Optimal iterative perturbation technique for solving Jeffery--Hamel flow with high magnetic field and nanoparticle 下载免费PDF全文
In this research paper, a different semi-analytical analysis of modified magnetohydrodynamic Jeffery--Hamel flow is conducted via the newly developed technique. We use the optimal iterative perturbation method with multiple parameters to see the effects of the magnetic field and nanoparticle on the Jeffery--Hamel flow. Comparing our new approximate solutions with some earlier works proved the excellent accuracy of the newly proposed technique. Convergence analysis of the proposed method is also discussed and error estimation is given to anticipate the accuracy of higher-order approximate solutions. 相似文献

We consider coordination among stocking locations through replenishment strategies that explicitly take into account lateral transshipments, i.e., transfer of a product among locations at the same echelon level. Our basic contribution is the incorporation of supply capacity into the traditional transshipment model. Our goal is to analyze the impact on system behavior and on stocking locations’ performance of the fact that the supplier may fail to fulfill all the replenishment orders. We therefore formulate the capacitated supply scenario as a network flow problem embedded in a stochastic optimization problem, which is solved through a sample average approximation method. We find that, depending on the production capacity, system behavior can vary drastically. Moreover, in a production-inventory system, we find evidence that either capacity flexibility (i.e., extra production) or transshipment flexibility (i.e., pooling) is required to maintain a desired level of service. 相似文献

We numerically investigate the thermal entanglements of spins (1/2, 1) and spins (1/2, 1/2) in the three-mixed (1/2, 1, 1/2) anisotropic Heisenberg XXZ spin system on a simple triangular cell under an inhomogeneous magnetic field. We show that the external magnetic field induces strong plateau formation in the pairwise thermal entanglement for fixed parame-ters of the Hamiltonian in the cases of ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic interactions. We also .observe an unexpected critical point at finite temperature in the thermal entanglement of spins (1/2, 1) for the antiferromagnetic case, while the entanglement of spins (1/2, 1) in the ferromagnetic case and the entanglement of spins (1/2, 1/2) in both ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic cases almost decay exponentially to zero with increasing temperature. The critical point in the en-tanglement of spins (1/2, 1) in the antiferromagnetic case may be a signature of the quantum phase transition at finite temperature. 相似文献

Microcionamides A (1) and B (2) have been isolated from the Philippine marine sponge Clathria (Thalysias) abietina. These new linear peptides are cyclized via a cystine moiety and have their C-terminus blocked by a 2-phenylethylenamine group. Their total structures, including absolute stereochemistry, were determined by a combination of spectral and chemical methods. Compound 1 was shown to slowly isomerize about the C-36/C-37 double bond when stored in DMSO. Supermacroporous poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) [poly(HEMA)] monolithic cryogel was prepared by radical cryocopolymerization of HEMA with N,N??-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinker. Reactive Green 5 dye was immobilized to the cryogel with nucleophilic substitution reaction, and this dye attached cryogel column was used for affinity purification of papain from Carica papaya latex. Reactive Green 5-immobilized poly(HEMA) cryogel was characterized by swelling studies, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and energy dispersive X-ray analysis. Maximum papain adsorption capacity was found to be 68.5?mg/g polymer while nonspecific papain adsorption onto plain cryogel was negligible (3.07?mg/g polymer). Papain from C. papaya was purified 42-fold in single step with dye attached cryogel, and purity of papain was shown by silver-stained sodium dodecyl sulfate?Cpolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. 相似文献

This work uses a simple “grafting through” approach in the preparation of anhydrous poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)‐g‐PVTri polymer electrolyte membranes (PEMs). Alkaline‐treated PVDF was used as a macromolecule in conjunction with vinyltriazole in the graft copolymerization. The obtained polymer was subsequently doped with triflic acid (TA) at different stoichiometric ratios with respect to triazole units and the anhydrous PEMs (PVDF‐g‐PVTri‐(TA)x) were prepared. All samples were characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR. The composition of PVDF‐g‐PVTri was determined by energy dispersive spectroscopy. Thermal properties of the membranes were examined by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. The surface roughness and morphology of the membranes were studied using atomic force microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy. PVDF‐g‐PVTri‐(TA)3 (C3‐TA3) with a degree of grafting of 47.22% showed a maximum proton conductivity of 0.09 S cm?1 at 150 °C and anhydrous conditions. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym.
