Motion of Solitons in Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) Double Helices with Dissipation

Under the first-order approximation, the general soliton solution of the plane base rotator model is obtained using the direct perturbation method, when taking the dissipation interaction in the DNA double helices dynamics into consideration. The stability condition of system leads to a relation among the soliton velocity, the coupling constants and the damping factor. It imposes limits to the maximum value of the soliton velocity and energy. An estimation of the value of the dissipation factor is given using recently published experimental data. Some practical problems such as the energy transmission and the semiconservative replication of B-DNA are discussed in detail.     

Wound Healing Assay Using Microfluidic Channels

An approach was described to produce a wound area in vitro using laminar flow technique to selectively remove cells in microfluidic channels. Cell migration which plays an important role in the process of wound healing can be observed dynamically by this method. In order to prove our system, we have studied its properties by injecting NIH-3T3 cells into main channel and added several reagents to observe the mediatory influence. The results reveal that fibroblast growth factor-2(FGF-2), insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-I), platelet-derived growth factor BB(PDGF-BB) and ascorbic acid(Vc) groups can promote cell migration compared with the control group. But the average migration distance was diminished in dexamethasone group. It can be concluded that this system can be used to analyze the process of wound healing.     

Application of DEPBT on the Synthesis of the Protected Dipeptides Containing Histidine with Unprotected Imidazole Group by Solution Method

3- (Diethoxyphosphoryloxy)- 1,2,3-benzotriazln-4 (3H)-one (DE-PBT) was an organophosphorus coupling reagent developed by our group. It was an effective coupling reagent for the synthesis of protected peptides containing Tyr, Ser and Thr with unprotected hydroxy group on their side chain. The further study of the synthesis of a series of protected dipeptides containing hisfidine with unprotected imidazole group using DEPBT is reported. During the synthetic procedure, the imidazole group of histidine did not need to be protected. When the carboxyl components were N-protected aromatic amino acids or basic amino acids, the yields were relatively high (63%--81%). However,when the carboxyl components were N-protected acidic amino acids, the yields were relatively low (47%--48%). The results expanded the application of DEPBT on the synthesis of bioactive peptides containing histidine.     

考虑裂隙间相互作用情况下围压卸荷过程应力应变关系

岩体的稳定性和变形特性主要决定于裂隙，同时裂隙间的相互作用对岩体的稳定和变形产生显著的影响。裂隙岩体在加载和卸荷条件下的力学特性有显著的区别。为此本文首次利用位错模型法结合叠加原理研究在围压卸荷条件下裂隙间的相互作用对岩体的变形的影响问题。文中推导了考虑裂隙间的相互作用情况下裂隙岩体围压卸荷过程的应力应变关系及应力强度因子表达式，且进行了数值计算。     

蒙药孟根乌苏-18的临床应用现状

建立特色蒙药十八味欧曲丸中游离汞的含量测定方法,为十八味欧曲丸质量标准中游离汞的限量检测提供技术支撑. 利用游离汞易溶于硝酸而炮制品不溶于硝酸的性质,以硝酸为溶剂提取,通过原子荧光光谱法对十八味欧曲丸中游离汞进行含量测定. 汞在0.1～2.0 μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1 467.197 6X+3.391 5,相关系数R²为0.999 59,平均回收率为95.0%,相对标准偏差（RSD）为4.436%（n=6）,测得十八味欧曲丸中游离汞的平均质量分数为0.671 mg/g. 方法操作简单、结果准确可靠,可用作特色蒙药十八味欧曲丸质量标准提升研究中游离汞的限量测定.     

聚两性电解质及其水凝胶的研究进展

对近十年国内外在聚两性电解质及其水凝胶的合成、性质及在工业、生物医药方面的应用作了较全面的综述。     

反相微乳液中疏水缔合型聚丙烯酰胺的合成及其性能研究

在反相微乳液体系中合成了疏水缔合型聚丙烯酰胺 (HAPAM ) ,用Brookfield旋转粘度计测定了其水溶液性能 ,并与传统胶束聚合法制备的HAPAM作了比较 .结果显示 ,前者有更优越的耐盐和抗剪切性能 ,这主要是因为前者的大分子链上疏水共聚单体呈无规分布而后者呈嵌段分布 ,其疏水分子链以分子间而不是分子内缔合为主     

手性流动相HPLC法拆分对羟基苯甘氨酸对映体的研究

将β-环糊精、羟丙基-β-环糊精作为手性流动相添加剂,系统地研究了D,L对羟基苯甘氨酸在RP-HPLC系统中的拆分。分别考察了手性流动相的种类,手性试剂β-环糊精的浓度,流动相的pH,修饰剂的种类及浓度,色谱柱温度等对拆分效果的影响,以-βCD为手性流动相添加剂,建立了-βCD手性流动相分离对羟基苯甘氨酸对映体的方法。结果表明:用ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mmi.d.),以V(甲醇-β环糊精)∶V(pH 4.5磷酸盐缓冲液)=30∶70为流动相,流速0.2 mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长为230 nm时对羟基苯甘氨酸对映体得到了良好的基线分离,分离度可达1.71。     

(2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)三甲基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺反相微乳液共聚合特性研究

选用SPAN80与OP10复合乳化剂、K₂S₂O₈-Na₂SO₃氧化还原引发剂,进行(2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)三甲基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺反相微乳液共聚合反应.研究了单体配比、电解质浓度和乳化体系的油水比对共聚物分子量及离子度的影响,考察了该共聚合体系的反应特性.
