allowed us to detect a cation effect and propose an electrocatalytic mechanistic pathway for the HER.  相似文献

Poly(squarate)s (PPS-1 and PPS-2) were synthesized by the reaction of squaryl dichloride with hydroquinone for PPS-1 and with 2,5-diethoxy-1,4-bis(trimethylsilyloxy)benzene for PPS-2, and the ionic conductivities, thermal properties, and electrochemical and thermal properties of their polymer electrolytes with LiN(CF3SO2)2 were investigated. The ionic conductivity increased with increasing the lithium salt concentration for the PPS-1–LiN(CF3SO2)2 electrolyte, and the highest ionic conductivities of 8.60 × 10−5 S/cm at 100 °C and 9.57 × 10−8 S/cm at 30 °C were found at the [Li] to [O] ratio of 2:1. And also, the ionic conductivity for the PPS-1–LiN(CF3SO2)2 electrolyte increased with an increase in the lithium salt concentration, reached a maximum value at the [Li] to [O] ratio of 1:2, and then decreased. The highest ionic conductivity was to be 1.04 × 10−5 S/cm at 100 °C and 1.71 × 10−8 S/cm at 30 °C, respectively. Both polymer electrolytes exhibited relatively better electrochemical and thermal stabilities. Addition of the PPS-1 as a plasticizer into the poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO)–LiN(CF3SO2)2 electrolyte system suppressed the crystallization of PEO, and improved the ionic conductivity at room temperature. Dynamic control of DNA assembly by external stimuli has received increasing attention in recent years. Dynamic ligand exchange in metal complexes can be a central element in the structural and functional transformation of DNA assemblies. In this study, N,N-dicarboxymethyl-5-aminouracil (dcaU) nucleoside with an iminodiacetic acid (IDA) ligand at the 5-position of the uracil base has been developed as a bifacial nucleoside that can form both hydrogen-bonded and metal-mediated base pairs. Metal complexation study of dcaU nucleosides revealed their ability to form a 2:1 complex with a GdIII ion at the monomeric level. The characteristics of base pairing of dcaU nucleosides were then examined inside DNA duplexes. The results revealed that the formation of the metal-mediated dcaU–GdIII–dcaU pair significantly stabilized the DNA duplex containing one dcaU–dcaU mismatch (ΔTm = +16.1 °C). In contrast, a duplex containing a hydrogen-bonded dcaU–A pair was destabilized in the presence of GdIIITm = −3.5 °C). The GdIII-dependent base pairing of dcaU bases was applied to control the hybridization preference of DNA in response to metal ions. The hybridization partner of a dcaU-containing strand was reversibly exchanged by the addition and removal of GdIII ions. Since the incorporation of a single dcaU base can switch the hybridization behavior of DNA, the bifacial dcaU base would be a versatile building block for imparting metal responsiveness to DNA assemblies, allowing the rational design of dynamic DNA systems.

A novel N,N-dicarboxymethyl-5-aminouracil (dcaU) nucleobase was found to form both a hydrogen-bonded dcaU–A and a metal-mediated dcaU–GdIII–dcaU base pair. The hybridization partner of the dcaU-containing DNA was altered in response to GdIII ions.  相似文献

Catching the structure of cytochrome P450 enzymes in flagrante is crucial for the development of P450 biocatalysts, as most structures collected are found trapped in a precatalytic conformation. At the heart of P450 catalysis lies Cpd I, a short-lived, highly reactive intermediate, whose recalcitrant nature has thwarted most attempts at capturing catalytically relevant poses of P450s. We report the crystal structure of P450BM3 mimicking the state in the precise moment preceding epoxidation, which is in perfect agreement with the experimentally observed stereoselectivity. This structure was attained by incorporation of the stable Cpd I mimic oxomolybdenum mesoporphyrin IX into P450BM3 in the presence of styrene. The orientation of styrene to the Mo-oxo species in the crystal structures sheds light onto the dynamics involved in the rotation of styrene to present its vinyl group to Cpd I. This method serves as a powerful tool for predicting and modelling the stereoselectivity of P450 reactions.  相似文献

A cyclodextrin‐peptide hybrid (17NNβ) bearing two naphthalene units in the peptide side chain has been designed and synthesized as a novel chemosensor molecule. Circular dichroism study of the compound revealed that the peptide has α‐helix structure with a helix content of 41%. The peptide revealed both monomer and excimer emission and the intensity of the excimer emission increased while that of the monomer emission decreased upon addition of the guest compound. This behavior was observed for various guest molecules, suggesting that the system can be used for detecting molecules in aqueous solution.  相似文献

Antibody dynamics on membranes, such as endocytosis and clustering, are vital in determining antibody functions. In this study, we demonstrated that glycan conjugation can modulate antibody dynamics through the glycan–lectin interaction to regulate its potency. The anti-HER2 antibody, an anti-breast-cancer antibody, was conjugated with galactose-containing N-glycan, and its internalization was suppressed by interaction with galectin-3, leading to enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxic (CDC) activity. This glycan–antibody conjugate is proposed as a new approach to modulate antibody activity and may provide an alternative strategy for redeveloping antibody drugs that do not exhibit sufficient activity.  相似文献
